I booked through make my trip on 15-06-18 with Booking Id NF[protected] for Indigo Flight from Kolkata to Delhi.
Flight date was 18-06-18 and PNR: KIWDHK.

Despite repeated request denied to provide meals although Meal charges paid during booking but meal not provided on board. Had to purchase meal separately. This is a very shocking & bitter experience.

Please arrange to refund my money.

ultimately money has gone to the pocket of gentle frauds Indigo Airlines Staffs! That is why they are posting false resolution.

      Hi, i am sonali chakraborty.
      I booked chennai-kolkata air ticket for mysel[censored]sing indigo mobile app, on 16th sep'18 around 7.59 pm and 8.02 pm. The payment of rs (4242+4242) total rs.8484/- was made using hdfc bank credit card to mumbai at goindigo and my a/c was debited. Bank reference no. Are 030671 and 038833.

      The indigo cc av reference for the transaction was[protected] and[protected] for the same amount.

      No air ticket was received by me. The travel date was for 24th september. On 20th september my husband biswajit chakraborty booked my flight for the mentioned date.

      I have contacted customer care repeatedly and they say the amount would be auto reversed soon, which has not happened up to 26th sep 18 midnight.

      I request that my due refund amount of rs 8484/- may please be credited to my same a/c immediately, as i am in urgent need of the funds.

      I have called INDIGO customer care.They told it will take 24 to 48 hours to resolve it. I have got back the amount deducted from my HDFC A/C, within the mentioned period. Thanks team INDIGO for your cooperation.

      With reference to your post, we would like to confirm that the payment under above CC Avenue reference numbers was received by us, however, the PNR could not be generated from the said transaction.

      Thus, the refund for the amount has been processed from our end to the account used for the transaction and same will reflect in your account within 4-5 working days.

        I have uploaded my resume at shine.com and recently i received a call stating that i have been selected in the design department of indigo airlines based on my qualification as i completed my mtech in aerospace engg. They initially asked me to deposit 2500 as registration fee and sent "tj india services" account details to deposit. Later i received a confirmation mail from [protected]@careers-goindigo.com stating my resume is on the recruiter process and asked me to pay security deposit fee of 10, 500 which would be refundable along with second month salary. I paid that also. Later i received an intimation mail stating the details of which i have attached below. Please do confirm whether it is genuine and get back to me at the earliest.

          I was intimidated by the IndiGo team regarding the fraud i came across. The IndiGo team went throught the fake letters attached with my complaint and immediately responded telling they were not genuine.

            My name is daljit singh taneja. I am retired defence (Iaf) officer and a senior citizen.

            I booked delhi - bengaluru - delhi, air ticket for my wife using indigo mobile app, on 21 sep 18 around 1050 am. The payment of rs 12259/- was made using hdfc bank debit card to mumbai at goindigo 1122876 and my a/c was debited.

            The indigo cc av reference for the transaction was[protected]. For the same amount.

            No air ticket was received by me. The travel dates were to be for 7 oct and 21 oct. Next day i booked her flights on cash payment of nearly rs 12500/-

            I have contacted customer care repeatedly and they say the amount would be auto reversed soon, which has not happened up to 25 sep 18 morning.

            I request that my due refund amount of rs 12259/- may please be credited to my same a/c immediately, as i am in urgent need of the funds.

Now, you may opt for a travel certificate which is INR. 200 per passenger per sector by clicking on this link- https://bit.ly/11v2V9b, and enter PNR number, registered e-mail ID. Travel certificate will be generated within 24-48 hrs on the same page after making the payment.

                Complainant is senior citizen and practicing advocate and had booked flight no. 6e-577 from lucknow to dehradun for departing on 24.9.2018 and flight no. 6e-588 from dehradun to lucknow departing on 25.9.2018. Complainant reached at chaudhary charan singh airport at about 13.25 to catch flight from terminal 2 at 14.40. And was in queue to take the boarding pass. There was rush and was a long queue and had asked the counter and it was told to me that you come in queue and when i reached on the counter, it was told to me to wait. I waited and again asked to issue boarding pass and then it was informed that fight is booked. I asked the parson to call the authority concern as 50 minutes has been left. Anyhow i was not allowed to contact and when contacted i was sent to reservation counter, who again sent me at the counter.in between flight has left. Anyhow i met met manager and others to show the urgency as four cases of high valuation of rs.57 crore were fixed on 25.9.2018 for arguments and i had to argue the same on behalf o[censored]bi before the drt, dehradun but no proper attention was given to me and ultimately i have suffered great financial loss, humiliation and professional reputation. I request you to kindly take appropriate action against the airlines and refund the amount deducted by them and award compensation of rs.50, 000/=

                  Dear sir,

                  I pritpal kaur chadha travelling thru 6e 2228 from bangalore to delhi on 24th september 2018 wasn't provided with wheel chair assistance.

