    My daughter Bhawna Kashliwal was scheduled to fly from Kolkata to Guwahati in6E 207 on 13th December and come back from Guwahati to Kolkata by Flight no.6E 6248 on same date due a death case in the family.Her PNR No.was JGF76U.She was issued boarding card mentioning seat no.28D and gate no 19.She was waiting on gate no.19 and noticing that there was no boarding from that gate at about 1025 she contacted Indigo staff and was told that the boarding is over.She was also told that the flight was scheduled for gate no.19 but afterwards changed for gate no 18 due to some technical problem.But no such SMS was received by the passenger.Again iof there was any change in gate no.it was the duty of the company to depute a staff at gate no.19 to take passengers to gate no.18.This is a very wrong act on the part of the airlines causing heavy financial losses and mental disturbacnce to my daughter.Please reply...Santosh Kumar jain

      This is regarding the cancellation of Flight No. 6E 283 from Delhi to Kolkata which was scheduled on 4th Dec'16 at 16:45.
      I had booked a round trip and the PNR number is XFM22K. As the flight from Delhi to Kolkata was cancelled by the airline at the last minute, I had to book another flight!
      The least I had expected was a timely refund! However to my sheer dismay, not only have I yet not received the refund, the customer care refuses to entertain any calls! Amazed at the callous attitude of this airline I can only request for a refund ASAP as it has already been more than 10 days.
      PS: With this ridiculous customer service, doomsday ain't far indigo !

        Hi,

        I cancelled ticket from Indigo airlines from Banglore to hyderabad For that Indigo charged cancellation fees Rs 394 per ticket, that is fine i got agree with that .
        But they are not returning the remaining money around Rs.955 saying that they will add it to my account from where I have paid. but i didn't get any refund after cancellation and deducting the cancellation fees.

        Please guide how can i get my remaining money back.
        Will be very thankful to you.

          This is the complaint, i had lodged on 11/12/2016 to your registered office as the person i talked to on 10/12/2016 was not ready to record my complaint on phone.

          On 4th september 2016, i had booked tickets for my travel from mumbai to patna on 4th december 2016 and return from patna to mumbai on 10th december 2016. The ticket was booked in the name of prafulla sinha and vidyawati sinha. The pnr was mg9n8u.
          I completed my travel from mumbai to patna on 4th december as scheduled. However on 10th december 2016, when i reached airport to my utter dismay, i was told the following:
          1. My ticket has been cancelled on 6th october at my request
          2. That indigo has refunded about rs. 13000 to my american express card
          3. I was not allowed to travel

          I had never cancelled my reservation. Indigo had never informed me about cancellation of my return ticket. All the trouble and consequential financial losses should therefore be on your account and therefore i must be adequately compensated.
          I have now re-booked my ticket through goair for travel on 15 december 2016 for rs. 35172/-.
          Please therefore look into the matter and adequately compensate me for the financial losses on account of ticket fare, stay charges and losses on account of my absence from my office for 5 days.

              That my son sri pratyush ku. Das's flight no6e139 from kolkata to agartala was to departure from kolkata on 14.12.16 at 9 pm. Accordingly he went to luggage counter for submit his luggage by 8.30 am as because he came to know by the announcement on display board that the same flight was delay and to be departure at 9.40 am. But the staff at counter deny to receive his luggage as said that the luggage receiving has already been closed. Than he move to customer desk for help to receiving his luggage. But the behaviour of the staff at customer care was so brutality and annoying without helping my son. Than he try to entry by all his luggage to boarding the flight at 9 am and some one of your staff said that the flight is now ready to take up. He demoralized and felt help less what to do. No body come forward to help my son. On having harassment by your staff he book current flight online by rs.5015/- which was at 2.30 pm. But on proper inquiry he came to know that the said flight was delay. Than he enter to the flight with his all luggage with very horrible condition lastly his luggage was received manual with a rough comment by your staff near the airbus. After entry in to the air bus he
              Cancelled his current booking by loosing of 2800/-. The entire lose of money was due to non-cooperation and chaotic management of the system by your organization. This complain may be treated as notice for the consumer court of law for harassing and mental torture by your staff at air port without any fault of the passenger.

              Your reply in this matter is solicited to solve my mental agony against your carelessness supporting to the passenger.

