I m priya from Jalandhar few days back I got a call from Indigo airlines tht is hr mahi Sharma ..she said she is from Indigo nd my cv is selected for data entry job she said you have to pay 2100 for the interview I refused to pay after tht she said I will send you Google test nd then you pay i said ok I do tht after tht she said you have to pay now i paid them then telephonic interview is conducted nd I cleared it then they asked me the security...

I have called the indigo customer service almost 8 times all because I booked a flight and later was informed by my doctor that I’m pregnant and should not travel in the first 3 months. I spoke to indigo and was told that if I present a doctor’s letter, I can get a full refund or a voucher. I presented a letter which they validated but no assistance after that. I call the customer service everyday and stay on the line for almost an hour because they want to discuss with the supervisor and everyday I’m promised that they will call me back BUT NO ONE EVER DOES! My flight is tomorrow and till now I have no answer or solution. I’m pregnant and the stress that Indigo has caused me is tremendous. I really am too worried and frustrated about losing my ticket fare because of the unprofessional customer service indigo provides!

My husband also has a ticket - ZJG73F and I was asked to send marriage proof so as to initiate a refund or a voucher for him too. I sent all the details for this as well, however no assistance received. Two tickets for tomorrow and we still haven’t received a solution!

    Left prayer beads in airplane

    This is not really a complaint but a request for help to locate something I lost on flight due to my own fault.
    Today I travelled on the above flight which landed at Kolkata around 11, 45 am.
    I left a small black cloth pouch (about 3 inch by 3 inch) with a zipper contains my prayer beads (rudraksh mala). It may have been found...

    I have traveled from Singapore to Chennai today. I just noticed a few mins before after reaching home that my luggage is damaged. This suitcase is shock Protection enabled and still the luggage is damaged means how careless it has been handled.

      Money got deducted, but didn't got any PNR number or any flight details

      I recently booked the flight today (26/04/2022)
      I booked it for april 29th, 2022.
      However, after giving all my information, I went for the payment page and paid the money through phone pe. The money got deducted I waited for a while and didn't got any pnr number or any flight details.
      Now I don't know what to do... Please help me... I can also share all the transaction messages and the transaction numbers... Please reply...

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I booked an Indigo Flight on 25th Nov 2021 to travel between Chennai and Mumbai on 15th Feb 2022 via PNR: KN7DNG for 3 adults + 1 infant and I paid Rs.8340 in total.

        I split the PNR : KN7DNG into 3 PNR's as KN7DNG, SW9LRG & SL8USP on 17th Jan 2022. (i.e., one PNR for one Adult). After splitting the PNR, I changed my travel date from 15th Feb 2022 to 31st March 2022 as offered by Indigo due to covid travel restrictions on 17th Jan 2022. I further extended the travel date from 31st March 2022 to 30th Aug 2022 on the same day.

        Due to the Indigo summer schedule change, my flight was cancelled by Indigo and I had to avail "plan B' to opt for either refund or change of travel date on 17th March 2022. I decided to avail full refund under plan B by cancelling the tickets booked under all 3 PNR mentioned above.

        They have partially refunded me Rs.5056 out of the total fare cost of Rs.8340 and not providing any evidence for refund of the balance amount.

        They have caused me so much agony and inconvenience without refunding the balance amount of Rs.3284 till date. I wrote more than 30+ emails including their nodal officers / appellate authority but no one cared to give me a proper response on the balance refund amount of Rs.3284.

        After going through so much agony by Indigo, I'm approaching on hoping that I would get my balance refund amount at the earliest.

        Please do the needful.

          2nd time I faced a problem of changing my Flights timing changed by you after booking at such a time When I do not have other option but to opt your changed time schedulwe and that disturbe my all preplaned programme badly. PNR no. QQZYMA (Flights to delhi to Madurai & return)
          Ist time last year in Oct 21 My Srinagar flight timings were changed.

          I found that you have given numbers of flight timings in a day at the time of booking. Once people booked 3-7 days before flight you mergered all such days flights in one single flight and give the excuses of Technicall problem. How you come to know 7 days before the flight that technical problem arise on a perticular timinf Flight. While the other timeing Fklight of same location is OK.
          This way you are cheating the people to get more booking of different timing Flights else people will book with other airlines.
          Change effects our all schedile Hotel/Car booking meetings etc.
          This type of business tecticts are NOT good.

            I'm complaining about indigo airlines fake job offer

            Got i call from a person calling himself as vivek roy asked me for my qualifications and stuff explained about the airlines like pro and asked me to submit my details and gave me fake confirmation letter and asked to pay 1250/- for application form now I got to know vivek roy is used to fraud people please help me with my problem and refund my amount the details that person shared and the QR which I will share in add photo..

