    Hello sir,

    I got cheated by the indigo air booking system; it is faulty. Please help! I think it is designed to cheat.

    I have a pnr for a gau-pnq journey (Ymfgjh). I have been repeatedly receiving an email (Reproduced below) from the last several days. It keeps on creating the impression that there is a major disruption in my gau-pnq journey. Nothing has changed; not even the timings. The only change is a change in flight number.

    Out of curiosity, i clicked on the given linked and saw that it gave me a few flight options. The original flight booked had no change in timing (Just a flight number change). Out of curiosity, i selected an alternative flight and clicked; expecting me to be taken to a page where i will be asked if i want to confirm. However it took me to a blank page where the message was something like this “please try again or contact our call centre at +91-[protected] or[protected].”. This is attached. Before calling the call centre, i checked my flight details online, and to my surprise saw that my return flight had been changed by the system (Despite it giving me the message that it cannot be done online). I did not want it to be changed at all. Then i called up the call centre, and the agent started talking like a parrot about your rules and regulations, ignoring the customer’s issue with the fact that your online booking system is faulty, and i got cheated by it.

    I did not want the change in flight. I was trying to figure out how this works. Indigo cannot force customers without asking them to confirm (Like they do otherwise) and sending out a false message. Please help!!!

    1. Nobody has aduty to reply to

    - anonymous complaint, or

    - indeffinite complaint (document), or

    - the author with a poor nerve system.

    2. The passenger must remind his / her message which contained the ticket and
    to submit to the operator of the site, where he or she had paid the following over the phone:-

    2.1. Statemnmet "I have received change of schedule from the air carrier 24 hours ago"

    2.2. my PNR is YMFGJH (spell).

    2.3. Surname (last) name of passenger is ... / spell

    After the clarification of the the exact need - it is to provide the other convenient flight, for example), over the phone number, usually the agent can issue the new ticket to the correct e-mail address within minutes.

    3. If the above procedure was not successed,
    the passenger can request refund (money back) or the other compensation either
    from the air carrier or from the travel agent,
    which had authorized the particular transaction - change of flight, and
    IN WRITTEN ONLY .

    4. Ff nothing of the above helped till the departure or within 7 days, whichever is shorter,
    the passnger can hire a lawyer or a legal professional for charge from Rs 6000 and more
    in order to initiate the case in the nearset court.

      I lost my prescription glasses on this flight from amritsar to dubai. I was on the window seat. I remember placing my prescription glasses on the seat bag in front of me but when i woke up i could not find it. I tried telling it to the cabin crew but they insisted on me deboarding the place as i had over slept on the plane. I hurriedly carried my things and in the process had to wear my other prescription glasses. I immediately joined work hence did not get the time to submit a complaint. The prescription glasses are green mixed with brown in colour.

          Dear sirs,
          1. We are in tours & travels business and dealing with m/s interglobe aviation limited for our travel arrangements. Our banker is icici bank.
          2. On 03 november 2018 we have sent cash amounting to inr 4, 00, 000/- for deposit in to our icici bank current account no.[protected] and later transfer to m/s interglobe aviation limited (Icici bank account id.[protected].
          3. Our representative has deposited the cash in icici bank in favor of m/s interglobe aviation limited (Icici bank account id.[protected].
          4. The remitted cash meant for ticket charges of our clients for their well-planned tour program. M/s interglobe aviation limited now stated that they could not accept the amount due to their company policy.
          5. Since the cash in question received towards charges of travel program of our esteemed customers (Source of income can produce), you are requested to ask the airlines to accept one of our following request: -
          A. Pay back the amount to our icici bank current account no.[protected] immediately.
          B. Honor airlines tickets for the worth of inr 4, 00, 000/- on need basis.
          C. Give credit note for the amount.
          6. Our representative being not known the implications was either advised to remit the cash in question in to our current account or refused to accept the cash for remittance to m/s interglobe aviation limited (Icici bank account id.[protected] by icici bank considering we as their client.
          7. We have not received any notice from income tax department until date to pursue with them.
          8. Considering our financial constrains (Due to block of inr 4, 00, 000/-) experienced during the peak time of tour program business in summer vacation, consider this as a special case and release the money immediately.