                On 14th night i came from lucknow by indigo flight to delhi on 14th dec, 2016 at about 11.50pm. Through out the day on 14th dec, 2016 i was receiving messages that the flght is delayed. On 15th dec, 2016 at about 00.10 hrs when i went to checkin counter, i was informed that the flight is cancelled. No alternate flight was arranged but was asked to take indo-canadian bus from t3 terminal. I was told that i should pay for the ticket. When i went to bus they told me that i should pay in cash and card is not acceptable.in these days of demonitization it is very difficult to get cash from atms and i had only 3500 rs with me and there was no atm with cash nearby. I was forced to buy bus ticket with my meagre cash. I have proceeded to ludhiana where i am on official work. Now as my cash has gone for bus ticket, instead of attending to official work i have to be in atm queue hunting for cash in a alien place. This is the worst experience i faced in my life. Next time i will not travel by your airlines and will advice my friends so

                  My booking reference number is j895gc. The ticket is booked for 4 persons from lucknow to ahmedabad. One of the person wants to change his travel date from 25th jan'17 to 26th jan'17. I had booked all the tickets from the airport counter. When i went there to postpone it by a day. I was sent back saying that the cancellation can only be done online. Thats a rule. What kind of rule is this?
                  Are you there to facilitate your customers or make them suffer?
                  I have mailed 2 days back on the indigo website also, asking them to guide me, but, no reply from there too.
                  Why such a lethargic behaviour. Your airline is supposed to be a very professional corporate one. But, it seems i am being proved wrong.
                  Another matter is why am i being charged 2250/- for cancellation? I only want to postpone by a day, not cancel my ticket. What kind of rule is this? Whay am i being charged such an exaggerated amount?

                    I had booked ticket on flight no.6e-271 from kolkata to chennai on 13/12/16 for rs.8074/-. there was cyclone and heavy rainfall on 12/12/16. and my friend called from chennai and told me that the airport runway was waterlogged so all flights were cancelled. but i did not get any information from indigo about cancellation of the above flight. after waiting upto 10pm on 12-12-16 i cancelled the ticket because if i did not cancel by 4am on 13-12-16 i would not get any refund. i got refund of only rs.5299/-. subsequently i cam to know from their website that the above flight 6e-271 was suspended. so it is quite clear that indigo waited for all passangers to cancel their tickets so indigo can get rs.2250/- per ticket as cancellation charges. and then later they announced suspension of flight. this is unfair trade practice and they should refund all passangers full ticket fare.

                      We both booked a flight to travel from goi-ixc for december 7, 2016 and routing was goi-del-ixc at 1:15/3:30 connected with 6:15/7:15 arrival in ixc. After landing in ixc, we were advised at 5 am that flight will depart at 8:15 am. At 9 am, new departure time of 11am was given and actual boarding was announced at 11:30 am followed by all passengers boarding the flight. Pilot advised us at 1pm that flight has been cancelled and that we are returning back to delhi arrivals hall. On arrival, it seems like "top magmt" was posted to recieved and process passengers with two options 1. Accept bus transportation to ixc to be departing once all willing to travel by bus are collected at one point followed by processing of their bookings by an agent
                      2. Accept refund and navigate our own way to ixc

                      Important ps: we were the first 2 passengers in the line and accepted ground option assuming it was going to be taxi fare but agent advised that it was going to be a common bus on handing our boarding passes back so we both categorically opted out and requested refund. Since lots of passengers were to get partial refunds, agent handling us (Wearing a badge from indigo with messge "yes i can") reviewed our itinerary and advised that
                      1. We both endured 12+ hr of delay followed by cancellation
                      2. As well as indigo unable to neither offer us alternate means to arrive at ixc nor fulfill our request to return us to goi (Our home), he will process our bookings for full refund (To be actually processed by zindigo customer care department with a promise that we will both get a phone call by end of the evening from that team confirming the same as well as refund information).
                      3. We never recieved any communications from anyone from indigo airlines after hiring and paying for a taxi ride to ixc to date
                      4. When we contacted indigo today, we are told that our zticket was modified to show just goi-del flight meaning agent initially processed us to be part of bus quota and either forgot or missed to process our tickets for claims.

                      We kindly urge you to fulfil the full refund promise as given by delhi supervisor since this trip caused us 22 hr of delay, inconvenience, fatigue, stranded at transit point as well as inr 6, 500 we paid for taxi services to get to ixc.

                        I had a comfirm flight did my check-in then waited at boarding gate.. Since airport is a silent airport they don't make annocement on mike for missing pax.. But they should send their staff in the small boarding area n give a call so people don't miss there flights after check-in... I saw their register at least 20 people miss the flight bcas of indigo airlines careless attitude.

                        When other airlines like goair n spicejet can take care why can't indigo.

                        My flight was from mumbai to jaipur on 10th dec. We why 3 frnds.

                        Then the airlines charged me 6500 per ticket more for next day flight.

                        This way indigo is cheating people.

                          This complaint is regarding delay/no refund received agaist a cancelled ticket. Booking reff i7i9vf is cancelled on 18 nov 2016. Booking done in the airport booking counter through debit card. But flight was cancelled, called customer care several times but amount of inr 7361 is not yet credited to my account. Need refund immediately.

