On 10 th july 2018, i have to take my flight 6E-557 from chennai at 6:40 am, and i checked in and took my boarding pass, waiting for boarding at indigo boarding gate... As the gate is full of passengers i am standing a side and waiting for the call.. but without call they started boarding n by the time I questioned about my boarding flight, they said boarding closed, but the time is 6:10 am, and even i requested, one of your lady boarding staff, CHEATED ME, SAYING THAT, SHE WILL TAKE ME FOR BOARDING, N TOOK ME CLEVERLY OUT AND MADE CANCELLED MY BOARDING PASS.. this really hurt my feelings.. and impacts my confidence... That lady was so reckless and moved out by saying wait there and returned back... So this is what you are giving service... "PLAYING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS"..
Because of this i lost my 2 days work, confidence, and my efforts... who is going to take responsibility... Till now no one has contacted me...Which shows your commitment... IF STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGEMENT... I NEED TO KNOCK DOORS OF COURT ...

Hi Shridhar,

We regret to hear about your experience with us. As per our policy, boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time and as per our records, you reported at the gate at 06:22 hrs. Further, Chennai is a silent airport. Hence, only limited announcements can be made at the airport premises and our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. Since our boarding gates were already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. We request for your understanding in this regard.

    Hi,

    More then a month ago I Utkarsh Pandey had booked a flight PNR: MKW99R| 6E459 IndiGo from Mumbai to Chennai which was scheduled on date 15/07/2018.

    I was supposed to travel from Varanasi to Mumbai today itself by train and after that, I was expecting to continue my journey from Mumbai to Chennai but all of a sudden I fell ill and my condition is not improving.
    Due to continuous vomiting, high fever and lose motion I am unable to travel also the doctor recommended me complete bed rest for a few days.

    Due to this, I won't be able to reach on 15 July at the scheduled time, so I have to cancel my flight.
    I have already spoken to indigo customer care and they have shown a full support and cooperation so far during my tough time.
    I am just a student and belong to a poor middle-class family hence I won't be able to bear high cancellation charge by the indigo airline.
    So I request the Indigo team to cancel my flight and initiate a refund which I spend during my previous booking.so that I can utilize this to book my flight back once I recover.
    I am attaching doctor receipt also for your reference and justify my plight.
    Hoping for full support and cooperation from the Indigo team and better customer experience.

      Dear sir i took my flight with my family on 9 july from indore to mumbai at 1300 hrs pnr WGH82Q we reached on airport on 12.20 pm as we get on the counter the attender said us to wait and then she said we can not board the plane as doccuments are prepared... we did request them as we were 8 people who were about to miss the flight but they did not allowed us to board the flight. and we were told to catch a second flight at 8 pm to mumbai. which cost us 1000 each thats 8000 extra. and they said to get the tickets just one hour prior to departure. we bought the tickets as planned and board the plane. and we saw that people are still at the counter getting chekin and the time was 7.45pm.
      Now i am confused that in afternoon they didnot allowed us to board the plane even 40 min prior to departure and now in night flight they are allowing passenger to even get chekin counter till 7.30...
      how is possible. now please tell me how is this possible...and why they couldnot do it in afternoon flight plez make a proper note on that. i will not stop on this plz make my complaint to be registerd and clear the situation

      We regret to hear about your experience. As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Based on our records, you reported at 12:35 hrs to our check-in counter. Since our check-in counters were already closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.

      Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help to reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. Also, the check-in counters for the flight 6E 587 were closed as per the standard timings. We request for your understanding in this regard.

        not getting any confirmation in the form of mail or sms.

So I request you to send a valid confirmation in the form of email or SMS so as to relieve me from this tension.

        This is to inform you that i have booked flight ticket on 09.07.2018 from ranchi to delhi booking id- [protected] and return flight booking id - [protected], through PAYTM and i have cancelled the ticket on same day due to some reason but the refund amount is credited in account for the rupees of - 2512/- only i am not satisfied with refund money and will never book ticket on indigo in future.

          Our flight number is 6E1713 and booking reference is FD7UQM, we traveled from Hyd-Doha on 11th July.

          Our suitcase was in opened condition with lock broken, we found it is packed in polythene cover with zip open condition.

          Seems like someone has broken the lock and packed it.

          We lost 4 dresses and few edible things.

            While booking a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore I used a US based visa card to make payment. I received a message saying that the payment has not been received and would be refunded within 5 days if deducted from me (the attached picture shows the message received). It gave me a link to make the payment by another mode. Then I used SBI internet banking to make the payment using the link. The money was deducted from the SBI account and I received a confirmation mail for the ticket.
            Later, I realized that money had also been deducted from the US based visa card.
            When I asked for refund for one of the two payments, they said the full amount can not be refunded for one of the two transactions. Only partial amount of the excess payment can be refunded.
            This does not make any sense!! Should not Indigo return the full amount for any one of the two payments?!!

