I did visit the baggage inquiry at Delhi T2 airport. They had given me a contact number for baggage department to contact them. They did not file any complaint, as they clearly stated that my baggage would arrive the following day at my destination.
Rarely they do pick up my calls and keeps delaying the delivery of my bag.
I had even called customer care with my complaint and baggage department keeps saying the same thing. Please file a complaint.
