I had a comfirm flight did my check-in then waited at boarding gate.. Since airport is a silent airport they don't make annocement on mike for missing pax.. But they should send their staff in the small boarding area n give a call so people don't miss there flights after check-in... I saw their register at least 20 people miss the flight bcas of indigo airlines careless attitude.

When other airlines like goair n spicejet can take care why can't indigo.

My flight was from mumbai to jaipur on 10th dec. We why 3 frnds.

Then the airlines charged me 6500 per ticket more for next day flight.

This way indigo is cheating people.

    This complaint is regarding delay/no refund received agaist a cancelled ticket. Booking reff i7i9vf is cancelled on 18 nov 2016. Booking done in the airport booking counter through debit card. But flight was cancelled, called customer care several times but amount of inr 7361 is not yet credited to my account. Need refund immediately.

      Today (14/12/2016) my indigo flight 6e 861 have to start from kolkata at 8.45 am tio agartala. But the said flight delayed for more than 2 (Two) hours. Due to that, i cant not join my office duties at 10.30 am for that reason my 1 (One) day salary has been cut by around rs. 800/-.
      Please bring me back my rs. 800/- as early as possible or i will go to complain hon'ble court.
      This is my humble request you to back my 01 day salary.

        I bhavani shankar & my wife were to travel to kolkota on the 10th dec16 @ 5.30am departure.
        Our pnr is eck7wd, flight : 6e 713, our seats were 29a & 29b.
        We were at the airport before 2 hours & with the heavy crowd of travellers managed to get our boarding cards.
        The boarding was announced @ 4, 45 am & we boarded the bus to be at the said aircraft.. All was fine till such time we reached the aircraft which was about 4.47am.
        The bus reached the aircraft & to our shock your air crew/ air hostesses had not reported @ the aircraft & hence, all the passengers were made to wait in the bus securely locked for precisely 15-20 minutes. Most of the passengers were feeling claustrophobic & few even vomited inside.
        Now let us understand "ones who preach punctuality has to live up to it & make sure their staff live up to it" there is no room for hypocrisy.
        You should understand many of the passengers who were just a little late even after obtaining their boarding passes were not allowed to board & their baggage's were deplaned. Such being the case, how can your 4-5 air staff/ hostesses report late by 15+ minutes & make all the passengers wait at the tarmac locked up in the bus??? That too when they are provided luxury boarding/ lodging & conveyance in the early morning & taking the passengers who pay through the nose for a ransom...
        I need to know what are your actions against the scant treatment of all the passengers.
        I can even quote, your atrocity while i was returning on the 12th dec by 5.30pm from kolkota, i was penalised rs 400 for just 2 bags which i did not want to carry on board inspite of me having no baggage at all..
        This is the highhanded approach of indigo staff who lack courteousness. Yet draw & enforce rules on the passengers & letting their own staff go scot free.
        I need a response post your enquiry & investigation.

          Dear sir / madam,
          I am dissapointed by the response given by Indigo. I had booked the flight to travel from Goa to Chennai via Bangalore. The flight (6E 617 dated 13.12.2016) from Goa got delayed by one hour to arrive. Reached Bangalore one hour late. Baggage transfer at collection point was also delayed by responsible authorities. Later, when asked for flight 6E 617, from Bangalore to Chennai it was intimated that, flight got cancelled. When asked for alternate flights, no response was given. When tried for indigo customer care no one responded. Forcebly I have to stay in Bangalore and took care of lodging and food. Now I have to take care of my journey on my own. For indians such treatment is unacceptable in India. Sir, I have also paid convenience charges. But, so much inconvenience is caused to me. Who will pay for all these. I want my flight amount plus stay at Bangalore because my destination was Chennai. Booking ID :-NF[protected] PNR is FBNYQG.

            I have travelled from hyderabad to jaipur via delhi on 8th december 2016. When i took my luggage from belt area at 9:50 pm, i saw that handle was not getting pulled out, it was stuck then i saw my entire bag, it was torn from a side and scratched like anything, i have tried to file an complaint there at airport help desk of indigo airlines but they started arguing like anything, after that they have started their drama they told "we have filed your complaint in our system, our crm team will contact you soon" and lady member of them wrote my details on the back side of the form (I have snap of that form as well) but didn't allowed me to file any complaint. Yestreday on 13th december 2016, when i tweeted about it @indigo6e, they simply told that we can't take your case forward as nothing is reported in our system. I present immediately that snap but they have replied nothing is visible clearly, you please produce another clear picture. What the hell, i mean how would i now produce another picture and the things written over there are clearly visible. Still they have denied to consider this case.

            They are just bluffing with customers and also not handle their customers properly. Worst flight experience ever. I will definitely file a complaint against you people for miss-leading to not to report incident immediately and bad handling of the baggage.

              I wanted to book a flight on 10th December 2016 from jaipur to Bengaluru on 8th January 2017. I pain the price but I got a message that your PNR is WC33PJ is on hold till[protected]:41:27 hours but in the first place money was deducted from my account. In the message a link was given so I clicked on it and again payed the amount but amount was deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed.
              So I want my money refunded which was deducted twice.

