Sir i raman singh work at paramiltery force i want to know how u can say that your company providing 50%discount on booking threw defence quota . The realty is the difference actually in price is only 500 only . Today i go to idigo app for booking ticket threw defece quote Jammu to patna on the date of 20 oct 2018 the price show 6500 and without defence quota its 7000 . It's Only 500 difference .

We are sorry to note the disappointment. However, we would like to clarify that under defence booking we provide discount upto 50% on base fare. Further, we have an ongoing discount offer that could be the reason there’s not much difference in fares.

    FEEDBACK TY9TTY My complaint against crew member. Ms Shivani.
    I was seated in 27E and there were gents on either side. I was literally tightky seated as both gentlemen had their hands on the hand rest. Even the seat back of 26E was reclining. Ms. Shivani asked me what will I have. I said tea coffee but she found difficulty in hearing me. She served me sugar free tea, as oer my request. I requested her to ask the 26E passenger to straight the seat back so that I can be comfortable to open the table. She replied me that she cannot tell the passenger, I can tell. She seemed to just finish off her job. I asked for cookies. She handed over a tin to me. I opened and after having a bite realised that it was sugar laden choco chips. I actually wanted sugar free one. She didn't even bother to ask me which one of the 2 cookies I would prefer.

    Later after the service was over, I requested for feedback form from another crew member (name starting with P... I couldn't read her name). She came after sometime with a glass of water. I repeated that I needed a feedback form. Then Ms. Shivani came immediately and started asking me why I needed the feedback form, what went wrong and immediately she started explaining me the reason on not telling the passenger 26E.
    She wasn't able to hear ne when I asked for tea and cookies. But now she wanted me explain about ny complaint. And she kept insisting me state it, despite my polite denial. Finally I had to insist on the feedback form. This shows how insensitive the crew is towards the customer/passenger. They said no form us available and I should send SMS.
    One more senior member came again asking me about the reason of complaint. I told her that all other passengers would over hear so, she can come back to me after landing and I will tell her then. No one contacted me.

      Respected Sir/Mam,

      My ticket pnr no is UJIQPK has been booked under armed quota that I canceled on the same day of booking. On 13 July 2018, when I called on helpline for refund then officials told me that cancellation was not processed and you will only get no show refund because you don't have any notification of cancellation.

      On 2 July 2018 I again have flight ticket OY5JKI and I reached at airport at 2 am but they denied to give check in pass because I was too early, coz i was tired i slept and woke late so I approached them 25 minutes prior for boarding paas but they denied and charged me 1000 for next flight ticket and they didn't gave me any slip of that.

      Sir, I would like to request you to take necessary action to insure the safety and interest of passengers.

      We regret to hear about your experience. We would like to inform you that cancellation policy is designed in a way so as to give our customers the freedom to cancel their travel plans according to their own convenience, exigencies can occur at any point of time. Therefore, we allow our passengers the flexibility to cancel or reschedule a reservation up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
      Also, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. As checked, you reported at 05:39 hrs to our counter. Since our check-in counter was already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.
      Our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help to reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. We look forward towards your understanding in this regard.

        This flight took off at current time at 10 AM. It is supposed to land at 1 PM at delhi. But it got 8 hours of Delay and reached Delhi at 8 PM. I had some flight that I missed and again had to booked another flight, which costed me huge 8000 rupees. Also I was in flight for 10 hours. It was very hectic. I need refund for this Flight. Please help me in this case.

              Flight from Chennai to Pune scheduled on 14 july at 22.25 pm was delayed 3 times and we were stuck at the airport for 3 hours. The travel time from Chennai to Pune is less than that!! What kind of horrible service is this? Unfortunately I wasn't well and down with severe migraine and was stranded at the airport coz of indigo!! Surely not recommending this airline anymore. You guys should refund our money plus compensate for the inconvenience. 3 hours is a lot of time wasted at the middle of the night. Few people who had connecting flight were adjusted in other flight and why are we to wait for 3 hours with medical condition?

