Hi,
Travelled by flight 6E 629 on 13-Sept from Pune to Bangalore and was occupying seat 5A. This flight was delayed today and I was getting late for my meetings and departed from flight in a hurry. Enroute from airport to guest house, I noticed that I may have dropped my bracelet made of gold+diamond and black beads either in the airplane or either of the airports (Pune/Bangalore) waiting area - gate 6 and gate 4 at Pune or baggage collection Belt #7.
Incase this has been found, Kindly contact me and also let me know on how I can get this back.

    I had travelled via Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Mumbai (TK 0720 - PNR - VDH3CX, Baggage tagging - TK 327617) on 9th September and took a flight from Mumbai to Bangalore (6E 6293, PNR - FLFSXS). The baggage did not arrive to Bangalore. Seems, the Baggage is found and identified by the Turkish Airlines in Mumbai. They are asking for authorization from Indigo Bangalore to make the connection to BLR.

    Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

    I have provided all the details at the Baggage service counter at BLR airport. I'm trying to call the customer support everyday, BLR MHB and BOM MHB indigo staff are not much responsive.

    This is causing lot of stress

    Hello,

    It has been more than 6 days - 144 hrs since I had landed in Bangalore. There is no progress regarding my Baggage. I was waiting for a call from customer support team for the past 48 hrs. No progress still. http://worldtracer.aero/filedsp/6e.htm

          I have booked a ticket from Skopje to Bangalore via Istanbul-Mumbai. in Skopje I put my luggage in Turkish Airlines Check-In they put the sticker [To ; BLR] and they confirmed to collect the luggage on arrival at last destination. I asked them two times and they told no problem you can collect at BLR. But when i reach Bangalore there was no luggage on the belt. Immediately I went to baggage help desk and they told me we are not able to locate and it will take 48 hours to locate it they provided a mobile number for follow-up. I was landed on 10th of SEP and till now there was no status on my luggage. "they say tracking continues". When i call BLR MHB they are not picking the call. Please help to locate my bag and inform me about the status of my luggage. [Attached is my bag tags, boarding pass and File reference number]

          One of my Co-passenger has also has same issue with the same flight. he got a call from Turkish airlines Mumbai and they said all of our luggage is with them and waiting for indigo to collect and clear the customs, But when we call Indigo there is no response and we don't know whether they send some persons to collect the luggage from Mumbai MHB. Please assign some persons to check with Turkish airlines Mumbai.

            I booked a ticket from Bangkok to Kolkata from Indigo PNR OL7KHC using their 'Flexi fare' that charges Rs.1000 for cancellation if it is cancelled over 4 days prior to departure.
            Scheduled departure was 28th August. I cancelled my flight before 22nd August from their app. They claim that I cancelled it one day prior, on the 27th from Bangkok Airport counter, and have deducted Rs.5011 and Rs.550 convenience fee.

            They did not send in any confirmation of the cancellation, and when I checked on the app, opening the booking showed 'this booking does not exist or has been cancelled' as a pop up. This reassured me that the flight has been cancelled. IndiGo had been prompt with refunds in the past so I did not delve into it any further at that moment.

            After a week of not receiving the refund, on 29th August, I wrote an email asking for an update. That is when they informed me that their system says it was cancelled from Bangkok airport counter on 27th August. I was not in Bangkok on the day, which is primarily the reason I had to cancel the flight. I have flight tickets and hotel reservation to prove the same.

            It's been 2 weeks since they have been harassing me by sending me the same email again and again, that I cancelled the flight on 27th August, and today, they have asked me for proof that they send post cancellation. If they had sent proof, would this even be an issue? It would have been resolved instantly. The main problem was that they do not send any proof, the app/website also does not allow for checking date of cancellation, just the pop up as attached post trying to access the booking. They leave this grey area such that they can make a fool of as many customers who won't take this forward. I have told them there is a system error since it reflects I cancelled it from Bangkok airport and I have proof I was not in Bangkok on the day, but they have ignored that repeatedly.

            Please help me receive my refund and if you can, make it mandatory for them to send cancellation confirmations.

              I had registered for airline job on famous company OLX and I got a call from the person on the opposite end saying we are from INDIGO company you are selected for the first qualifying round so you have to pay Rs 2500 as a security deposit I paid it and attended the first qualifying round. Then someone called from another number and said you have qualified for second round so you have to pay 6200 more for clothes and shoes so I got a big doubt when I contacted them they are rejecting my call this is a gang that is totally deceiving. They are not affiliated with INDIGO. I respectfully request you to consider this and provide me with appropriate compensation

                I am a student and I was told that I can just show my student card at the airport while check-in to avail 10Kg extra baggage. This information is still there in the official website and yet I was asked to pay 40USD per Kg for the extra baggage. 40USD. Who would pay 30, 000 INR for 10 Kgs?

                I am extremely dissatisfied and I will never book with indigo or recommend indigo to anyone ever!

                They robbed me! Unacceptable!

                Btw the ticket said quatar airways operated by Indigo? And quatar airways said me that indigo would accept the student card.

                I was travelling from banglore to Doha. My request is atleast have the rules clear in your website. When I called the airlines it said the same!

                          I booked a ticket ( 5 persons) in Indigo with PNR-IKS1HS for journey on 12 October which is a direct flight. Two weeks back, it is informed that the flight was cancelled. As the travel is very urgent to me, i have to avail Plan B option of Indigo which facilitates booking alternative flights with no additional cost. However there was no direct flight on the same date. I payed extra money for my travel on the first ticket for a direct flight. The option available on Plan B was taking longer time and i have to spend additional amounts for food as i have to spend prolonged time in between. Additionally, for seat booking, i have to spend twice for the two connection flights. This is highly inconvenient and causing additional financial burden for me. Please make arrangements to compensate my inconvenience and financial loss.

                            I had 2 bags one of around 16 kg and other around 6.6 kg. I was a first timer and didn't know the difference between cabin luggage and check in luggage. I could have taken the 6.6 kg bag into cabin if the staff there who did my luggage checkin would have helped me regarding that. Instead he made me to pay for extra 7 kgs whereas I should have paid only for extra 0.7 kg of luggage. Who will pay my money back ? 😭

                              I lost my checkin baggage while travel from bhopal to Bangalore on 20th August 22 now after 18days Indigo replied saying they wont be able to find my bag n can not consider my request anymore. They should compensate me for my suffering and mental harassment, i have to suffer for making new documents as my bag had all my educational n id proofs certificate passport. Who will be responsible for this, I want proper justification for my lost baggage except saying not able to find does indigo staff started stealing the bags as well

                                  I have lost my traveled boarding pass for which I need to claim for travel allowance in my company. When I tried to submit the request from indigo official portal for travel certificate it is not working.

                                    Gave brand new American Tourister at Lucknow checkin counter and found in Delhi that the handle of the luggage broken and missing. Extremeely disappointed by your staff's handling. Please look into the matter and resolve to my satisfaction. The luggage is meant for international travel to Auckland, New Zealand.

                                      Indigo ground staff denied us permission to board my direct flight from Hyderabad to Coimbatore on 4th September 2022. They were operating their check in counters understaffed and i had to wait for 25 minutes in the que due. There was no boarding announcement even and finally they deny me permission to board my flight.

                                      I even had a senior citizen with me and i had to rebook a round about flight for extra 38000. Is this the way you treat your fliers and scam them. The ground staff was extremely impolite and rude.

                                      The flight PNR number was ESQJRK flight number is 6E 752.
