Dear Indigo,

I am really very much disappointed with you and your management team. I have planned a trip on my 1st wedding anniversary to portblair and just because of your poor airlines and services...My planned got cancelled. On the big note you people were not even concern to provide us some other option... Refund should not be in options for a full fledged plan.

Just because of wrong management/managing team, i have to gone through a loss of around 2 lakh rupees including hotels booking, return flight tickets and other expenditure. I belongs to a middle class family and you people has shown no respect for us and our feelings.
I am a simple women not a celebrity and i understand there is no look around on a Simple women's request and complaint.

Please return my whole expenditure.

      I traveled in indigo 6E 804 Port blair to Chennai and then to Bangalore(6E 6381). My PNR# is SEPBQR, flight was at 01:25 pm yesterday (22nd Nov, 2021). I was travelling with an Infant. I had iWatch and other personnel belongings in my checkin luggage. while scanning the luggage, i was asked abt the watch and i saw them sealing the bag with blue tag. I got the luggage back after landing only to find out someone had opened the bag and stolen the iWatch . It is obviously been done by either airport authorities or indigo employees and if they have to blame someone else for this act it would in turn prove their worst security for customer's belongings. I can't think of anything more unprofessional than this. We pay a full amount and board the flight being relieved of our worries of the luggage which supposedly is been taken care by the airlines. I believe for such a hideous act, even a full compensation does not suffice. Please provide me a solution to this before I could take any further action against it. This is so not acceptable.

            A payment of ₹14, 079 was confirmed by Interglobe aviation limited for an indigo flight booking having transaction id : dabe0545f4e[protected] on 23rd October 2021. The money has been deducted from my account but transaction failed and I did not get any bookings either.

            Since then, no money has been refeunded back to my account. Please look into this.

            Such statements are contradictory.
            In order to demand "look into" from someone, the submitter is kindly requested
            to state the correct name of the entity, the correct result, and to provide supporting evidences
            in the form of relevant images.

              I faced worst customer service and rude behaviour from one of the Indigo staff who was at the luggage checkin counter at Kannur International Airport today. He was completely rude and did not have any idea how to respond to customer query. It is like you are using free services to fly. I doubt if I should use Indigo ever. They feel that they get talk ro tje customer in whatever they like and still no action would be taken against them

                I have left my Apple airpod container (white) in flight 6E6298 on 19th Nov 2021 from Goa to Bangalore (21:45 departure from Goa). I was sitting in seat 12F and the airpods must be in the flap of the seat in front. My pnr is SI9S5F. Please help

                      I have cancelled Indigo flight having pnr no. HIUE8P on 03 NOV 21 from Imphal to Nagpur. But unfortunately refund of flight cancellations is still on pending .why is so late to return the refund process. It is almost 19 days past from the date of cancellation of flight . Refund process to be completed within 07 days . Kindly do the refund process within the stipulated time

                            I received a message that the pnr has been cancelled even though I did not make a request for the same. When I called and checked with airline customer care, they were claiming that it was cancelled by me through the website. When I insisted that I did not do the cancellation, they quoted a IP through which the cancellation was done (103.212.24.91).

                            When I searched for the IP i could see that multiple users have faced the same issue and they were also quoted the same IP as a source of cancellation. This i s clearly a glitch from the Indigo website. Now I am forced to rebook tickets and I am incurring a financial loss of 40K INR which I will have to pay extra as the fares have become expensive now.

                              I am a frequent traveler of Indigo and last week on my journey from Chandigarh to Mumbai on 9th Nov, my American Tourister Bag got badly damaged. It's literally torn apart (attaching the images) PNR: ONNTWG (boarding pass attached).

                              Avishkar from the Mumbai baggage help desk handled my complaint and assured me that Rs.5000 will be credited to my account immediately. He made wait and fill 2 forms (attaching the form images). He also mentioned 2 numbers in case I need to call and check the status. To my disappointment "NO ONE PICKS THE CALL". It's 16th Nov today and I have not received the amount yet.