                I travelled by goindigo flight, PNR number, GE8QRN. while collecting the suitcases, i found that both my suitcase was severely damaged. locks of both the suitcases were broken, trolley was also broken. this was a deliberate act, in an attempt to take out the content. i informed the duty officer at the airport who reluctantly took my complaint. i sent a complaint to indigo also but they have not even acknowledged my e mail. what options do i have now?

                  I would like to share a bitter concern that I've experienced from your airport officials in the Boarding gate. This is the 5 th or 6th time I'm using your service but this experience will make me thinking o[censored]sing any other airline next time onwards. I was asked to keep my cabin laggage with main luggage in very unprofessional way that even after reaching the gate. When I refused to accept as my valuable are in it, they note my seat number and asked me to board flight as last. It's not at all fair and I will never use your service anymore and will advise my friends also not to

                    I have visited from bombat to ahmedabad dated 12/12/2016 vide flight number 6E 213 time 07:50 in morning from bombay.
                    I have reached at ahmedabad safly arround 08:50 in morning, I have received my bag from counter number 1 and came to know that may bag was open . Due to late i am leaving for home and at home i have came to know my bluetuth speeker of philips brand was missplaced which is very inmporant for miss and i have seen one bluetutth speekar of my brand at the time when i was staired in flight in bombay. One same speeker was put on stairs case of flight.

                      My mother travelled via Indigo Flight 6E719, seat no 27F from Delhi to Visakhaptnam on 12/12/2016. Upon arrival at Visakhapatnam airport, the baggage was delivered very late. Upon checking it's contents, an amount of 4000/- and other jewellery items were stolen. This is highly unethical behavior from the airline. I request you to go through the footages at the airport and do the needful or else I would have to take legal action which will certainly tarnish your image in public.

                        I booked a ticket from indigo on 9th dec. Payment deducted from my account and ticket didn't got booked. I got an automated email with transaction id, amount and below comments :
                        "in case your reservation does not go through and your account gets charged, the amount will be automatically reversed in 3-4 working days. To track the status of the reversal, you may quote the transaction id mentioned above."

                        Now i waited for the reversal. When tried calling, customer care number says it is busy and no automated caller, just like it is a personal number being used. Finally on 12th dec i was able to speak to customer care. Now after call the required details, they says we will get it confirm from the concerned team and give us a call again. I contacted them again. Now they say, i need to wait for 3-5 days so that the back-end team can confirm if they have the amount or not. The ticket prices are getting high day by day and my money is blocked with them and still no confirmation on what is happening and whether i will get the money back or not and if yes then when and how.
                        Initially they say that i will get it automatically and now no confirmation after contacting as well is sign of pathetic service.

                          Hi,
                          I have booked 2 tickets from Ranchi to jaipur pnr is VDSZ6Q, out of which 1 requested for cancellation PNR is ADPTUA.

                          I got the msg of refund of Rs. 392, however ticket costs rs. 2650 each. How come the policy of refund should be so unfair that you deduct approx 90% of amount as an cancellation charge. this kind of policy force a person to travel anyhow despite of having work and emergency.

                          I have used indigo for the first time but not satisfied with the policies at all.

                            Dear sir,
                            I have booked my flight from bengaluru to mumbai on 30th nov 2016. The filght sharp travel time was 17:55 & it was supposed land at 19:40 and accordingly i booked my further travel from mumbai to surat by train on time 22:21 departure from borivali on tatkal quota with the price of 1135. So it was enough margin to reach at borivali station from mumbai airport.

                            But the flight has been delayed a lot & i reached at mumbai on 21:45. Still i tried a lot to catch the train. I broke the queue of auto & requested other passengers to get me the auto.
                            I reached andheri station immediately, given 3 times higher money to auto driver & catch the local train from andheri to borivali in which i never used to travel. I have taken a risk on that train as i was also with my luggage.

                            After passing from all this problematic activities still i couldnt catch the train & i missed the train just for 10 mins late.

                            Than i booked bus ticket from borivali to surat in sleeper in which i never prefer to travel as it is very risky journey by bus, but i did the same as next day on surat i was having a important meeting & that i couldnt want to miss and i reached at surat on next morning 6:00 am though i could have reached by train on 1:30 am & could get a sound sleep but in bus i couldnt get proper sleep just for indigo airlines. Also i could not get time to take dinner on that night.

                            So i am very much demotivated with indigo airlines & i will never fly with it in future but now i want to get claim of rs 10, 00, 000 on indigo airlines just for my struggle & for taking a risk of my life.

                            The same thing was happened in past also when i was travelling from vizag to mumbai by the same indigo airline. The flight delailes are attached here. At that time also the flight was delayed & i missed my train. At that time i have booked special cab from mumbai to surat. At that time i thought that it may occur for one time but this time also i had got late, so i am claiming 10, 00, 000/- rs to indigo airlines.

