Dear Sir/Madam

This is to bring to your kind notice that we have choosen your esteem services over others in order to ensure that family members can have a hassle free travel all the time

But its has been a very unpleasant experience with your services yesterday wherein the passengers comprising of a mother and her two children who were supposed to fly off yesterday morning from Kolkata to New Delhi and reached airport at around 9 am and joined the cue at around 9.20 am after due screening of the baggage as the flight was rescheduled to depart at 10.35 am. Due to mismanagement of the cue at the counter and server issues at yours end, the general passengers were not issued the boarding pass and deposit of baggage as smoothly as it ought to be at yours end.when the said passenger had their turn for the issuance of boarding pass and deposit of baggage, Miss Salini, the concern person interrupted suddenly and asked not to issue boarding pass to the concern passengers and was very rude in her behavior and blamed the passenger for "No Show". In spite of repeated request from the passengers and explaining the urgency of their travel plan, she failed to allow them to board the flight or accommodate them in next flight as a rescheduling process. You can understand very well the mental trauma which the passengers might have gone through at that point of time with all the above narrated experiences though the passengers have reached the airport/counter well before the scheduled time.

Further, the said passengers already done the web check in at their end and were traveling under corporate booking and had only to deposit their baggage at the counter.This is a sort of experience which we never ever expected at yours end and at present cultivated a very valid reason in my mind whether airlines are fulfilling their standard services towards woman and children safety and hassle free traveling in a well organised way.

You can check the CCTV footage at Kolkata Airport at yours end in order to ensure the times as specified by me and the efficiency of the counter person and sever at which the concern passengers were waiting for the issuance of Boarding pass and deposit of baggage to reconfirm the deficiency of services at yours end rather been considered as an allegations from my side.

My humble request to you to consider the under mentioned points

1. To take appropriate action against the agency/persons who were responsible for management of cue
2. To take appropriate action against Miss Salini who didn't had a word with the concerned passengers in a constructive way rather than in a destructive way which surely tempers the reputation of the Indigo Brand as a whole and customer friendly approach towards customers
3. To refund the 100% flight charges which were paid at the time of booking after due satisfaction of deficiency of services at yours end
4. To compensate 200% of the flight charges paid as a financial penalty over and above the 100% refund of flight charges for the mental trauma which the passengers have gone through with worst of services/deficiency of services provided at yours end

    Dec 22, my flight was at 12 Pm which was completely gone. Then I got put on a flight at 3.10 pm, and was told I can wait in the lounge which I found charges Rs 2400 + tax!! what kind of a joke is this. I am an NRI with a foreign passport and I had a corporate ticket which in your domestic flights is the highest fare, yet I was not given a seat on the next available flight. I would have expected compensation and at the very least complimentary lounge. I purchased Rs 40, 000 worth of Indigo tickets this month, which I will never do again, and surely will no recommend this airline to anyone. And given teh amount of contacts I have, surely Indigo will rethink their customer service!

        I boarded flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 21/12/2016 via indigo airlines. When I landed Mumbai I saw one of my bag being opened and all the things on the belt and not in the bag. Also realised that one plastic box which was kept on the side of the bag is stolen which had pair of pins and some artificial earrings. The zip of the bag was open which had plastic box. When I approached the indigo counter in Mumbai airport the staff didn't help. She said their is no difference in weight. She checked the weight of my bag when I loaded in Ahmedabad and now in Mumbai. As the things that are lost in hardly any weight they are not taking any formal complaint. The matter over here is airline touching and opening your bags and not taking care of it when it was marked at fragile. My PANT number is K7R2GS and flight number is 6E 313. The staff who attended my query is Jayashree mumbai airport. Await your help.

          I am international traveller carrying 2 checkin baggage and one hand baggage along with laptop travelling from udr to delhi on 6e525 (M6fqhi) further travel to uganda. Iwas informed that laptop bag is not consider as free baggage and the hand baggage has to be checkin since laptop is hand baggage, i was ready to pay extra baggage and requested that you give me the concession of 7 kgs for hand baggage which was checked in due to laptop in hand. I explained at the counter that worldwide when we travel the laptop is allowed free to carry along with hand baggage but they denied and i was charged inr 5600 (Receipt no 422235) for 17kgs extra even after request to give me 7kgs allownce which i put the bag in checkin luggage due to laptop
          Please consider our request to please give us the refund for 7 kgs

            Myself and my wife had a flight from Bangalore to Raipur (PNR-GYJ4NJ-via Indore) on 16th Dec.
            We reached the airport before time, did check-in and were off the security check before boarding time.
            During boarding I was pulled out because apparently the airlines do not allow powerbanks in check-in luggage which was neither communicated at the counter, or through email/sms.
            My wife who was 8 months pregnant was allowed to board and by the time I was back to the boarding gate after resolving the issue of powerbank.
            Indigo staff closed the gate and denied me boarding which was unethical as I was called out at the last moment and the indigo staff was all the way with me during this incident.
            No one cooperated with me and behaved very inappropriately by not letting my pregnant wife to de-board or let me in with the luggage left unattended in the airport premises in one corner. This caused a lot of mental and physical stress to both o[censored]s.
            Also, airlines denied rescheduling my flight and asked me to buy a fresh ticket initially and later saying no flight available for the day. We had to and able to still book the flight for the same day costing 28, 575 Rs. from Bangalore to Raipur (via Mumbai-PNR AD7IVQ/YDSHUT) through third party website. I would like to report complaint against the rude behaviour of indigo staff and miss management in Bangalore airport and a compensation for the tickets.

