My wife and my mother were travelling from Jaipur to Ranchi via Delhi on 14/03/2023. They had booked a ticket of IndiGo flight. The ticket details are as follows:
1. Jaipur to New Delhi: Flight 6E 2205, Usha Gupta & Alpana Gupta, Seats 21C and 21B
2. New Delhi to Ranchi: Flight 6E 5535, Usha Gupta & Alpana Gupta, Seats 21D and 21E.
After reaching home at Ranchi when they opened the baggage which had the jewelry in a small bag, they were surprised not to find the jewelry, the small bag along with the jewelry was missing.
IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Subject: Complaint Letter to Airline for Cancelled Flight
    Dear Sir or Madam,
    I booked a ticket for April 4.2023 ( for person) going from DUBAI to SINGAPORE on your airline and yesterday (MARCH 16.2023) I was booked and pay already using my debit card. I received an email from airlines they told me 20 mins before I received a booking confirmation but until now I didn’t received any email for confirmation or itinerary ticket. So many times I call the customer airlines but they not took a good action. which has been canceled now my PNR (BWE8FM) by your company without the arrangement of any alternative. I am sorry to say that I am so disappointed. Anyway please refund my ticket
    payment immediately. I will be grateful to you.

      I don't think so there is any rule in indigo where passenger have to wait for your staff for 1 hr because they are not ready. I don't think such type of behavior form any servicing company is acceptable. May I know will u wait fr any passenger who comes late?? I think having such type of lazy behaviour spoiled my mood n i will make sure not to choose indigo ever as i don't think u will take any action and passenger will be benefited

        I am unable to get travel certificate of my flight from Ahmedabad to Patna for 23 oct 2022(pnr-CSGTGH) due to error in indigo travel certificate weblink.Also i already met indigo officer in Patna and I was ready to pay travel certificate charges, but person on counter didn't generate travel certificate.I also contacted customer care centre for guidance for generating my travel certificate (ticket id[protected] but the issue still remains same.So, please do needful as early as possible for LTC.

            Dear Indigo Airline Customer Service,
            Flight 10th March - Bom-DXB

            I am writing this email to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the experience I had during my recent flight with Indigo Airline. I encountered a number of issues that I believe require your immediate attention and resolution.

            Firstly, I would like to bring to your attention the harassment I faced regarding the luggage. My cabin baggage and laptop bag were weighed together, and I was demanded to pay for the excess weight of 9kgs. This was an unnecessary and unfair charge as I had carefully followed the guidelines provided by the airline regarding cabin baggage weight and size. This not only caused me financial inconvenience but also disrupted my travel plans. (it was very cheap move by airlines to weighing the laptop, which is normal weight of 5 to 6 Kg.)

            Secondly, I faced a significant inconvenience during the check-in process at Mumbai Airport. I had to spend over 1.30 minutes in the queue for the boarding pass, which caused me significant stress and anxiety, especially as I was running late for my flight. This delay was unacceptable, and it negatively impacted my overall experience with Indigo Airline.

            Furthermore, I was highly dissatisfied with the food served during the flight. The meal served was a ready-to-eat meal that required adding hot water, and the quality and taste of the food were substandard. This was highly disappointing, and I would like to request that the airline improve the quality of the food served to customers during the flight.

            I would like to request a thorough investigation into these issues and an appropriate resolution for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, I would appreciate it if your staff could be reminded of the importance of treating customers with respect and providing assistance in a timely and efficient manner.

            I look forward to a prompt response to this email and a confirmation of the actions taken by Indigo Airline to address these issues.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am writing this email to bring to your notice the unfortunate experience that I had with your airline during my recent flight from Mumbai to Indore on 7/03/2023 at 6:20 AM *PNR NO. 6E-GV6TJH* I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the problems I faced during the journey.

              Firstly, I would like to inform you that three of my luggage bags were severely damaged during the flight. Despite my repeated requests to the staff to take extra care of my belongings, they were mishandled and damaged. The staff only compensated me for one bag, which is not acceptable as all three bags were very expensive, and I suffered a significant loss due to the irresponsible behavior of your staff.

              Secondly, we purchased liquor from the Mumbai airport, and as per the rules, each person is allowed to carry 5 liters of liquor. We were a group of four people and had purchased a total of 8 liters of liquor. However, the staff did not allow us to take it on board just because we had packed it together. This resulted in a loss of 3 liters of liquor, which is unacceptable.

              Apart from this, the staff was very rude and uncooperative, and we had a very dissatisfactory experience. We did not receive the kind of customer service that we expected from your airline, and it caused us both mental and monetary loss.

              Therefore, I would like to request you to look into this matter seriously and compensate me for the damage caused to my luggage bags and the loss of liquor.

              I hope to receive a prompt response from your end regarding the same.

