I am writing this to request reimbursement for the cab fare I had to pay from Mumbai to Pune due to the cancellation of Indigo flight 6E 522 from Ahmedabad to Pune (PNR - Z1FINH). I was notified of the cancellation after I had boarded my Indore to Ahmedabad flight with Indigo which was the first leg of the connecting flight I had to get to Pune. The only option I had once I reached Ahmedabad was to wait for almost 16 hours if I wanted a flight to Pune. Since I could not wait, I had taken an alternate flight (6E 5056) from Ahmedabad to Mumbai (PNR - Z1FINH) and had to take a cab from Mumbai to Pune which was suggested by the ground staff

I would like to request a reimbursement of the cab and toll fare for the remaining part of my journey (from Mumbai to Pune) - 2903 + 640 = INR 3537

The details of my booking are as follows: NR - Z1FINH Flight No. - 6E 522 From - Ahmedabad To - Pune

I have attached all the necessary documents such as the cab and toll receipt and boarding pass for your reference.

    Damaged baggage claim

    Hello,

    On 28 Apr 2023, I flew with Indigo/Turkish (code share) airline from Zurich to Delhi.
    This is concerned flight 6E12. Upon arrival, my baggage came off the conveyor belt damaged (Broken from top and upper area PFA pictures) and I noticed it while putting my luggage in Taxi.

    According to the Montreal Treaty, I am entitled to competition. I herewith hold Indigo liable for the damage that my baggage...

    Name of the custoner service Staff: Indhra Kumar

    I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent experience with your airline. I had paid for a seat selection through an agent, but when I attempted to reschedule my flight, I found out that the seat selection was not reflected in your system. After confirming with the agent that the seat selection should have been visible in the system, I called your agent (Indhra Kumar) to add the seat back to my itinerary. However, instead of listening to my full story, Mr. Kumar accused me of trying to get something for free and even insulted me by saying that she would not add the seat selection without a fee.

    This experience has left me feeling disrespected as a customer. It's not just about the money, but also about the quality of service that customers expect and deserve. What's more, this is not the first time I have had such issues with your airline. During my last experience, 10 people were not allowed to board the flight despite arriving early and waiting for the ticket counter to respond. Such incidents make it seem like your airline thinks that India cannot function without it, whereas other airlines like AirAsia provide much better customer service and address customer issues promptly.

    I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Customers expect and deserve to be treated with respect and provided with excellent service, and I hope that you will take this matter seriously.

        I had a flight from mumbai to indore on 27th april, 2023. Because the flight was overbooked I was denied to board the flight and was asked to board the next flight. I had to take that flight in any case because I had an urgent work back in indore the next day. And there, because of the airline’s fault or whatever I was being denied the boarding pass. All this created a panic situation for me and family. At that time the female crew member attending passengers like me was extremely unhelpful and totally disrespectful. She was saying mean things about me and my family over call and was continuously taunting me about the fact that my father wanted to talk to her over call and ask her to let me board the flight.
        This disrespectful behaviour is not acceptable from the crew members and I need a written apology from them along with compensation for them attempting to harm my sense of self pride. I request immediate resolution of this issue .

          Indigo doesnt refund money for unsuccessful bookings

          I tried to book a flight on 4th of April to fly from Goa to Pune.

          I initiated the booking but never got a confirmation. I checked my bank account, and money for this flight were deposited.

          Once I saw that, I called a customer support and asked where are my tickets. I got the answer that flight is sold out, and they will try to put me in this flights if someone cancels. They said they’ll call me back....

Apke ghar apko dress or laptop or id card sb kuch aayega aap pay kr dena within 1 hour ki hum sure ho jaye apke liye ki aap jo. Denge fir maine kr diye kyunki mujhe job chahiye the fir next day they said ki apko satwari jammu airport pe aana h medical test ke liye or documents sbke liye fir maine unse kha ki abhi toh mere pass paise hai nai fir woht kehte dekh lo sir paise apko 1 hour ke ander send krne hai nai toh apko application cancel ho jayegi or refund half milega toh maine unse pucha ki mam aap apna naam btao toh uspe unhone kuch bola nai or fir pucha ki mam surity kya hai ki job mol jayei kyunki aap paise mange jaa rhe ho baar baar toh kehte ki aapko job chahiye ya nai hmara time mt waste kro apke pass paise hai toh send kro otherwise mai cancel krdungi registration begrah begrah fir maine kha ki mam cancel kr do aap or mere paise refund kr do toh unhone kha ki apko koi refund nai milega or mai apki complaint krungi or jis comapny mai aap kaam kre wahan se bbi nikalwa dungi.

            I am a student travelling from Mumbai to Chennai via T1. Someone else had booked this ticket for me and added student services without telling me, so I wasn't carrying my ID. At the check-in counter I was informed that I have the STUD service. I told them I don't have the physical ID. The lady asked me to provide a photo.

            I didn't have one in my phone so I called my parent in the middle of work to get the ID picture for me. But as I was on call and trying to get the picture, the staff kept harassing me by constantly asking questions like "Do you not even have a single family or friend you can call for the picture?" All this while I'm literally calling everyone for a picture of my student ID. At this point, I weigh my luggage and it's not even 15kgs, much less the 25kgs that I'm supposed to carry as a part of the student service.