                              Sir, i booked the indigo flight from delhi to kochi on 10.12.2016 vide booking ref rcw2fd. at about 0745 boarding pass issued to me with seat number 12a in flight no 6e-4297 to hyderabad and onward seat number in flight no 6e-3316 to kochi. i deposit one suit case make samsonate in counter before issuing boarding pass. after sitting in flight one indigo staff came to me and quarry that you have any power banking i clearly say no because i have not use any power bank till date. the i reach to kochi air port i have not received my suit case. due to non receipt of the suit case i will not go to hone that the key of my residence in my suit case. then i give a return complaint to the in-charge indigo at kochi and clearly state that my extra expenditure will laible to pay by indigo authority. i have the copy of written complaint. the amt of expenditure may be coming to more than 25000/-. if any short receipt the items contains in suit case also liable to pay by the indigo authority. if refuse to the same i will apprich the court of law for justice.

                                ME (Nandhini) and my husband (Nikhil) were scheduled to travel by Indigo flight 6E 283 from Delhi to Kolkata on 10/12/16. We were stopped at the boarding gate and I was sent to the cargo on the pretext that there was prohibited article in our luggage. It should be noted that our luggage had already been screened earlier. At the cargo, I was informed that I was carrying a Portable Power bank which was not allowed in the cargo. I was forced to deposit the power bank at the counter and asked to collect it within 14 days, if not it will be disposed off. I requested them that if it is not allowed in cargo, I may kindly be allowed to carry the same in my hand baggage. They blatantly refused to this and said power banks are not allowed on our flights. When I asked the ground crew to show me where the same is written, two crew namely Akshay Anand and Lakshmi said it is Indigo policy, it is written everywhere and if you want, go check website. Lakshmi further behaved very rudely and said if you create further problem, I will ensure that you won't travel by this flight. Seeing that there was no use in arguing, we decided to board the flight, wherein we were informed that we can't board because the flight had already taken off. But we could see that the flight was still on ground. Hence the rude, unprofessional and vindictive behaviour of IndiGo Ground staff at Delhi made us miss our flight. We have booked Jet Airways flight for 2 am next day paying 70000 Rs. Some strict disciplinary action need to be taken against this arrogant airline and their staff. Otherwise poor customers like ourselves are being ripped off, defrauded and cheated. Word of advice - never travel by Indigo. We will never travel by it.

                                Posting a photo of my cancelled ticket also. Am not bothering about whether they will refund my money or not. It is just the harassment, rude and crass behaviour of the staff which has hurt me. Airlines staff should be polite and courteous and not rude and behave like mafia.

                                  I had booked flight for mumbai - Trivandrum for 10th Dec 2016 . My pnr no GD1U3A. Flight no 6E-199. My self Anshu Jain . I reached at the airport on time and after reaching at airport came to know that indigo re-scheduled me without my concent by just sending a text message . When the flight flew from Mumbai then why the hell they didt take me ? Where did I confirmed that I am ok with the re-scheduling of my plan. I just got married and I was going for honeymoon with my husband and after waiting whole day at the airport came back .I had booking with leela hotel and turtle hotel at Trivandrum .All my plans and further bookings got wasted ...Every second flight I waited for but all waste ... I can send you my marriage cirtificate along with the hotel booking details . I lost a huge amount .. I WANT THE COMPENSATION FOR THAT ...ITS DISGUSTING ... ITS CHEATING ... You people neither care for customers money, time and emotions .
                                  Since 5am in the morning today, running at all counters for help came back and then booked hotel in mumbai to stay on top of it as I am not from mumbai ...I WANT THE COMOENSATION OF MY WHOLE TRIP AS ALL MY BOOKING WENT IN WASTE AS THE HOTEL PEOPLE ARE NOT RESPONSILE FOR ANY FLIGHT ISSUES .

                                    This is my second such experience, I had 6E-6313 as my flight on 10/12/16 at 2:30 from Bengaluru to Nagpur. I reached to baggage counter for boarding pass at 1:50.
                                    I know I was 5 mins late for boarding, hence understanding the deposit of luggage would be impossible I asked to have boarding pass without luggagr deposit. I would be kept it on my risk.
                                    Just for 5 mins they didn't let me board nor did they reschedule or refunded my anount.
                                    Highly disappointed! I had a wedding to attend. now I couldn't.
                                    Not taking Indigo again for sure!

                                      Date of incident - 9-Dec16 PNR Number D5C82V From Hyderabad to Indore.
                                      I booked Indigo flight ticket from Bangalore to Indore through Goibibo.com
                                      Earlier Booking was Morning flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad and evening 17:45 from Hyderabad to Indore. they have reschedule the flight from morning to 15:45 from Bangalore to Hyderabad, and 17:45 from Hyderabad to Indore.
                                      I board the Bangalore flight which was delayed from 15:45 to 14:25, i asked Bangalore indigo representative please share me boarding pass for Hyderabad flight, he confirmed me that i booked your Ticket under priority you can check in from Hyderabad manually. and confirmed you can reach to boarding counter with in 15 Minute.
                                      I asked to refund my full amount from Hyderabad to Indore and book next flight . Both Indigo and Goibibo is not ready for the same .
                                      I want your help to resolve and get back my full refund amount .
