I can submit my documents than he demanded registration fees 460 rupees then I pay this fees I have got a letter and pay a demand for 3625 rupees than I pay it for courier but I did not get any courier and I lost my money please help me to recover my money someone help me

    I booked a round trip flight ticket from Pune to Lucknow on 17th January 2021, on the Indigo Website, through my desktop and used Google Pay to make the payment.

    The amount had been deducted from my account but no confirmation on the booking has been made.

    Please find attached the screenshot of the same for your reference.

    Since then, I have been getting automatic replies like "With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that the amount of INR 9, 622 will be auto refunded and same will be credited in 7-10 working days."

    But it has been over 9 months, and even after sending details of my bank statement, they have not credited the amount back.

    Then on Jan 30th, they wrote:

    "With regard to your mail, we would like to confirm that we have received a payment of INR 9622 on 18th January and this amount is refunded back to original mode of payment under refund ID rfnd_GRZcMndwczYj4Y . This may take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account."

    Then, after mailing again and again, they wrote, "With reference to your mail, we would like to confirm that we have processed a refund of INR 9622 under refund ID rfnd_GRZcMndwczYj4Y

    Further, this is to inform you that all the card holders has right to dispute the transaction with their banks if they are not aware about the details of the said transaction. Raising dispute against the said transaction will make the bank to investigate the matter internally within their departments and as well as the Merchant bank to provide resolution to the customers.

    Therefore, we would request you to kindly make a call to the card dispute division and raise a dispute for faster response."

    I checked with my bank and they said that the reference number does not exist.

    After so many mails and to-fro of information, I am still struggling to get my refund of almost 10k after over 9 months from the date of payment.

            I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking ID FMNBA3IYGS5VU. I booked a ticket on 4th September for 5 oct date of travel.But I cancelled the flight for some reasons . Till now i did not get refund. Airlines is telling tat they gave refund to via.com. Via.com says they did not get amount from airlines and hence it ll take time. But they are not ready to give a clear tine frame. Plz help me to get the refund.

                  I got one advertise in the daily Newspaper Assam Tribune in Indigo Airlines where they asking for Biodata.So, I mail my Biodata to [protected]@gmail.com on 21 sep, 2021.Then Next day one lady call me(her number [protected]) and said that I have been shorlisted for Groundstaff in Indigo Airlines in Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport Guwahati and she said me to send my documents to the mail i have mentioned earlier.After sending the documents I get another call from one guy with the same number and said me that document is verified and asked me to fillup one docx file for registration and also to pay Rs 2750 for regisration fee with account name

                    Hello sir I'm shivaraju n I'm from karnataka i recieved a message from quicker.. com that i am shortlisted for ground staff job and i[censored] r interested then call HR ROSHAN then I call him and he asked for application fee for job Rs550 & I pay her that amount and he sent me offer letter and then he return called me and told me that u have to pay Rs5000 for dress and Rs5200 for training amount and i paid total 23000 rs this will be refundable after training I'll pay all amount for getting job and my mother took this amount on interest @10% only for me and now they will not giving me a job and not pick the call please solve my problem sir /mam

                        Went through a horrible experience with Indigo on 15th Sept 2021 @T3 terminal of IGI airport.
                        Arrogance & non-cooperative behaviour of Ms. Japneet & Mr. Upendra resulted in worst airline experience of my life.

                        The honeymoon trip for which we planned since long & invested lacs of money was totally spoiled.
                        Initially i was not allowed to board the flight & thereafter no assistance was given for rescheduling of flight.
                        Even they forced to opt for cancellation & same has resulted in deduction o[censored]njustified huge amount.

                        Apart from this, the behaviour & use of words which one expect from customer oriented airline company was totally missing.
                        Wonder how long Indigo will sustain with this business without addressing the inappropriate behaviour of their core employes.

                        Overall, Indigo’s team co-ordination, decision making & customer relation was at it worst.

                          I had booked flight ticket from Imphal to Gauhati on 15th September, 2021 for the 18th September, 2021 and paid Rs.10, 134/- but no confirmation recieved. So after an hour I re-booked my ticket paying Rs.9534/-and this time recieved PNR and confirmation recieved. I was waiting for refund for my previous booking amount but still no refund has been made. Kindly look into this and refund my money.

                              My name is Prathap Guttikonda and my QID - [protected]. I have been working here in Qatar for more than 5 years. I would like to raise a complaint regarding the recent incident that happened with me and my family in Doha - Hamad International Airport. I would like to draw your attention in this regard.

                              If there is a deportation case from the destination airport, don't you have time to contact the concerned person before taking an advantage of an existing return ticket? There was a fare difference which I was supposed to get from you, as I booked a Flexi Plus ticket for my wife and kid. How irresponsible you are and don't you feel ashamed of doing this to a small kid and a woman..??

                              I demand a refund of my ticket fare as this is your responsibility to bring my family back to Hyderabad as we have all the valid documents to travel.