              Hi

              I traveled through Indigo from Delhi to Bangalore on 2nd Dec 2016 with my family to attend my sister's wedding in the next Morning.
              When we reached Bangalore, what i found that out of 3 luggage, I only received 2 of my luggage and 1 of them was missing.
              I talked to thr Lost baggage department and they gave me a number and assure me that I will get my bag on very next day in the morning.
              In that bag I have my wife's Important medicines, clothes to wear in wedding, any many important things.
              I atleast called them 100 times on the given number but no one picked my number and didnt got any response from there side.
              Due to which I have to bear a very heavy loss that I told to the Indigo department.
              After so many days of conversation with the Indigo department one of the customer care executive called me and try to blame me that all the loss was happened because of me as they advise thr customers to put all the important things in thr hand bags and just did nothing to my concern problem.
              I just got the very stupid reply from thr side after so many days that I have attached in with the complaint.

              I have to bear so heavy loss due to thr pathetic service.
              My Sister's wedding got ruined and my wife health issues happened that is only because of them and they just gave me a simple reply to give feedback to thr concern team.

              I want to file a complaint against the airline and the staff due to which all the things happened .
              I need the full compensation of all my losses from the airline and a strict action against them.

                I Miss Olivia Dasgupta, booked an indigo ticket on 03.12.2016 at 16.45 hrs for Delhi to Agartala via Kolkata for 19.12.2016 amounting of Rs. 6189/-. Booking Reference Z7SD2F.
                I have reported and got my boarding card and accordingly after security check while I was going board the bus in the Gate No. 10B of Delhi Airport, security personnel told me that I have luggage problem. I rushed and contacted the security personnel of Indigo. They raised the point that I was carrying a portable mobile charger inside my luggage and I was held up there for security reason and did not allow me to avail my flight even after it was removed from my bag.
                I am a 2nd year Medical Student of Lady Hardinge Medical College and a frequent flier of Indigo Airlines. Today I was carrying a wheel chair with me for my mother who needed it urgently today post 12 pm. I was held in the Delhi Airport and nor did they accommodate me in any other connecting flight to Agartala. I booked another ticket with Rs. 10000/- just to travel to Kolkata from Delhi and around Rs. 3941/- to travel from Kolkata to Agartala.

                Hence, in total around Rs. 14000/- was spent and I lost the whole day, which hampered my suffering mother because of non availability of wheel chair.

                So I think a strong action should be taken against them (indigo personnel) and refund of Rs. 6189 + Rs. 14000/- should be initiated immediately.

                This type of harassment to a single female passenger at 06.00 am in the morning is not acceptable from Indigo Authority in the City of Delhi.

                If I do not get my refund from the Indigo authority, I will be compelled to go to the Consumers Court for necessary action.
                Same thing happened with me also on the flight from Bangalore to Raipur where they denied me boarding and let my 8 month pregnant wife to travel alone. These people need to be taught some lesson on behaviour

                  I am writing this email in need of help to find out my cousin mobile. She forgot her mobile before entering airport. I requested indigo front desk agent to handover her mobile to her. She agreed and also I gave my contact information Incase if they have any issues. I wasn't contacted and my cousin also not received her mobile. It happened last week 11/12/2016 Sunday 7 am IST in Chennai domestic airport. Below is PNR of the passenger NG8R2U. Kindly help me to find mobile. Please let me know if any questions.

                    The most worst customer support you guys have ever I faced in travel industry.
                    The first day when my flight was cancelled your call center staff informed me as a full refund for DEL LKO sector he can refund me some amount approx 2800 but if I need more compensation I have to write a mail to customer relation. Then I wrote a mail and got a call by a lady from customer relation.

                    After the conversation I get the situation that she will not refund my full amount from PAT DEL LKO. Lady told me she can process full refund for DEL LKO amount and additionally send me a Voucher worth 1000 within 72 hrs.
                    Which should be 2800 + 1000 but Neither the lady told me the amount nor I asked because I already been informed from call center the amount is something about 2800. After the conversation I check my mail she processed refund for only 1682 INR. I mean to say how it can be so less if you book you flight within 2-3 days prior to departure. Its my frequent route and I never got fare less than 3000(DEL LKO).

                    Any how I understand it can not be processed again so I have to keep 1682 INR only as a refund for the destination(PAT DEL LKO) which I booked in 5600.