              Check in bag external lock removed, pin changed

              My parents boarded flight 6e 137 from goa to mumbai on sun aprl 24. their final destination was bdq ( baroda) and their luggage was checked in through to bdq.
              When they received the baggage at baroda, the lock was not there and the pin to open the bag was changed. obviously the bag was opened in between the transit with a TSA key.
              Now they are not able to open the luggage without having to damage the suitcase. Please advice...

                I lost my debit cards in indigo flight Indore to Bengaluru flight no. 6E 701 on 16th april 2022 6:10 am . Seat no. 31B
                There was a card holder it contained 2 debit cards.

                  Travelling 6E7966/on 24/04/2022, PNR: HUG3XB
                  No cabin cooling was maintained till plane started. It’s devastating n suffocating in hot summer to sit in hot box which is neither supported by outside/inside cooling system.
                  Please maintain the temperature inside.
                  In short distance & in small flights we reach destination till cabin temperature gets to desired level, which is definitely not up to INDIGO STANDARDS.

                    Why airline ask money for seat selection in web check in?

                    It is not mandatory to buy a seat. If you do not wish to pay for the seat, while doing the web check-in, please click on the 'auto-assign' option which is available till 6 hours prior to the departure and a seat will be assigned to you as per the availability.

                      PNR: RMSVGZ

                      This is Kiran Kumar Boddeti. I had travelled from Chandigarh to Hyderabad on 18-Apr-2-2022.

                      I booked a connected flight with PNR: RMSVGZ. I clearly asked during check-in what would be the case if first flight (Chandigarh to Delhi) was delayed. Staff informed me that it will be taken care and they will make sure that we will board the second flight in any case.

                      Flight got delayed, on top of it, the bus that took us to T2 in Delhi Airport not sure why took almost 15 minutes to take to T2. There is a sudden rush at the transit check-in and no one from Indigo to guide.

                      "GoAir" helped their passengers to check-in. No one from Indigo side. And finally when we went to the gate, they said boarding counter is closed.

                      Problems I faced:
                      1. I travelled with one 3 year old and 9 year old kids and my plan was completely disturbed.
                      2. Actual flight was at 21:15PM. They boarded us for next day 1:150AM flight.
                      3. One of the male Indigo staff even argued that it is not their responsibility. I mentioned a point about the gap between two flights which is not even 2 hours. For us, generally will ask to at least check-in before two hours. Then how can you guys plan a connected flight with short gap between the two and how can you blame customer for that?

                      I reached home next day morning and my Work on that day got affected.
                      My Wifes job, my kids school got affected.

                      Only after insisting they provided dinner.

                      This is the worst experience I had in my life. If you can't guarantee to manage connected flights, you should inform to customer in advance.
                      It's your responsibility to make sure customer catch the second flight.
                      Finally my family did not eat the dinner which I pre-booked in the flight as it was late mid-night (2:15AM).

                      Staff should not be rude towards the customers as it is Airlines responsibility and should accept the fault.

                      I hope some action will be taken regarding this incidence and same should not be repeated to any other customers. Else, we will not prefer Indigo from next time.

                        I was travelling with 2 special needs children who are 5 years old.
                        I had my flight booked for 7:25 and my previous flight from London was delayed by 2 hours.
                        I reached indigo departure @ 6:35. I was refused entry stating as I cannot go past check in and security in 10 minutes time.
                        I was desperate as I don't want to be stranded in the airport with no mobile(no Wi-Fi in airport too) for 3 hours with 2 exhausted non verbal child for a 45 mins flight. I wasnt prepared as I had 4 hours gap between flights.
                        I literally pleaded to the manager in charge to let me take the flight @ 7:25. I was told to rebook ticket for 10:55 and was sarcastically questioned "whats wrong with your kids".
                        He point blank refused to allow me to board the flight and closed door on my face. I had my boarding pass, made seat reservations and check in luggage tags printed.
                        I had to pay Rs.7500 in spite of having ample time. Funny part is once I paid for next flight I was taken to the boarding lounge in 5 mins time via fast track check in and security. Why didnt they do it for 7:25 flight.
                        I never felt humiliated so much in life. They sensed my vulnerability made me wait for 4 hours for a 45 mins journey. Its the wait after exhausting flight from London makes one furious. I was left with no choice with no wifi or phone. Attachment of 9.55 ticket shows paid and printed @ 7.11am and was denied to board 7.35 flight. When expressed my concern in FB I'm heard so many internationals treated with no civility.
