I had booked ticket on indigo flight 6e -6323, goa to bangalore for journey on 09/10/[protected] hrs through happyeasygo website. I received confirmation sms and e ticket in pdf format in my e-mail from happyeasygo.
I reached airport at 21:30 hrs and entered goa airport showing the e ticket at security check in and also my baggage was screened by the indigo airlines. It was a shocking news for me when indigo person told me that its a invalid ticket. The indigo person has tried his best to find the ticket by entering my mobile number and name. Finally he said sorry and asked me to book a fresh ticket at the boarding pass issue counter. He opined that either the ticket is forged one or fake as he found from the data that already one person had traveled few days back with the same pnr number : plupsn.
I was told at the counter that happy easy go is a third party and indigo has no business with them. Further i escalated the matter and shared the screen shot of the e-ticket to take legal action against happyeasygo for issuing a fake indigo flight ticket. Issuing a fake ticket is serious in nature and gives a bad name for the airline operator too. I request indigo should take necessary steps to avoid such recurrences and action against the happy easy go to keep a good faith on the airlines.
Finally i had no option other than buying a fresh ticket at higher price i. E. Rs 8800 as i had to attend office duty on next day.
