Indigo Airlines — Damaged baggage claim

Hello,

On 28 Apr 2023, I flew with Indigo/Turkish (code share) airline from Zurich to Delhi.
This is concerned flight 6E12. Upon arrival, my baggage came off the conveyor belt damaged (Broken from top and upper area PFA pictures) and I noticed it while putting my luggage in Taxi.

According to the Montreal Treaty, I am entitled to competition. I herewith hold Indigo liable for the damage that my baggage incurred during the flight operated by Indigo airline.

I herewith request you to remit Rs. 10, 000 INR.

I already informed the Indigo airline within 48 hrs.

Dear Sir,

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. It is always our endeavour to deliver the Check-In baggage in its original condition. We wish to inform you that if any mishandling of the bag has been observed at arrival then it must be reported to IndiGo staff so that PIR can be raised and assisted accordingly. Since it was not reported on arrival we're unable to take it any further. Hope to give you a better experience the next time you fly with us.
