sitting for more than 3 hours inside the plane

This is with respect to indigo flight 6e 983 from bhopal to mumbai.
The flight was delayed for more than 2 hours and landed at 8:30pm. Due to non availability of chokes, we have to sit inside the plane for more than 3 hours. It's 11 pm now and we are still inside the plane.

This is extremely irresponsible and erratic when a landed plane has not been deplaned.

I had my indigo flight 6e 5396 scheduled on 4th september by 4.30 pm
Due to heavy rains at mumbai i reached the check in counter by 4.30 only at terminal 2 international airport
As soon as i entered the first thing i checked in was for the display board for the flight status it was on time and then i asked another person in counter showing my ticket if the flight gas left or is it delayed

baggage damage/ torn out

fake job offer

excess baggage

They are a scam.. They charged me 17, 000 inr for my hand luggage which was excess of 5kgs.. Firstly they check hand luggage weight.. I'm not aware of any airline who weighs hand luggages. Just for 5kgs extra they made me check-in my hand luggage and charged me for entire 14kgs. My flight tickets from hk to mumbai was 15, 000 inr which includes me (80kgs), check in bag (20kgs) and hand luggage bag (7kgs). And they are charging me 17, 000...

not refunding my taxes on flight cancellation

I booked a flight and applied a voucher of ₹1000 provided to me by Indigo in lieu of delay in my previous flight (indigo promise which I purchased) and they compensated the delay of 4hrs with a voucher of ₹1000.
Now I applied this voucher for my current booking, due to some reasons I have to cancel my flight and Indigo is neither refunding me my taxes not providing me voucher that I can reuse for another booking.
