[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Damaged check-in baggage

I am writing to request that Indigo Airlines to compensate me for damage to our checked baggage.
On 23rd October 2021, I flew from Tiruchirappalli to Hyderabad on flight 6E-7282 . I checked in 2 pieces of baggage, bearing baggage tag numbers 6E [protected] and 6E [protected].
Upon arrival at Hyderabad, I discovered that my checked baggage bearing tag numbers 6E [protected] and 6E [protected] had been damaged. I immediately reported the same to Indigo on-ground personnel. They accepted the mistake and asked me to mail.
Details and evidence of the damage to the checked baggage are as follows:
One of my check-in baggage was tore from one side due to mishandling by air lines staff and other ones handle had been tore off.
Apart from this I paid for extra check-in baggage and this is how it gets handled.
I have attached the required photos of the damaged baggage and the receipt.
In these circumstances, I respectfully request that Indigo Airlines to compensate me. Details of the amounts sought will follow.
Same as the amount paid for extra baggage

I am noticed after receiving my Luggage that my trolley handel is not getting comez up or pull up its demaged from inside during handling in laggage sure this is mishandling issue.Please change luggage or resolve my problem.