Due to that, i cant not join my office duties at 10.30 am for that reason my 1 (One) day salary has been cut by around rs. 800/-.
                            Please bring me back my rs. 800/- as early as possible or i will go to complain hon'ble court.
                            This is my humble request you to back my 01 day salary.

                              I bhavani shankar & my wife were to travel to kolkota on the 10th dec16 @ 5.30am departure.
                              Our pnr is eck7wd, flight : 6e 713, our seats were 29a & 29b.
                              We were at the airport before 2 hours & with the heavy crowd of travellers managed to get our boarding cards.
                              The boarding was announced @ 4, 45 am & we boarded the bus to be at the said aircraft.. All was fine till such time we reached the aircraft which was about 4.47am.
                              The bus reached the aircraft & to our shock your air crew/ air hostesses had not reported @ the aircraft & hence, all the passengers were made to wait in the bus securely locked for precisely 15-20 minutes. Most of the passengers were feeling claustrophobic & few even vomited inside.
                              Now let us understand "ones who preach punctuality has to live up to it & make sure their staff live up to it" there is no room for hypocrisy.
                              You should understand many of the passengers who were just a little late even after obtaining their boarding passes were not allowed to board & their baggage's were deplaned. Such being the case, how can your 4-5 air staff/ hostesses report late by 15+ minutes & make all the passengers wait at the tarmac locked up in the bus??? That too when they are provided luxury boarding/ lodging & conveyance in the early morning & taking the passengers who pay through the nose for a ransom...
                              I need to know what are your actions against the scant treatment of all the passengers.
                              I can even quote, your atrocity while i was returning on the 12th dec by 5.30pm from kolkota, i was penalised rs 400 for just 2 bags which i did not want to carry on board inspite of me having no baggage at all..
                              This is the highhanded approach of indigo staff who lack courteousness. Yet draw & enforce rules on the passengers & letting their own staff go scot free.
                              I need a response post your enquiry & investigation.

                                Dear sir / madam,
                                I am dissapointed by the response given by Indigo. I had booked the flight to travel from Goa to Chennai via Bangalore. The flight (6E 617 dated 13.12.2016) from Goa got delayed by one hour to arrive. Reached Bangalore one hour late. Baggage transfer at collection point was also delayed by responsible authorities. Later, when asked for flight 6E 617, from Bangalore to Chennai it was intimated that, flight got cancelled. When asked for alternate flights, no response was given. When tried for indigo customer care no one responded. Forcebly I have to stay in Bangalore and took care of lodging and food. Now I have to take care of my journey on my own. For indians such treatment is unacceptable in India. Sir, I have also paid convenience charges. But, so much inconvenience is caused to me. Who will pay for all these. I want my flight amount plus stay at Bangalore because my destination was Chennai. Booking ID :-NF[protected] PNR is FBNYQG.

                                  I have travelled from hyderabad to jaipur via delhi on 8th december 2016. When i took my luggage from belt area at 9:50 pm, i saw that handle was not getting pulled out, it was stuck then i saw my entire bag, it was torn from a side and scratched like anything, i have tried to file an complaint there at airport help desk of indigo airlines but they started arguing like anything, after that they have started their drama they told "we have filed your complaint in our system, our crm team will contact you soon" and lady member of them wrote my details on the back side of the form (I have snap of that form as well) but didn't allowed me to file any complaint. Yestreday on 13th december 2016, when i tweeted about it @indigo6e, they simply told that we can't take your case forward as nothing is reported in our system. I present immediately that snap but they have replied nothing is visible clearly, you please produce another clear picture. What the hell, i mean how would i now produce another picture and the things written over there are clearly visible. Still they have denied to consider this case.

                                  They are just bluffing with customers and also not handle their customers properly. Worst flight experience ever. I will definitely file a complaint against you people for miss-leading to not to report incident immediately and bad handling of the baggage.

                                    I wanted to book a flight on 10th December 2016 from jaipur to Bengaluru on 8th January 2017. I pain the price but I got a message that your PNR is WC33PJ is on hold till[protected]:41:27 hours but in the first place money was deducted from my account. In the message a link was given so I clicked on it and again payed the amount but amount was deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed.
                                    So I want my money refunded which was deducted twice.

                                      I travelled by goindigo flight, PNR number, GE8QRN. while collecting the suitcases, i found that both my suitcase was severely damaged. locks of both the suitcases were broken, trolley was also broken. this was a deliberate act, in an attempt to take out the content. i informed the duty officer at the airport who reluctantly took my complaint. i sent a complaint to indigo also but they have not even acknowledged my e mail. what options do i have now?
