It is requested to provide the duplicate boarding pass of Indigo Airlines as I have lost it and I require urgently for reimbursement of LTC Claim. I tried to search alot but failed to find it.

      I tried to book ticket, however after card payment initiated booking never got complete. I tried 3 times each time i was charged on card. Please help resolve.

        Today dated 29/03/2023, I have booked ticket from Kochi to Hyderabad on 31st march 2023. Amount is deducted from my SBI account but ticket is not booked. I would like to know when my amount 4818/- is going to refund back.

          I booked air ticket in indigo through IRCTC Govt. Portal for availing LTC. I lost my boarding pass of the onward journey which is needed to be submitted to the office. So I applied for travel certificate from indigo air lines.
          I have already paid Rs.600/- as required for the said travel certificate vide Ref IGAPIZTMJ8 at 02.12pm today i.e. 29.03.2023, but it is showing error: please enter correct email address. Please provide me the required travel certificate.

            First they called me and said i was short listed for ground staff and if i was interested they will start the recruitment process then after they asked me 2500 for registration and 8500 for verification and 12000 for training then they asked me to pay 14000 i verified and came to know that it was a fraud and i asked my money back they said we will give and now they are switched off their phones and plzz get my 23000 back as a student i earned those23000 with my hardword so plzz do justice for my money sir

              Hello,

              I had planned a family trip from Mumbai to Singapore, but unfortunately my wife had an accident and got her arm fractured.

              Doctor has suggested to not plan trip for few months.
              Since this was a family trip we have decided to cancel the plan.

              I have submitted all the required documents to indigo but they have denied refund.

              If the airline is unable to help customer during emergency then there is no point in booking tickets from indigo.

              I had to cancel due to emergency and I think airline has to understand and help in such cases.

                    I booked a flight and completed the payment then the screen just dissapeard and i did not get any confirmation but the amount was deducted

                      I, Inspector, Ram Lal Sharma, a serving soldier of India’s first line of defense, BSF since last more than 35 long years would like to share the mental and physical torture, which I was subjected to due to insensible and extreme unprofessional attitude shown by a few staff of your esteemed airline at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose International Airport, Kolkata on 12 March 2023,
                      I had a ticket (PNR-EZRENE, copy enclosed) booked in Indigo Flt 6E-2009 on 11/03/23, scheduled dep from Kolkata(CCU) at 2155 Hrs(09:55 PM). I boarded train from Murshidabad(WB), my present place of posting on 11/03/2023 at 1000 Hrs(train tkt enclosed) for Dum Dum / Sealdah and for onward journey to Airport. Eastern Railway, Sealdah-Naihati-Kalyani section train services have been badly disrupting since 15 to 20 days back due to ongoing signal interlocking system upgradation and all EMUs and Exp trains were running behind schedule abnormally. This fact can be verified from ER and all electronic and print media of local dailies. I too had to bear the brunt of this situation and somehow managed to reach airport in between[protected] hrs by hiring a pvt car from Kalyani itself. CISF Staff at the airport was very helpful and without wasting a minute, they allowed me to step inside the airport to catch the flight. At the counter, I explained the horrendous situation which I had to face to reach the airport, which was beyond my control, and situation was well known to Indigo staff at Kolkata also. I literally was begging to them for boarding pass, disclosing my identity and my present physical disability for free mobilization. But despite all this, they denied me to give boarding pass but preached me to come airport on time. I have no hesitation to say that staff at the counter was unprofessional, disgraceful and lacking basic etiquettes in public dealing at trying situation.
                      As I needed to reach my home in J&K via Delhi on emergency, I was compelled to buy another ticket for Flt 6E-2474(PNR-EZRENE, copy enclosed and thereby I had to forfeited around Rs. 9000 from previous ticket.
                      Had your staff been a bit sensible to the situation at that time, I would have boarded the Flt(6E-2009) as staff at entry gate to cargo was ready to escort me upto the flight provided your staff issued the boarding pass. There was still 20 to 25 minutes left to take off the flight as I made to wait upto 2200 hrs to buy another ticket, which can be verified from your website.
                      I, therefore seek your indulgence for suitable compensation of my mental, physical and financial losses, which I subjected to by your staff at airport on 11/03/2023.
                      I am waiting for a positive action taken report within a reasonable timeline.

