Indigo canceled my connecting flight from Dibrugarh to Shillong on 26th March 2022 and left me stranded there without any solution.

They are calculating my refund based on the distance I did not travel instead of what I actually paid for that booking.

It is quite evident from their portal itself (if you perform some basic flight ticket search) that they are lying. They just don't want to return the full amount and prepared a logic behind it. I am filing a case in consumer court and they can explain the logic in fare calculation to the judge.

    Hi indigo

    I am really sorry that me and parents are not so happy to fly with you guys. We were traveling on the flight 6E7975 from kannur to kochi of which was last minute emergency we booked the tickets at the rate of 17, 000 which was too costly for us. We already had pre booked flight on 28 th april and we asked for date change which will cost more 20000 which is so horrible. We are common people and on the last minute it was atrocious for charging us a huge price The situation of the flight was so much horrible like the seats were torn the windows were enough dusty to make me mom allergic. The second one is the luggage the tyre of the suitcase was like twisted now its going like to sideways. I feel like it was better to take a cab or a train service instead if you are flying like this. I feel like the passenger should get a minimum quality service if we are taking a flight from such biggest airlines indigo. I wish go get a refund or wish to file a complaint on consumer forum.       I had a confirmed Indigo reservation for 15th March, 2022 from Hyderabad to Doha. Even though I am a foreign national and had all relevant travel documents including PCR results I was denied boarding as I was transiting through Doha to Montreal by Qatar Airways, which incidentally is a code share flight of Indigo.
      I was asked to go the domestic terminal and contact the their office but they were as clueless as can be. I couldn't cancel my flight online as it was to close to departure and the customer service number on their website would not connect.

      I had to cancel my Qatar flight because of this and rebook at twice the cost.

        I had to travel from Bangalore to Guwahati on 31st March to attend a function in Guwahati on 1st April 8 AM. I had booked the flight for 6:50 pm even though it costed more, just because I had to finish office till 3 pm on 31st March. Now, due to the sudden change of flight schedule (time is changed to 4:25 pm and it is now a connecting flight via Bombay) the best possible solutions that are being offered are -
        1. Refund - this would mean I book another flight which is now costing way too high than what I could have got it for, had i booked this earlier
        2. Change of flight to available ones within 7 days - this will not serve the purpose as the function is on 1st April.
        I have paid for the direct flight at 6:50 pm so that I can attend my office on 31st March and the function at 8 AM on the next day. I need the service from Indigo for which they have taken the money.

          Lost my I phone

          While travelling from INDORE to HYDERABAD on 30th March 2022 (Flight no.6 E 6916), PNR NO-FNM2WW & seat no's-11A, 11B, 12A&12B I lost my sApple mobile phone from my hand bag which was kept inside overhead compartment.
          It is a new Apple XS phone with out sim card. Also the phone was kept in power off mode.
          I noticed the phone was lost from my bag when i was went out outside the flight.
          Kindly let me know if you could find...

          No refund and issue voucher - scam

          Ticket PNR LWDZWK, YJPFSM and there are many more where I lost money, if needed, I can submit all my INR 30, 000 ticket. These tickets are from March 17th 2020 and all my tickets were either not refunded or lapsed without any service from Indigo . if person stay outside of country due to job and supposed to go for urgent work at that time, when COVID hit us all . All international airlines had refunded the money or gave voucher with no expiry....

          Hello, Customer Service Manager Indigo,

          I am Deepti Nagulapati and here is my harrowing story of traveling back with indigo from Port Blair to Hyderabad.

          PNR: UK6WFS (HYD to Port Blair round-trip)

          Onward Journey: March 14th 2022 as per schedule.

          Return journey: March 20th 2022.

          Timeline of Activities

          On 19th March 2022 - We received a call at 8:02 pm ( automated call) saying that our flight from IXZ to HYD has been canceled.

          March 19th, 2022- 9:02 pm - We called Indigo customer service. The customer service rep told us that there were no flights on March 20th or 21st and no flights flying out of Port Blair until March 26th, 2022. The prospect of being stuck in Port Blair in the cyclone Asani was extremely scary and Indigo was of no help. We requested to be routed through any other city out of Port Blair and the agent said multiple times there were no flights.

          NOTE: HE NEVER MENTIONED NO SEATS, HE ONLY MENTIONED NO FLIGHTS.

          March 20th -I was on a call for 1 hour with the agent requesting him to put us on any flight to any city in India and he denied again and told us our flights were canceled.

          We went ahead and booked Air India as we were going to be stuck in the cyclone to Kolkata paying 1.02 lakhs one way to Kolkata and checked into Lemon tree hotel, Port Blair. While at the Lemon tree in the evening we got to know that many passengers were able to fly into Chennai and Kolkata and Indigo was indeed flying on 21st. We immediately called Indigo Customer Service again and they said there were no seats this time.

          I RAISED A REQUEST TO GO THROUGH THE RECORDING OF WHAT WAS TOLD BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AS UNTIL NOW THEY TOLD US NO FLIGHTS WERE OPERATING AND NOW WE WERE BEING TOLD “FLIGHTS ARE OPERATING ON 21st BUT NO SEATS”.

          MARCH 21st 2022- I made a call at 5am again to Indigo requesting them to provide me any option so that I can cancel my expensive Air India flight and was told “Sorry we cannot”.

