[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — error in retrieving travel certificates

I've been trying to generate the travel certificate for my journey on 23rd feb 2019 with pnr cy9frs on your online portal (http://bit.ly/11v2V9b) but i've been receiving an error fro wrong email address. I am pretty certain that my email address is correct.

I've emailed indigo customer care from my registered email address too - [ref:crn[protected]r6b7m5] crm:00014654
Please refer the ticket for details.

Would appreciate a speedy response, since this has been holding up some official work.

I have received a Fraud SMS on 26th March, 2019 from Mr. Varun Sharma Mo. No. +91-[protected]. He gave me a/c no: [protected], IFFC Code: SYNB0008971. I transfrred Rs. 9600 with 18% GST and after that I didn't received anything after that. This seems like a fraud. I recommend consumer committees take action on it.
