[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Baggage Missing

On 19/12/2016, our flight was from Guwahati to Bangalore, when we arrived Bangalore, we did not get a single baggage in the conveyor belt. We informed your ground staff and they assured us to get the baggage in our address. However, this is very much unfortunate that we had to face this kind of situation which creates lots of difficulties for us like buying new dresses for each family member o[censored]s in a new place. This is not only difficulty, also a big demoralizing factor as all the enthusiasm of visiting new places vanishes immediately. Please look into the matter to get our baggage ASAP and also to compensate monetarily up to some extent. The scanned copy of boarding passes of our family members are enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