          Such topic is not related to the airlines directly.

          And your public complaint is objectively unclear for the professional observer at this site.

          1. The user of the service can not deposit 1 rupee without the agreement with the srevice provider.
          You did not disclose the agreemnt (contract) between the user ("Spentime Holidays") and the Interglobe Aviation Limited.

          2. The evidence of payment is a banking order in full . Such order is absent for the viewer.

          3. You did not shown the written statemnt of the service provider on the refusal of the service / money.

          Phones call is useless in such situation.
          You need to apply for the efective legal action, which is not done, if you want "money back".
          So, you need to hire the lawer or the legal professional.
          Companies charge from 8% of the amount for recovery of the "fresh debt" (till 3 months) via the court.

I got a call 13/04/2019 from the guy named sonika sharma her mob is [protected] she told that i was shortlisted in indigo airlines as ground staff so asked me to pay 2000 she said tat it is refundable so i payed it. Later she conducted telephonic interview and told next day tat i was recruited then again he told to pay 7100 immediately to get the call letter to. And next day she tolad me for insurence purpose pay 12200 i pay that and next day she told me for offer letter and dress and training purpose pay 14000 i pay that payment

                I am extremely sorry to inform you that me mrs. Momtaz begum and my friend jhorna begum bought your ticket from kolkatta to dhaka and our flight was on 23 march 2019 at 16.10. Accordingly, we entered your airport at 14.30 but your office/officers did not cooperate us once they told us to follow (C) this line and another one asked us (F) then again someone told us to follow (H). Then finally they refuse us from h counter. They told us "you cannot carry and handbag with your hand, if you want to carry you have to pay us 9000 rupee". But why we want to pay more but your officer did not allow us to entered into. They we tried to throw some our cloth and chocolate. But your officer did not allow us to throw any of it.
                Finally we want to go out your officer could not allow us to go out. Then 19.30 we get out from the airport.
                Such a behavior is not accepted from your reputed company and now we would like to inform you to return our money alongwith the compensation for our harassment.

                We are sorry to hear that you feel this way. However, we would like to inform you that the baggage allowance per passenger per flight is 7 kg hand baggage and 20 kg check-in baggage. We have investigated the incident and found that you were carrying 16 kg of excess check-in baggage. Hence our staff was duty bound to charge the excess baggage above 20 kg per passenger. Since there was a delay in the payment of excess baggage from your end and boarding was closed till the time. Our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight. We look forward to your understanding.

                  Dont book indigo flight! Cheating people by indigo filed staff. This is the experience sharing with you all.,.in my last journey, from hyderabad to mumbai, observed, that counter staff, refusing online ticket with small small reasons, the same ticket converting for high amount from people as on emergency basis. For ex 5000 ticket collecting amount that same ticket up to 20000. So please stop booking ticket for indigo

                  Nobody has a duty to reply to anonymous or to an unidentified compalint.

                  If the authors need the compensation and do not know the rules, each author has 2 options

                  1. To forget about unidentified refund.

                  2. To hire the professional aiming to bring the legal case for getting the compensation in the dictrict court.

                  The professioanal, whom you are due to pay, must explain the expected amount.
                  Expected expences start from rs 6000 +
                  Author can reasobaly expectation awarding judgement, if the author will demand a reasonabla compensation.

                        Feedback : did the web checkin, entered airport before boarding is started. Since i did not have hard copy requested the indico checkin counter to print my boarding pass which i did web checkin. It was rejected telling the gate is closed. The gate was not really closed that time. That was really a cheating. Please treat this a cheating complaint.

                        We have got this checked with our team, the late reporting was the only reason we couldn't accept them on the same flight. Please know our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. however, keeping in mind the nature of our operations it's not always possible for us to accept passengers reporting after counter/boarding gate closure.

                          I had to miss my indigo flight (6e 822) on 7th april, 2019 due to malpractice and callous behaviour of the airline staff in the airport. I had reached on time and i was issued the boarding pass, but was denied entry at the boarding gate although more than 20 minutes was still left for the departure. Normally they don't start boarding before 20 minutes of departure, but on that particular day they started boarding 50 minutes before departure and announced final call at more than 35 minutes before departure. This i have never seen before. Many other persons also missed the flight.

