[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — fake/unauthorized email | |||||
I received an email from the below person Gunjan. [protected]@goindigopost.in stating to open the attachment, i am sure this is a spam email and after opening the attachment i got to know it's a fraudulent activity through email using indigo airlines name. Verified Support Oct 09, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi, At the outset, we would like to clarify that the attached letter was not issued by IndiGo and also, the email ID mentioned does not belong to IndiGo. On the same note, it is also pertinent to mention here that the Company does not indulge in the practices of collecting any processing/enrollment fees from job aspirants/candidates. We advise to exercise extreme caution before acting on any such fraudulent emails/calls and always check with the actual recruiter before paying for an interview, offer letter, etc. Regards, IndiGo Team | |||||

We understand missing a flight could be upsetting. However, to ensure a hassle-free experience for everyone, our staff have to abide by the policies like closing the boarding gate 25 mins prior to the scheduled departure time of flight. Also, we advise our passengers to reach the airport 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure to avoid any last min hassle. Further, you were unable to report till 0438 hrs, therefore, our airport team offered you re-accommodation on the next available flight, which was denied by you. Now, you may claim refund towards no show taxes by contacting the respective travel agency used while making the reservation