                              Hope you will get back to me on this.

                              To :
                              NHRC Authority,
                              Doha - Qatar.

                              Phase 1 :
                              Applied for Resident Permit for my wife and kid (18 months old) - Rejected (due to covid restrictions the min- salary is 20, 000 QAR) (No one knows this until we see the captain)
                              Cancelled the existed application and applied for Family Visit Visa (thinking that we can convert it within 6 months)
                              Applied on 3rd of August and paid for the Flight Tickets & Travel Insurance.
                              Total Amount : Approx : 3500 QR

                              Phase 2 :
                              We have to visit 6-7 times to get our application approved. We are begging them in each and every phase to get our applications approved.
                              After visiting 6 times the captain approved our application and we received the visa number, and paid 400 QR for my wife and kid as visa fee.

                              Phase 3:
                              Since the ticket was already booked, we booked the hotel quarantine for 10 days for my wife and kid. Paid Approx: 3500 QR
                              After making the payment I also wrote an email to MOI asking for confirmation. I received a response the very next day stating that "yes it is possible".
                              Mail reply attached for your reference.

                              Phase 4:
                              So based on all the valid documents I told my family to get ready to travel on 5th September 2021 from Hyderabad to Doha.
                              I called 109 and 16000 for further assistance regarding EHTERAZ approval. I uploaded my wifes vaccination certificate as they advised me to do it.
                              They told me that there is no vaccine available for the kids so you can upload your mother's vaccination certificate to get an approval.

                              Phase 5:
                              I got an approval on 5th September, Indigo Airlines checked all the documents too. My wife and kid reached HIA on 5th September 2021 at 8:00 pm.
                              Unfortunately, they did not allow them to enter Qatar due to the new restrictions by MOPH. They left my family in the waiting hall for almost 8 hours.
                              They did not give them proper food or room to take rest. No one contacted me at least to know the status. My kid slept on the bench after paying this much huge amount to the Qatar Govt. They treated my family like this.

                              I wanted to let them know that we are not slaves. We are a part of their GDP Growth. We need the same respect and response from them as we are the residents of Qatar. You do business with money but not with our emotions.

                              Questions & Solutions :
                              The Qatar Govt has all the options available with them to stop this pathetic deportation of my family.

                              Why did they issue a Visa and allow me to pay for everything..??
                              Can you please tell us where we can get Covid 19 - vaccination for an 18 months old infant ?
                              If they wanted to impose new restrictions just to save us from Covid then they can happily cancel our bookings and refund our money.
                              MoI can send us a message saying that our kid visa is on hold due to new covid restrictions.
                              HIA, INDIGO, MOI or MOPH any of them can contact me at the time of my family arrival and ask me if I can do something about this..?
                              I would have gone with my Kid to drop her in India and come back within 2-3 days. By this time my wife could have completed her quarantine too.
                              There is no coordination between the departments. Me & My family suffered just because of MOI, MOPH & INDIGO AirLines recklessness and Carelessness.

                              If this is the case, how can we recommend our family and friends to visit Qatar for the FIFA WORLD CUP...??

                              Please give me an opportunity to express our concerns in regards to this and I hope you will get back to me soon on this.

                                  First the company asked me for registration fees 2500 refundable then they gave me offer letter and after that asked for training fees I have deposited my money but I think it is fraud in the name of company please help me to solve this out . Some HR Vivek Roy was speaking. They have given different a/c number for different transaction its fraud kindly help me out of this please. Twice I have transferred the money please help.

                                    I booked flights from Ahmedabad to Kochi via hyderabad through MakeMyTrip My pnr WPWCFN. Last name maulvi. Ahmedabad to Hyderabad flight 2 hours and 10 min but they cancelled meals and snacks as we took flexi fare for meals. Other flight also no meal. I want compensation

                                    Sir,
                                    we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. We never want our customers to go through any hassle.
                                    We wish to inform you that as per government guidelines, we are not allowed to serve meals on flights whose duration is 2 hours or close to it. As checked, your flight durations were 2 hours 05 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes respectively. For the same reason, we were not able to provide you with meals on the flight(s). We regret the hassle caused.
                                    On availing flexi plus fare option, passengers get various benefits apart from a complimentary meal. Passengers get a complimentary seat and can upgrade to an XL seat at 50% discount. Passengers also avail the benefits such as lower cancellation fees and no date change fee in case there are 4 days and above left for departure. We have also mentioned on our website that in case, the flight is shorter than 2 hours, meals would not be served, even in case of flexi plus fare.

                                        On DTD 08/09/2021 I was booking Delhi to Aurangabad ticket online by indigo website PNR BSHVVR & KLTUSJ payment paid through Google pay Rs.11, 530/-INR & Rs.11, 179/-INR successfully, but I received booking mail which shows booking on hold due to payment not confirmed both times. After that I was confirmed my tickets through make my trip.
                                        So pls refund my both full amounts.