                              That day I spent 1 extra hour at the airport due to which I got delayed for an important meeting. Not only this I had to transfer all my stuff in another bag in front of everyone. I was pretty embarrassed as it had some of my personal stuff including lingerie.

                              I have been patient and understanding all this while thinking that at least you guys are taking ownership and paying me the amount of the bag. But it's been more than a week and the money has not been credited to my account yet. I have been raising it on Twitter but every time I get a robotic reply that "the concerned team is working on my case" but there is no resolution,

                              I request you to spare me the hassle and credit the amount in my account asap. It's a matter of 5k only. The baggage was manhandled and Indigo must take ownership.

                                I had domestic flight from Aurangabad to Mumbai on 11th Nov 2021, by Indigo. I had luggage of 29kgs one bag and I had purchased 2 tickets. Last moment my friend had to cancel because of RT-PCR requirement at arrival airport (Information not given by email / on ticket reservation / via SMS by indigo).

                                I had called customer care at 1:14 pm on 11th Nov 2021, confirming if I can still merge two passengers ticket and if I can still carry one bag of 30kgs, to which I was being told as 'yes' you can carry. I re-assured and was double confirmed as yes no problem you can carry one bag.

                                After reaching the airport at checkin counter I was being told that I cannot take one bag of 30kgs and cannot merge my tickets when the passenger has not arrived. I was first told on one belt my luggage is 27 kgs i.e 12 kgs extra and this went on other belt saying it is 29 kgs and I was told to pay 7000 INR.

                                I kept on calling the customer care again to allow me to take the luggage, to which I was kept waiting for almost 1 hour and requested me to wait till they update the PNR to allow the baggage. They kept on telling it is not allowed and to take 2 bags of 15 -15 kgs. Which obviously was too late to handle. Anyways, they said if this was informed by our customer care agent it is not correct information.

                                If I had known that luggage will not be adjusted with 2 tickets I would have avoided taking extra luggage or 30kgs in one single bag. I literally had to pay 7000 INR for mis-information given to me by customer care agent.

                                Also, I was promised that the issue will be handled on 12th nov, and to pay the amount for now and will get a call back. Which I never got.

                                I demand refund of 7000 INR. Misinformation cost me 7000 INR.

                                Hello,

                                I was in touch with Mr. Vibhav Executive from Indigo Consumer complaint care team. After the discussion on call on 28th Nov, there has been no updates over the refund process. I am trying to connect through email on [protected]@gmail.com, but no one replies.
                                Please let me know if there is any way that I can speak/ get an update from the team. Also, Mr. Vibhav's phone is switched off and there is no way to get in touch with the team, neither there is any assurance over the discussion I had with Vibhav.

                                  We, 6 pax travelling on indigo airlines on 15.11.2021 maa-cnn sector vide 6e-7917 having pnr#6e-lwhbyd. Upon reaching at cnn airport, 3 pax baggage missing or delayed. Until now no concrete information from airlines rather misguided that baggage will be delivered in the evening but nothing happened.
                                  Baggage contains, locker key, important dox and one of the pax due to travel to b'lore and back to dxb in two days.
                                  I had a chat with ms preeti dubay of indigo this morning (16.11) but assured concern team will contact in 24 hrs this is unacceptable. Hope you can understand our situation.

                                    My flight was cancelled due to Indigo Flight operations, and I have been miscommunicated the terminal from which the flight was flying from. At the very last minute, I received sms my flight was changed to 6E 761, with no further communication about my Terminal information from which I am flying from. My flight PNR was ZLLR7Z and name is Mahuya Ghosh.

                                    Due to all this and also pathetic ground staff conduct, in spite of generating my boarding pass at 15.00, I could not board my flight at 16.05. I will escalate my complaint to higher authorities and ready to provide any further info related to this.

                                      Indore airport staff has worst customer handled behaviour they are very rude and non cooperative. As I am a frequent flyer of indigo every month I fly atleast 10 time on indigo have seen worst behaviour of indore staff . Even their duty manager also names Pooja also.