                They were asking about Unwanted queries about me, for example why are you going that place, where are you going and etc, first of all i had get a VISA type was VISITNG FRIENDS AND RELATIVE VISA. then i had all their copies are already submitted, therafter they are asking RECEIVER'S PROOF, suddenly i had submit. otherwise they asking RECEIVER PASSPORT, Nowadays till i had go to many more flights are traveeling to other countries but i am not suffering for many members.Kindly request you to treat responsible for any HUMAN.

                  I am very disappointed with indigo flight services
                  Flight delayed for 2 hour and they are not accepting indian Money for food and other stuff whatever your company policy but you have to accept indian money at least in these types of delayed happens from your site
                  Shame on your services
                  If you are delaying flight for any reason you have to give some complement or either some favor to customer to atleast but a food with any currency
                  Your accepting fare in Indian Money but not accepting indian money in air for food so many people are there hungry because of flight delayed including me

                      I received an email regarding airport jobs on my mail id.in that email all the description as well as contact person's phn no. Was given. I called on that number. There was one guy named Mr.Raj Malhotra who picked up the phone and explained me about recruitment process. He gave me the mail id of indigo hr and told me to submit my documents on that id. Next day i submitted it, after few hours i received one confirmation mail by indigo stating that your documents are selected for interview. You have to pay 2500 for the reference id and interview question-answer sheet. I deposited money in the a/c which was given to me by raj malhotra. In the evening one lady from indigo took my telephonic interview.
                      Next day i received call from verification dept of indigo, told me to deposit 7500 (Refundable) for the security deposit and Medical Insurance. I again deposit that money in the same a/c which was given by raj malhotra. in the evening i received offer letter from indigo. Next day one of female again called me and told to deposit again 10000 rs (Refundable) for the current a/c opening as a security deposit...
                      Now I am calling them every day more than 100 time but no one attending . i went to police station but they told me this is a matter of civil so you have to go through the lawyer but i don't have that much money .after study if have issue in our country then what we can do.

                        I am student of IIT Kharagpur and frequent flyer of Indigo Airlines. Today morning I was flying by Indigo flight 6E 874 from Bangalore to Kolkata. My PNR was KGS5PQ. I was returning to college after my vacations and my combined baggage weight including the laptop was 3 Kgs over the specified weight. I requested and pleaded the counter executive to give me a levy to carry my excess baggage. However she was rude and didn't allow me to meet her supervisor with whom I could plead my case. She has issued me a payment receipt with receipt number 1639500 with the total amounting to INR 900.
                        There have been many instances where people have been allowed to carry upto 3 Kgs of excess baggage under special circumstances. Doesn't my case come under a special circumstance?
                        Being a frequent flyer and a student I am indignant, shouldn't I be allowed that much as a loyal customer?
                        The matter should be looked into by appropriate authorities and resolve the issue by providing a refund to me at he earliest.

Based on our records, you were carrying 3 kg excess of check-in baggage, therefore our staff requested you to pay for the excess baggage at the airport.                           On 10 th july 2018, i have to take my flight 6E-557 from chennai at 6:40 am, and i checked in and took my boarding pass, waiting for boarding at indigo boarding gate... As the gate is full of passengers i am standing a side and waiting for the call.. but without call they started boarding n by the time I questioned about my boarding flight, they said boarding closed, but the time is 6:10 am, and even i requested, one of your lady boarding staff, CHEATED ME, SAYING THAT, SHE WILL TAKE ME FOR BOARDING, N TOOK ME CLEVERLY OUT AND MADE CANCELLED MY BOARDING PASS.. this really hurt my feelings.. and impacts my confidence... That lady was so reckless and moved out by saying wait there and returned back... So this is what you are giving service... "PLAYING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS"..
                          Because of this i lost my 2 days work, confidence, and my efforts... who is going to take responsibility... Till now no one has contacted me...Which shows your commitment... IF STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGEMENT... I NEED TO KNOCK DOORS OF COURT ...

As per our policy, boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time and as per our records, you reported at the gate at 06:22 hrs. Further, Chennai is a silent airport. Hence, only limited announcements can be made at the airport premises and our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. Since our boarding gates were already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. We request for your understanding in this regard.

