[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — baggage broken

Respected Sir/Mam,

I am a frequent customer of Indigo.
My name is Bikas Chandro Das.

I have an indigo flight on 21st April from Pune to Dhaka.
When I received my baggage at dhaka airport, the baggage is broken (The handle and the wheels) and the chain of the baggage is open.

The customer has forced me take 700 BDT to repair but the parts of the baggage are not available in the market so I am not able to repair my luggage.

Kindly help me with this ASAP.

Nobody must provide the service without charge, which is called "help" .

You have submitted the complaint, which shall be responded by the Indigo air carrier within 21 days.

If you are not satisfied with complaining procedure already, or in 21 day,
you can hire the legal professional aiming to bring the legal case before the domestic court
in bangladesh in India or in the other country.

Your expected payment will start from Rs 4100, and you will need to present the additional documents to your hired legal assistant.