                First they called me for telephonic interview then they sent me offer letter.Then they asked money for different processes like evc certificate verification etc.I gave almost 9800rupees.They said all are refundable but they are not giving me back . please help

                  A lady called me for job application from indigo airlines and mailed me interview letter. When I called her for asking about interview date time venue, she told me that I have to pay 1500 rupees before all this. I paid 1500₹ to that lady but now there is no response from that lady. Please help me in refunding of money. I can't bare this loss as my financial condition is very poor

                    Agent through quicker called me and said i got selected for indigo airlines..then they asked me about my documents nd i have sent it ..then they charged me 750...then again for documentation they took 4550 ..then again for medical purposes and training they took 28760 and 22760 and for joining letter they took 15550..then for security purposes they took 7500..then today again They are asking 22 thousand for gate pass and id card..I am telling them to make face to face interview they are refusing.. They're saying that i[censored] don't pay this amount u won't get entry in training..i said please send me company email or i will go to airport directly..Then they said no it won't work like that coz he said he's the manager..And they said all the money are refundable.. please help me..i found that they're scamming me

                          as i explain over mail, facebook and tweeter also.
                          I just want to explain again that I have asked to representative on arrival airport about baggage damage claim they suggest me to drop a mail and tweet your problem.

                          I asked several time, to launch my complaint they simply Denay and brief me if you can want just to write your problem on simple white paper and give it to me. We can't give you any receiving as we are not authorized. You have to just follow up with mail or tweet.

                          And now I follow the same thing and received this type of revert 'can't provide compensation' it's question mark on procedures, customer satisfaction, and as well as indigo dignity as indigo has great reputation in market.
                          Now I feel, if coustomer/passanger not aware the right place or right procedure, indigo representative misguided me/them and prove them technically wrong intensnaly.

                          I again request you to its my first bad experience with indigo so pls provide my bag only as I have corporate tie-up with indigo so the travel voucher is not workable for me.
                          That's why I urge you to pls help me.

                          I believe/full faith in indigo, they can't do wrong with me.

                            When a girl don't know anything or about the aviation what 6E recruitment team is doing what her name was Sraboni das from kolkata in front of me 2 similar girl are giving interview one who is following the procedure for interview and gives all answer and perform well but she is not selected and another one is having nothing knowledge not giving a single answer in front of everyone we r present in front of interview session we everyone is discussing this is what actually indigo airlines do with the candidates the hiring team was worthless in Kolkata O² we are having interview..one hiring team member asked that 2nd girl come alone side what he do dnt know without any interview candidature profile she is selected this is what our society Indian people do..worth experience in indigo airlines in interview process..please if you are royal remove this girl from company sraboni das from kolkata ultandanga this is the hardest request to 6E authority recruit team..if anything details needed I will be provided everything...I have a video and everything I will definitely post in in every social let's see what's people decide...this was the person image remove this person from company we all interview candidates are having problem with this girl..without anything given procedure she is selected..if this things happen..we all are raise voice against 6E indigo authority..let's see what's panel decide...

                                    My name is Rahul Singh, i used indigo flight 6E 669 from Raipur to kolkata on the 21st of Feb 2023 with my family, my PNR number is NM9 DQV, when we arrived kolkata we found out the handle for our trolley bag was broken in half, i was travelling with our two infants and it was extremely difficult to handle the luggage bag with broken handle, this is very sad from indigo and i request a very strict action in this regard.

                                      My name is Rahul Singh, i used indigo flight 6E 669 from Raipur to kolkata on the 21st of Feb 2023 with my family, my PNR number is NM9 DWV, when we arrived kolkata we found out the handle for our trolley bag was broken in half, i was travelling with our two infants and it was extremely difficult to handle the luggage bag with broken handle, this is very sad from indigo and i request a very strict action in this regard.
                                      IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hello, just wanted to share my experience which couldn't have been much worse. On 20th of November, I was supposed to board a flight from pnq to ccu at 11:30 but reached by 10:17(HVKRUH). My baggage was scanned and tagged but in the check in counter I was been made to stand clueless even on constantly asking them to hurry and help me board the plane for which eventually . After being confronted they kept on denying the fact that they made me stand and delay the boarding of the flight. I was escorted out of the airport made to stand for 5 hours and had to pay 2500 INR extra for next flight at 6:05 am. Later on an official came outside saying that I couldn't board the flight as the counter is closed. An official also mentioned I was drunk, where I can vouch for myself and dare you to check the cctv footage if any of the following course of events doesn't tallies my above explanation, and for the part of me being drunk I am a bartender who tried catching plane after my shift (being I'm this profession I taste hundreds of cocktails and mixed beverages during my shift) and to the worst of my experience one of your associates at baggage scan section called my flair bottle a hookah stand.
                                        Indigo was my anytime "to go" flight, but I guess I should've checked your tripadvisor reviews and shouldn't have forget why you were declared the worst flight by Times of India in 2018.
                                        You lost a customer today but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be your first time.
