Indigo Airlines — Damaged luggage

On 11 Dec 2022, I took flight number 6e-6422 from Ahmedabad to Bengaluru. It was a direct flight and had no issues with the flight service. I was very much happy until I came to know my checked luggage was damaged.

I apprised the concerned people over the luggage counter, but they advised me to mail it. But that's also not working. I have traveled by your airline numerous times but never faced such an issue. It is pathetic to see my luggage damaged.

This is unacceptable. My luggage was filled with expensive equipment. All of it was valuable, and some of it was extremely difficult to replace.

I request full compensation for the equipment that was destroyed due to the irresponsible and negligent behavior of your airlines