              I have travelled today from Chennai to Mumbai 6E782 flight, I have pre-booked corporate meal so they have given me chicken cup noodles which was not nice so I kept by having little.now am continuously vomiting I went to doctor and he said it is food poisoning.. am get nauseated with that noodles .. why u ppl serving such a cheap unhealthy foods and beverages . Change your menu r else stop serving packed foods. Am not well now. This is ridiculous I will put this and file complaint in court. So much we r spending and traveling but no proper care on foods and services. [censored]!! Hence forth I will never travel with indigo.

                I wish to bring to your notice the difficulties faced by us during my holiday trip to Singapore and back to trivandrum. I have travelled only in Indigo Airlines on the dates mentioned above. During my return journey one of my baggage was missing in bangalore airport and I reported to the officer concerned. He verified and informed me that the baggage was struck in the conveyor belt in Singapore. He made a promise that the baggage would be delivered to my residence the very next day. I also agree that there is a possibility that it may struck in the conveyor.
                When the bag was delivered on 11th july around 3pm, it was in a bad shape with its front side fully damaged. I accepted the bag and mentioned the condition of the bag in the delivery slip. My bag is a new one purchased for this journey and I travelled only in Indigo Airlines.I am sure that the damage caused is only due to the poor handling of baggages by your staff.

                      My name is VIKASH POONIA and I was travel from GOA to JAIPUR on July 10, 2018, in your Flight 6E 998.
                      When the journey ended, I picked up my baggage and I saw that my bag was torn, then I spoke to the Indigo staff and he was a staff named SHIVAM . He said that it keeps happening and we cannot do anything and my bag It was also very dirty and messy
                      The bag was torn, make sure you get it from your staff
                      So I wanted to know from you that you do the same with your passengers' luggage and your staff said that we will not give any damages to you.
                      So I complained to the airport manager and forwarding them to this mail
                      That bag was 2000 rs but the thing is not about 2000 rupees. Talk about your facilities and your rules. What was it that you damaged someone and now you will not pay off
                      If you make us travels like this then how we will travel with you further
                      So my request is that my loss should be compensated
                      And I hope you understand my point and help me.

We would like to confirm that as per IndiGo’s Conditions of Carriage (“COC”), the damage reported by you is categorized as minor wear and tear of a baggage. While we apologise for any inconvenience caused to you, such minor wear and tear would not warrant any compensation. Therefore, we are unable to initiate any compensation in this regards.

                        Hi i have received the email regarding my CV getting shortlisted for interview in indigo airlines in bangalore. They asked me to pay 9300 Rs as a security deposit as they mentioned company will provide me air ticket for bangalore and for that reason they need security amount which will be refunded. Interview is scheduled on 25th of july. I want to know is that true any recruitment interview will b taken on that day in bangalore at indigo office in richmond's tower?

                          My flight got delayed by an hour from patna to calcutta 6E342 and because of that i am not able to catch my connecting flight calcutta to jaipur 6E832.
                          The response what i got by indigo person sagar at patna airport is worst and solution more than worst, even they have not asked for any refreshments to me.
                          Worst ### experience with indigo this time.

                            I booked air ticket in indigo. I lost my boarding passes and i need to submit it in office . So i am trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo air lines. So this complaint is about that.
                            I am trying to request for travel certificate but it is showing error: "We are unable to process your request due to restrictions. Please contact our call centre for further queries"

                              I reach the counter at 5.20 am 5 miniut late
                              The counter staff name is lakshmi
                              She is not allow to travel us
                              She was not ready to lisen anything frome us the indigo staff talk to us very badly
                              Then she send us to front office they all making us late they talking only rules regulations only . no any staff tray to travel us the flight i have travel many time in indigo
                              International trip. But it was all good service but am sorry to say this here after i never chooce indigo becouse they dont wait for us just 5 miniut for bording ...

As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. Since our check-in counter was already closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight. Further, We have shared your experience with our team on the need for displaying a customer-friendly demeanour at all contact points. Please be rest assured that we try our best to assist our passengers in the best possible manner.

                                  I have lost my earphones on the flight near my sit. I turned back from exit door. And I didn’t found it. I asked staff on board for earphones they told there were non of the things found. I searched it under the sits and ever corners for an 10-15 minutes but no one help me to find. And I assume that member on board have took those. What is the types of people Indigo hires?
