[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — compensation for flight delay

I had booked Indigo flight 6E - 185 from MUMBAI(BOM) to COCHIN(COK) airport departed from domestic terminal, dated 13 JUL 2018 from GOIBBO travel agent.The flight time was 23:20 and the flight was delayed.The flight 6E - 185 left the airport by 01:35 on the next day.Due to this delay i missed some important meetings which led to a huge loss in my business.So, I am requesting full refund of the flight charges from Indigo Airlines or any other form of compensation.

We do understand that waiting for a flight can be an inconvenient experience, therefore in compliance with regulatory guidelines, we ensured that refreshments were served to you.
However, we are unable to process any compensation in this regard and are hopeful that you will understand the need for our policies and see this matter in the right spirit.
