On 10 th july 2018, i have to take my flight 6E-557 from chennai at 6:40 am, and i checked in and took my boarding pass, waiting for boarding at indigo boarding gate... As the gate is full of passengers i am standing a side and waiting for the call.. but without call they started boarding n by the time I questioned about my boarding flight, they said boarding closed, but the time is 6:10 am, and even i requested, one of your lady boarding staff, CHEATED ME, SAYING THAT, SHE WILL TAKE ME FOR BOARDING, N TOOK ME CLEVERLY OUT AND MADE CANCELLED MY BOARDING PASS.. this really hurt my feelings.. and impacts my confidence... That lady was so reckless and moved out by saying wait there and returned back... So this is what you are giving service... "PLAYING WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS"..
Because of this i lost my 2 days work, confidence, and my efforts... who is going to take responsibility... Till now no one has contacted me...Which shows your commitment... IF STILL NO RESPONSE FROM THE MANAGEMENT... I NEED TO KNOCK DOORS OF COURT ...

We regret to hear about your experience with us. As per our policy, boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time and as per our records, you reported at the gate at 06:22 hrs. Further, Chennai is a silent airport. Hence, only limited announcements can be made at the airport premises and our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. Since our boarding gates were already closed, our staff was unable to accept you for the flight. We request for your understanding in this regard.
