We regret the inconvenience caused to you. It is always our endeavour to deliver the Check-In baggage in its original condition. We wish to inform you that if any mishandling of the bag has been observed at arrival then it must be reported to IndiGo staff so that PIR can be raised and assisted accordingly. Since it was not reported on arrival we're unable to take it any further. Hope to give you a better experience the next time you fly with us.