                          Pooja gupta mam ne call kiya tha indigo airport job vacancies ke liye mujhe kuch basic documents liye on watsapp par mujhse. HR indigo ke name par kisi person se baat karwai thi unhone ek serial number diya jo mene pooja gupta ko diya. uske baad mujhse mere email par indigo offer letter diya gya or saath me application forum flip karne ko kaha fir mail par send karne ko kaha tha jahan se mujhse emails aayi thi. isme mujhse indigo seat booking ke liye fees maangi or baad me interview training ke liye fees maangi saath me fir se bond letter ke liye fees maangi eshe kar ke unhone mujhse ab tak 2100+ 5600+ 6400+ 6000 = 20, 100/-Rs le chuke hai or koi job nhi lagi hai meri or saari mene ye online pay kiya unke kahne par.

                            My wife and my mother were travelling from Jaipur to Ranchi via Delhi on 14/03/2023. They had booked a ticket of IndiGo flight. The ticket details are as follows:
                            1. Jaipur to New Delhi: Flight 6E 2205, Usha Gupta & Alpana Gupta, Seats 21C and 21B
                            2. New Delhi to Ranchi: Flight 6E 5535, Usha Gupta & Alpana Gupta, Seats 21D and 21E.
                            After reaching home at Ranchi when they opened the baggage which had the jewelry in a small bag, they were surprised not to find the jewelry, the small bag along with the jewelry was missing.

                              Subject: Complaint Letter to Airline for Cancelled Flight
                              Dear Sir or Madam,
                              I booked a ticket for April 4.2023 ( for person) going from DUBAI to SINGAPORE on your airline and yesterday (MARCH 16.2023) I was booked and pay already using my debit card. I received an email from airlines they told me 20 mins before I received a booking confirmation but until now I didn’t received any email for confirmation or itinerary ticket. So many times I call the customer airlines but they not took a good action. which has been canceled now my PNR (BWE8FM) by your company without the arrangement of any alternative. I am sorry to say that I am so disappointed. Anyway please refund my ticket
                              payment immediately. I will be grateful to you.

                                I don't think so there is any rule in indigo where passenger have to wait for your staff for 1 hr because they are not ready. I don't think such type of behavior form any servicing company is acceptable. May I know will u wait fr any passenger who comes late?? I think having such type of lazy behaviour spoiled my mood n i will make sure not to choose indigo ever as i don't think u will take any action and passenger will be benefited

                                  I am unable to get travel certificate of my flight from Ahmedabad to Patna for 23 oct 2022(pnr-CSGTGH) due to error in indigo travel certificate weblink.Also i already met indigo officer in Patna and I was ready to pay travel certificate charges, but person on counter didn't generate travel certificate.I also contacted customer care centre for guidance for generating my travel certificate (ticket id[protected] but the issue still remains same.So, please do needful as early as possible for LTC.

                                      I am writing this email to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the experience I had during my recent flight with Indigo Airline. I encountered a number of issues that I believe require your immediate attention and resolution.

                                      Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the harassment I faced regarding the luggage. My cabin baggage and laptop bag were weighed together, and I was demanded to pay for the excess weight of 9kgs. This was an unnecessary and unfair charge as I had carefully followed the guidelines provided by the airline regarding cabin baggage weight and size. This not only caused me financial inconvenience but also disrupted my travel plans. (it was very cheap move by airlines to weighing the laptop, which is normal weight of 5 to 6 Kg.)

                                      Secondly, I faced a significant inconvenience during the check-in process at Mumbai Airport. I had to spend over 1.30 minutes in the queue for the boarding pass, which caused me significant stress and anxiety, especially as I was running late for my flight. This delay was unacceptable, and it negatively impacted my overall experience with Indigo Airline.

                                      Furthermore, I was highly dissatisfied with the food served during the flight. The meal served was a ready-to-eat meal that required adding hot water, and the quality and taste of the food were substandard. This was highly disappointing, and I would like to request that the airline improve the quality of the food served to customers during the flight.

                                      I would like to request a thorough investigation into these issues and an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, I would appreciate it if your staff could be reminded of the importance of treating customers with respect and providing assistance in a timely and efficient manner.

                                      I look forward to a prompt response to this email and a confirmation of the actions taken by Indigo Airline to address these issues.