          At that point we went to the airport and spoke to Ms. Alisha - Indigo rep at the airport who told me I should have come to the airport rather than phone and she booked all passengers till 4 pm on 20th march for 21st march flights( here I spent hours with the agent on phone). She also told me I should be compensated for this loss as Indigo did not help me and I was flying to Kolkata at my own expense.

          I reached out to the customer desk, indigo again in Kolkata to help me with a flight to Hyd and in Vain. I was also told indigo deducted a cancellation fee of rs.3500 per ticket for no fault of mine and the agent said they were going to reimburse it.

          Overall, I spent 1.34 lakhs(1.02 Air India to Kolkata and from there to Hyd) for 4 tickets to get out of Port Blair due to a lack of response from the Indigo agent .

          INDIGO REPS BLATANTLY LIED THAT THERE WAS NO FLIGHT ON MARCH 21st, FOR NO FAULT OF MINE, I HAD TO PAY A HEAVY PRICE TO REACH BACK TO HYD. I EXPECT INDIGO TO TAKE CARE OF THIS AND REIMBURSE ME, failing which will be pursuing the matter legally and through consumer forums.

          I can share all boarding passes as needed.

            On 24/08/2021, by giving the assurance of Job, 26, 950INR took from me fraudulently. I went to the Police Station on the same day. On 28/08/2021, I submitted Complaint at the National Cyber Crime Portal. I did the all procedures as per the Law. Even I did 1st and 2nd Appeal to the Information Department to know the information about the taken steps, sent through Speed Post consignment number:- EW[protected]IN AND EW[protected]IN. Nither I am getting any help from Police Department Nor from the Cyber Crime Department! Even, I spent more 5000INR for the Procedure of Law, But did not get any response from anywhere!!

            But 27000INR WAS TOOK FROM ME THROUGH MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE ALL THE PROVES. THEY ALSO USED YOUR GSTIN NO. WHICH WAS FULLY CORRECT, SAME AS YOUR GSTIN. AND THEY WERE CALLING FROM GURGAON OFFICE ALSO.

                  One lady called through shine. Com stating that she is from airport authority of India and told me my resume is selected for groundstaff officer in indigo airlines banglore. After which she asked to pay ₹2500 for online test interview . Next day she asked to pay ₹6600 for telephonic interview then again on same day she asked ₹19500 for security purpose.
                  This if the fraud happened against me please look after it

                    Refund for death in family

                    Me and my family had plans to go to Jaipur for a quick holiday, and had booked tickets on Indigo, PNR XKFYXF for 1 pax from CCU - JAI, and PNR USICJH for 4 pax from BBI-JAI on 21 Mar 2022.

                    Both the headphones were in a leather pouch.

                      While travelling from Delhi T1 to pune on 18mar 22 by Indigo Airline 6E 186 seat no 14F I lost my jwellery pouch (Maroon coloured) please help me by checking the footage of Delhi airport Ti while scanning at 1130hrs or of the lounge 1130:1230 hrs . Also please confirm if found by any cabin crew of 6E186 . Pouch contained 2 gold bangles, a locket with chain, a gold ring and few silver articles. I shall be great ful.

                        Need response..Indigo have closed the boarding before 40 minutes...I am standing information of the gate where they claim 25 mins as boarding closes..not acceptable..it's very bad...and word was..they can't do anything..take another flight...

                          Myself Manorama traveling on official trip to Mangalore from Bangalore Airport - Flight 6E131, I reached airport 1:30 Hrs early, where I was in Luggage checkin where I got call from Indigo team on final call. I requested as my baggage was stuck in checkin as there was delay from security for some other passenger who was fighting with another passenger. I requested everyone to calm down and release my luggage at least. Still I reached 40 minutes early to boarding, they said gate closed.which was really unsatisfied with this, like me others too missed the flight and team Indigo team said sorry its closed. The same Indigo from delays the boarding for so many hours from past so many years and claim as best service. After delay they just announce "Sorry", we have accept their apology as my most of the flights were delayed. Where I reached airport so early and where I was in front of them ..and gate closed..they can only apologize when they are perfect..
                          No one supports..they don't even help
                          Just say move
                          I was few steps away from boarding..issue was because of airport security..Indigo says they can't support as they been complaining to the authorities that "so many cases been registered every day..".
                          Superb reply from the team..coming from 50km away to airport..2 hours early..still We miss flight because of no reason o[censored]s..Indigo can start boarding so many time just at flight time and say sorry...is this justified...
                          Now I have to spend more money and book flight with higher price...so sad..just not mentioning names of Indigo team mbers..as they are not worth to mention..

                          Surprise..I am in next flight..which is 9:55 flight..boarding is still going on @9:28..awesome..they justfool us...utterly wrong..very sad ..

                                Hi Team
                                I travelled Bangalore to Hyderabad in indigo today 16/03 Flight no 6E -6067. I miss placed a gold bracelet in the Washroom . It was Gold with Pearl beads beside KFC .Pls help me to find this . Its was Birthday day gift .

                                  Sir 11th march I got a mail from indigo airline your selected pls send documents to whatsup they are taking application fee 380rs and again Drs fee 1550 ...and again pay 4700 then job confirmed they saying they are fraud pls take action and refund my money pls...