                          I complained to the airline but i was told that since i was late, it was my fault so i was denied entry and no refund was provided.

The person explained me about openings and said that I've to Pay INR 2000 as refundable security deposit in case i got selected for Face to face interview. Please advice if is it genuine one.

And i have paid rs.9800 for this recruitment and when i paid amount that time the recruiter's phone switched off. And not contact from recruiter. So please help us. I want refund my money back in to several account.in interview invitation letter there was mentioned that after payment i will get interview call letter and air ticket will be dispatched on mentioned address. But till noe not received anything. So please help us.

                              I applied for this job on quicker and the next day i get a message that i have been sekected for further process i should contact miss shweta.. Nd i called her.. She said that they r providing jobs they will take a security amount for uniform and all and they will provide cam accommodation and food bt first i have to clear a telephonic interview then will have to submit the documents then they will. Send the offer letter amd call me for training.. I gave the telephonic interview and they said i am. Selected nd asked for some documents.. I provided the documents as well.. Then the next day they called me and said that i am. Selected for the training and i have to deposit security money 2250 in a bank accnt.. The details they will send in my wtsapp.. So they send me the bank accnt details.. The account holders name was rani yadav.. I doubted that indigo is a big brand they dont have an account on the company name itself.. I txtd them and asked y am i not getting confirmation mail nd all they said ull get.. Then when i asked that y offer letter will be given after i submit the money nd y they dont have an account on the company name nd the company itself says they dont take any security money.. They did not reply to my messeges... They r fraud nd just extracting money from people.. Do. Not pay any money guys

                                I was travelling from guwahati to hyderabad. When i reached hyderabad i could not find one of my luggage. I have complaint to the indigo staff available near the conveyor belt. They spent my 45 minutes to say that the luggage is missing and cant be trace now. I was coming to hyderabad to perform in a musical concert and my luggage includes a musical instrument without which i can't perform. The staff assured me that they need minimum 4 hours to trace it and will deliver to my home and noted down my address. I have the concert at 2pm. I have already informed them and they assured that the missing luggage will be delivered before 12pm next day. I was ok with that as my event was on 2pm.

                                I am calling them again and again, no one from indigo has call me yet. Till now (Its 2.20 pm now) they have not call me and not delivered the luggage.

                                Irresponsible behavior from indigo staff. They are not giving the importance of my issue. Everyone is giving an excuse like its a human error, we will let you know once we find it.. Etc. Etc.

                                How careless they can be? Even calling them many times they are not serious about the issue. They are behaving like it's a very light issue and can do nothing. Please let me know how to proceed with a legal action? I have all the call recording and the proof.

                                  Today i travelled from bangalore to indore. The time written on thr boarding pass was 7:45 and we reached there by 7:47. Then they said that our baggage couldn't be carried because we are late and the flight is already overcrowded. I don't think it was our fault of flight was overcrowded. They were also misbehaving with us and talking very rudely and made us run all over the airport to request for our baggage. And at the end we got to know they were just making fun o[censored]s. The departure time of the flight was at 8:35 and they called us at 8:15 saying that the flight would be departed within 2 minutes. And we came running. Really upset with the misbehavior of the staff. I would try not to fly with indigo in future.

                                    On 5th of April '19, I had traveled from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad thru flight 6E 719 . My PNR no is IINEJQ .

                                    I reached Ahmedabad airport and waited for my baggage to come but unfortunately I didn't found my Bag on the conveyor belt .

                                    At that time Miss Neha was present over there so I complained her for my Bag and give her all the details like Broun Strolley Bag with Clothes and Valuable things inside the Bag .

                                    She tried to contact Bangalore staff but their number was switched off . Still today it is showing switched off - [protected] .

                                    I had complained to call center and regularly doing the calls to Ahmedabad staff and call center, but I didn't get any satisfactory answer from any one . Every time when I am calling the persons get change in the calls and asking again and again the same thing .

                                    Pls help me out to dind where is my Luggage ??.

                                    Let me tell you that the situation was very worst at the Hydrabad Airport and staff is not even able to take care of crowed . They are not even helping the people in a proper way .