                            Hi,

                            More then a month ago I Utkarsh Pandey had booked a flight PNR: MKW99R| 6E459 IndiGo from Mumbai to Chennai which was scheduled on date 15/07/2018.

                            I was supposed to travel from Varanasi to Mumbai today itself by train and after that, I was expecting to continue my journey from Mumbai to Chennai but all of a sudden I fell ill and my condition is not improving.
                            Due to continuous vomiting, high fever and lose motion I am unable to travel also the doctor recommended me complete bed rest for a few days.

                            Due to this, I won't be able to reach on 15 July at the scheduled time, so I have to cancel my flight.
                            I have already spoken to indigo customer care and they have shown a full support and cooperation so far during my tough time.
                            I am just a student and belong to a poor middle-class family hence I won't be able to bear high cancellation charge by the indigo airline.
                            So I request the Indigo team to cancel my flight and initiate a refund which I spend during my previous booking.so that I can utilize this to book my flight back once I recover.
                            I am attaching doctor receipt also for your reference and justify my plight.
                            Hoping for full support and cooperation from the Indigo team and better customer experience.

                              Dear sir i took my flight with my family on 9 july from indore to mumbai at 1300 hrs pnr WGH82Q we reached on airport on 12.20 pm as we get on the counter the attender said us to wait and then she said we can not board the plane as doccuments are prepared... we did request them as we were 8 people who were about to miss the flight but they did not allowed us to board the flight. and we were told to catch a second flight at 8 pm to mumbai. which cost us 1000 each thats 8000 extra. and they said to get the tickets just one hour prior to departure. we bought the tickets as planned and board the plane. and we saw that people are still at the counter getting chekin and the time was 7.45pm.
                              Now i am confused that in afternoon they didnot allowed us to board the plane even 40 min prior to departure and now in night flight they are allowing passenger to even get chekin counter till 7.30...
                              how is possible. now please tell me how is this possible...and why they couldnot do it in afternoon flight plez make a proper note on that. i will not stop on this plz make my complaint to be registerd and clear the situation

                              We regret to hear about your experience. As per our policy, check-in counter closes 45 mins prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. Our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late. Based on our records, you reported at 12:35 hrs to our check-in counter. Since our check-in counters were already closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight.

                              Further, our endeavour is to assist our valued passengers at all times, therefore with an intention to help to reach the destination, our airport team offered you to accommodate on the next available flight subject to payment of applicable charges, which were accepted by you. Also, the check-in counters for the flight 6E 587 were closed as per the standard timings. We request for your understanding in this regard.

                                  Our flight number is 6E1713 and booking reference is FD7UQM, we traveled from Hyd-Doha on 11th July.

                                  Our suitcase was in opened condition with lock broken, we found it is packed in polythene cover with zip open condition.

                                  Seems like someone has broken the lock and packed it.

                                  We lost 4 dresses and few edible things.

                                    While booking a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore I used a US based visa card to make payment. I received a message saying that the payment has not been received and would be refunded within 5 days if deducted from me (the attached picture shows the message received). It gave me a link to make the payment by another mode. Then I used SBI internet banking to make the payment using the link. The money was deducted from the SBI account and I received a confirmation mail for the ticket.
                                    Later, I realized that money had also been deducted from the US based visa card.
                                    When I asked for refund for one of the two payments, they said the full amount can not be refunded for one of the two transactions. Only partial amount of the excess payment can be refunded.
                                    This does not make any sense!! Should not Indigo return the full amount for any one of the two payments?!!

                                      I have travelled today from Chennai to Mumbai 6E782 flight, I have pre-booked corporate meal so they have given me chicken cup noodles which was not nice so I kept by having little.now am continuously vomiting I went to doctor and he said it is food poisoning.. am get nauseated with that noodles .. why u ppl serving such a cheap unhealthy foods and beverages . Change your menu r else stop serving packed foods. Am not well now. This is ridiculous I will put this and file complaint in court. So much we r spending and traveling but no proper care on foods and services. [censored]!! Hence forth I will never travel with indigo.