            I get a picture of my ID from my parent, but proceed to move to a different counter because of the extremely rude lady at my previous counter. Here I presented the photo of my student ID along with boarding pass and Aadhar card, and this lady proceeds to ask me again why I don't have my physical ID. At this point, everyone in every counter has heard me tell the staff about how I don't have a student ID. Even after providing the picture, offering to show my student admission portal etc, they are not letting me go. Again, my suitcase is 10kgs and I don't need the stupid service.

            So at this point I want to leave the check-in counter and I ask the staff if the student service can be cancelled. The manager (some rude guy) comes up to me and says "No, but we can cancel your ticket." Is this the support you aim to provide? Cancelling my ticket, really?

            All this while, every single staff is talking to me in the most condescending manner because I didn't bring my physical student ID. I have used this student service in the right places close to 10 times with Indigo, and this is the first time I didn't have my physical ID because I didn't know I had a student ticket. Instead of helping me out with the issue at hand, the staff is passing all the rude comments in the world.

            Their justification for this sheer rudeness is that student services come at a discounted price and they need to be thorough. Sorry, do you not know your own airline policies? Student services DO NOT COME AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE. The only service students get is increased check-in baggage allowance.

            The ratings are right. This is the most terrible airline in India, and the only reason it has run so far is because they have a large frequency of flights at all times. Dogshit service. Stop with your harassment.

              Hello, I am Shraddha Kansara (seat 6E), we had a flight (flight no. 5209) from Bangalore to Mumbai at
              6:00 am today (24.4.23), we reached one hour before the departure and we were still not allowed to get our boarding passes. The behaviour of the crew members was really disappointing and unacceptable and they were really uncooperative. I please request you to mail back and solve this issue. We missed our flight even tho we were at the airport before time.
              This is really unethical of INDIGO and it's very disappointing.

                I forgot the iPhone XR in the seat pocket in front of seat 2E. I sent email to mhb.[protected]@goindigo.in but it was bounced. Phone is still ringing

                  I have booked my ticket with indigo for 25-apr-2023 from delhi to chandigarh, , , when i releaised date should be 26-apr-2023, i tried to contact airline to cancel my ticket and refund me when i found a number and contacted them they said i am four hours late to make changes not considering the fact i am calling from outside india and indigo dont have local number in canada.
                  since i dont want to miss my flight i booked again with indigo on 26-apr-2023.
                  same airline just different day.

                  I want my flight of 25-apr-2023 to be cancelled and refund my money ..
                  For which indigo ( Dutta -agent) said his supervisor ( ashutosh) are going to call me back as requested by me but no one called back.

                    I, Subrata Sinha was travelling from Kolkata to Bagdogra dated 20.04.2023 PNR: I2ZSMR flight 6E205 Gate 19 Seat 19C boarding time 0920hrs departure time 1005hrs Arrival time 1105hrs. Unfortunately after landing at Bagdogra I forgot to take my laptop kept in seat pocket in front of seat no 19C. Details of laptop as below:

                          I ABS RAJESH KHANNA and my family wife ALLADA RAJA RAJESWARI and son Allada DHEERAJ KUMAR who were travelling from Varanasi to Visakhapatnam on 13/04/2023 with break journey from Delhi to Visakhapatnam we have came to DELHI at 6.30 and came from T2 to T3 here their a big delay at gate no 3 and during checkin some body's laptop charger was falldown on the conveyor table and sensor was stopped and their security waited for service person upto 15 minutes after that we started to for 55 gate it was too long again 10-15minites to reach gate just they told gate .

                          Sir I'm asking when we checked in and security check completed they will get message nowing that passenger was strucked and delayed at security So we can consider them that was not happened.
                          They have collected 2500 for new tickets almost I have payed 7500 due to Aiport mistake.

                          So kindly do justification to arrange my money back without my mistake why should we pay amount if I really fight with your staff I can call media and open the CC camera where it was late in support.

                          So please take necessary action towards my loss and arrange payment immediately with in 48hours other wise I will fight legally.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I am writing to register a consumer complaint against Indigo Airlines. On 13/04/2023, I booked a flight from Muscat to Chennai (Vice Versa) with the following details:

                            Flight Number: 6E 1276 & 6E 1275 Resply.
                            Departure Date: 20th April 2023 & 25 April 2023 Resply.
                            Payment amount: OMR 128.25

                            Despite the payment being deducted from my account, I have not received any confirmation email or PNR for this booking. I have tried contacting Indigo's customer service team multiple times, but have not received any satisfactory response or resolution to this issue.

                            I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Indigo Airlines and the lack of communication regarding this issue. The booking was made well in advance and has caused me a great deal of inconvenience and mental distress.

                            I request you to look into this matter and take necessary actions to resolve this issue at the earliest. I am seeking a refund of the payment made for the booking as I have not received any service or confirmation from Indigo.

                            Attached to this email, please find all the necessary details, including the payment receipt and transaction details.

                            I hope to receive a prompt resolution to this matter.

                              And after that I got a call that my documents got selected and I have to pay 1250 for registration form and to book the seat

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I travelled by Indigo Airlines from Coimbatore to Pune with family on 5th April 2023 evening (via flight 6E 6798). Upon arrival in Pune, I noticed that my check-in baggage handle with metal strip inside was damaged from one side due to mishandling by air lines staff. As it was night time and my kids was with me so i could not able to contact Indigo staff at Pune airport. I am sure due to carelessly lifting and handling my bag during transfer it is damaged.

                                    I expect compensation for same from Indigo Airline as they are unnecessarily in hurry and making such damages to customers belongings.
