[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Change schedule - I cannot avail plan B for individual members in a group booking

I originally reserved a ROUNDTRIP ticket for my family (4 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant) from Chennai to Indore. Indigo canceled/rescheduled the tickets multiple times. First the trip to Chennai to Indore was canceled and the new flight was 12+ hours later. Therefore, I canceled that portion of the trip without knowing all the details. I rebooked that again separately. Now the return trip is also canceled. I was given an option to choose “plan B” option for this. For one of my family members, the change in the schedule does not work at all due to work schedule. Therefore, I wanted to rebook the ticket except for him. However, some of the options indicated that only 2, 3, 4 seats left " like that. Therefore, I went ahead and rebooked for all of them to make sure that I do not lose any spots. I reached out to the customer support (via chat) to see whether I can get a waiver for cancelation fees for the family member for whom the schedule will not work at all. However, I was told that this is not an option as there is only one PNR and I get to use the plan B together. The entire experience is stressful as the flight for each segment had been getting canceled or rescheduled to 12 hours. Because of these I had been canceling, rebooking, etc. I will seriously think about using Indigo for future travel needs. With a lot of changes, my entire schedule is screwed up. In this process, I also lost a quite a bit of money.

indigo airlines did reach out to me by email and asked me to provide an Indian phone number. I did inform that I am a non-resident and do not have an Indian number. I requested that the issue be resolved via email. But it had been a couple of weeks and there is no response to my email. Still waiting for a resolution.