                    On top of all - For the 1000 Voucher which was committed by customer relation to deliver with in 72 hrs I am chasing for last 18 days. I called 3 times your worst customer support team which only can assured me for next 72 Hrs with no result. Sent the mail to customer relation to remind for voucher but guess what.. again No reply.

                    Don't know Its my bad luck or its a regular cheating trick of you guys.
                    When I asked where to complain about this matter, customer support ask me to drop a mail on same ID customer.[protected]@goindigo.in . God bless Indigo with such a team.

                      I had a booking from Kolkata to Bangalore on 18th December, 2016.My PNR no was C9QDTZ. My flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am from Kolkata which was confirmed by make my trip on 16th Dec. But unfortunately the flight got rescheduled at 5:10am without any prior email notification. So when I reached the check in counter at 4:30am then I was informed that my flight has been rescheduled and I can't avail the same flight since the check-in is already closed. Moreover I was also informed that I can't even be accommodated in any other flight. The manager of Indigo in Kolkata airport was extremely rude and refused to listen to me. I was also told that I won't even get any refund for the same.
                      It was an extreme mismanagement. How can a flight be rescheduled only on the basis of SMS(which unfortunately didn't even reach to me) and no email notification? I have attached the screenshot of the email herewith. Please look into this matter so that I get refund for the same.
                      I am going to take further actions if I am not given proper justification for the audacious behavior of Indigo Staff(Manager) in Kolkata check-in desk and extreme case of mismanagement and misbehavior.

                        I cancelled my 2 tickets with IndiGo some 20 days back. Yet I have not received my refund back after so many days even when I couldn't board one of those flights because of their mistake at the airport. And everytime I call their customer care, either I get different answers that doesn't satisfy my queries or they drop my call in between.

                            My daughter Bhawna Kashliwal was scheduled to fly from Kolkata to Guwahati in6E 207 on 13th December and come back from Guwahati to Kolkata by Flight no.6E 6248 on same date due a death case in the family.Her PNR No.was JGF76U.She was issued boarding card mentioning seat no.28D and gate no 19.She was waiting on gate no.19 and noticing that there was no boarding from that gate at about 1025 she contacted Indigo staff and was told that the boarding is over.She was also told that the flight was scheduled for gate no.19 but afterwards changed for gate no 18 due to some technical problem.But no such SMS was received by the passenger.Again iof there was any change in gate no.it was the duty of the company to depute a staff at gate no.19 to take passengers to gate no.18.This is a very wrong act on the part of the airlines causing heavy financial losses and mental disturbacnce to my daughter.Please reply...Santosh Kumar jain

                              This is regarding the cancellation of Flight No. 6E 283 from Delhi to Kolkata which was scheduled on 4th Dec'16 at 16:45.
                              I had booked a round trip and the PNR number is XFM22K. As the flight from Delhi to Kolkata was cancelled by the airline at the last minute, I had to book another flight!
                              The least I had expected was a timely refund! However to my sheer dismay, not only have I yet not received the refund, the customer care refuses to entertain any calls! Amazed at the callous attitude of this airline I can only request for a refund ASAP as it has already been more than 10 days.
                              PS: With this ridiculous customer service, doomsday ain't far indigo !

                                Hi,

                                I cancelled ticket from Indigo airlines from Banglore to hyderabad For that Indigo charged cancellation fees Rs 394 per ticket, that is fine i got agree with that .
                                But they are not returning the remaining money around Rs.955 saying that they will add it to my account from where I have paid. but i didn't get any refund after cancellation and deducting the cancellation fees.

                                Please guide how can i get my remaining money back.

                                  This is the complaint, i had lodged on 11/12/2016 to your registered office as the person i talked to on 10/12/2016 was not ready to record my complaint on phone.

                                  On 4th september 2016, i had booked tickets for my travel from mumbai to patna on 4th december 2016 and return from patna to mumbai on 10th december 2016. The ticket was booked in the name of prafulla sinha and vidyawati sinha. The pnr was mg9n8u.
                                  I completed my travel from mumbai to patna on 4th december as scheduled. However on 10th december 2016, when i reached airport to my utter dismay, i was told the following:
                                  1. My ticket has been cancelled on 6th october at my request
                                  2. That indigo has refunded about rs. 13000 to my american express card
                                  3. I was not allowed to travel

                                  I had never cancelled my reservation. Indigo had never informed me about cancellation of my return ticket. All the trouble and consequential financial losses should therefore be on your account and therefore i must be adequately compensated.
                                  I have now re-booked my ticket through goair for travel on 15 december 2016 for rs. 35172/-.
                                  Please therefore look into the matter and adequately compensate me for the financial losses on account of ticket fare, stay charges and losses on account of my absence from my office for 5 days.

                                    My luggage has lost during the journey. I've not received my luggage at the conveyor belt as i reached my final destination. It contained a list of valuables. And i'm facing a lot of problems due to the inconvenience caused by your service.
