[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Check in bag external lock removed, pin changed

My parents boarded flight 6e 137 from goa to mumbai on sun aprl 24. their final destination was bdq ( baroda) and their luggage was checked in through to bdq.
When they received the baggage at baroda, the lock was not there and the pin to open the bag was changed. obviously the bag was opened in between the transit with a TSA key.
Now they are not able to open the luggage without having to damage the suitcase. Please advice how can indigo help here. If any further details are needed, please let me know.
