I am Padmaja V Sarma. On I tried booking ticket for my sister thru net banking, an amount of Rs.3232/- got debited but recd a msg from Indigo as follows:
Dear IndiGo customer, we have not received amount of INR 3232.00 for the transaction ID e46cd2f6a[protected]. However we are holding a PNR TLKWGN at the sae price until[protected].20 AM IST. you may click here to make your payment. http://19f.in/5bhvq39331j. In case your account has been debited, the amount will be refunded within 5 working days. Please note that the refund timeframe varies across banks.
Subsequently I made another payment thru debit card and booked the ticket.
On follow up with the bank, I have recd email from them that the debit was successful at their end and I should take up the matter with the merchant, i.e. Indigo.
there are 3 different itinerary :
MD3JVY 13/08/19 04:29:39 with narration payment status approved
RE55NV 13/08/19 04:56:30 with narration needs payment
TLKWGN 13/08/19 04:50:43 with narration payment status approved
whereas the message recd from Indio stated that TLKWGN needs payment, which is contradictory.
I request you to please look into the matter and update.

My complaint has been redressed and the refund received.

Staff of airline is not supportive we told them on call that we are on the gate number 37 ant coming towards gate number gate number 46 but our flight is missed we receved call from airlines at 6:09
We understand missing a flight could be distressful. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, we have to follow certain protocols like closing the boarding gate before 25 mins of flight departure. Sadly, you had reported at 0617hrs for the flight scheduled to depart at 0635 hrs. Hence, we were unable to allow you onboard. We hope you understand and see you soon on a 6E flight.
