I have booked air ticket on 03/09/2025 for my daughter Ms. Mahima Bansal from Mumbai to Chandigarh for 15.10.2025 under PNR YYJIKN in Indigo Airline 6E-5233 and also booked return ticket i.e. from Chandigarh to Mumbai for 27.10.2025 under PNR D8H6TQ in Indigo Airline 6E-5261 and paid total amount of Rs. 25499/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine only) after discount vide Invoice No. M06AI26I10182608 DATED 03.09.2025. Out of the said amount Rs. 11, 400/- approximately paid for Mumbai to Chandigarh flight ticket and Rs. 14, 100/- approximately paid for Chandigarh to Mumbai flight ticket.
On 16.09.2025, my daughter Ms. Mahima Bansal got a message from Indigo Airlines that due to operational reasons, your flight 6E 5261 from IXC to BOM on 27.10.2025 is cancelled and gave option to choose an alternate flight or get a refund.
