Indigo Airlines — Baggage carrying handle broken

Received my luggage bag with carrying handle in broken condition at Delhi Airport T3.
Internal items also too much rolled condition.

Indigo counter staff take it as a casual manner & handed over a complaint issue slip with Rs. 500 voucher only.
Request for damage cost or new one with same assets.

It seems that handling of luggage bag without taking care & just through during loading/unloading activity.

I feel this is very unfortunate experience with team Indigo.