                  I was carrying an baggage of 15kgs checkin baggage and 7 kgs hand baggage which i requested to checkin with my checkin baggage since wheel chair assistance wasnt provided.

                  The airline officials at airport expressed inability to provide wheel chair and infact when i requested since that wasnt provided please let my cabin baggage be checkin to enable me to walk atleast i was charged rs 1200 for the same as additional baggage charge though my hand baggage was well within limits

                  I am disappointed and disgusted at this approach of the airline towards senior citizens and regard this incident as cheating and minting money.

                  I would be raising an official compliant on the customer form as well till an written apology with refund of the additional charges isn't given by the airline.

But againg your site showing to forward the message again. So i couldnt enter the claim ticket process. This very bad to sent like fake offer messges. I have no confidens with you now.                             Dear team,

                            Refer attached ticket and boarding pass @ bhubhaneswar airport, i submitted my luggage in perfect and sealed condition while taking the boarding pass, just after 5 minutes received a call from [protected] stating i have submitted damaged suitcase that too without checkin seal, i was shocked both were given in perfect condition and there was no answer from your executive for this damages, neither and responsible executive was called, seal was made again i was asked to complaint on this id if my saying is correct.
                            I felt very embarrassed infront of other passenger on lobby.

                            I am 100% sure it was attempted for some bad intension and don’t know if any of my valuables are missing inside and wheel was damaged to divert the intension, pls advise what the best can be done from your end as a recovery of these damages to avoid any further escalations.

                              Dear team, myself rajat sengupta reference no - xer4nm from guwahati to chennai time was by 14.25 hrs on 22nd september, but received message about flight delayed which around one hour. I supposed to attend business dinner by 20.30pm in chennai today. Now it is very difficult to attend that. What should i do now? Will you allow us if we are delayed by even 15mins also?                                 The details of my ticket was issued to a unauthorized person without my permission or any information. On calling your customer, i come to
                                Know that 16th july 2018, request was made to change email id of my itinerary.

                                How could this be done without my permission or authorization?
                                More so every detail was mailed to the unauthorized person.
                                This is a serious breach of trust.

                                Please take this matter seriously.

                                  Dear sir, please refer to my complaint bhatu2 dated 15.9.18 regarding intentionally charging amount carrying extra weights, please note the following: at the check in counter we found that our luggages are weights as follows: 19.6kgs & 19.7kgs (Which was rounded to 20kgs each); cabin luggages were sufficiently low only 4.1kgs. When booking assistant told to pay charge for carrying extra weights amounting inr 4000/- we were interested to re-distribute these which was not permitted by threatening that she was going to close booking, though it was 14.39 and flight timings was 15.45 and compelled to pay extra weights charge. Now my questions are. (I) why i was not allowed to re-distribute the weights which was a matter of 2-3 minutes? (Ii) did i really carried extra weights if re-distribution was permitted? (Iii) why intentionally​ amount was charged? (Iv) why the charged amount can't be reverted back to the account as it was paid by card?                                     Indigo flight 6e-1402 shj-trv did reach on time (7:30ist)... But i doubt about the safety and trustworthiness of cabin crew's onboard that day.
                                    A fellow passenger used the lavatory for smoking... And the chief cabin crew member just scolded him for a couple of minutes, which only occurred after the gentleman has finished off with his business of smoking in a flight that's above 20000ft from ground!!!
                                    I doubt the capabilities of their staff and the liability they put for the life of passengers.
                                    I did even ask one cabin member, whether they have informed the authorities or the capt.
                                    They responded harshly simply stating 'capt is aware of everything in a flight'
                                    And it sounded like '# off boy, we have seen worse cases' type of reply.
                                    I have been traveling with indigo for a numerous times... Even my dad, my brothers and our company staffs (200+ indigo can verify this statement)... All travel by indigo... From now on... None o[censored]s will...

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I booked the flight ticket in indigo pnr ref: jy5wgi. From october 1 to 2018, chennai to doha. And october 31, 2018 doha to chennai but susyem shown direct flight after its giving confirmation it generated connection flight with 24hour waiting time.

                                      Its fully system error. Because of their system fault i lost huge money and i was disturbed alot
                                      I am keep on making complaints customer people take the phone and follow up and didn't answer.

I raised the complaint regarding intentionally charging amount for carrying extra weights which was not true, but reply received is very general and found to be rediculous. I was traveling from mumbai to goa with two tickets with pnr no. Kde1gm by indigo flights 6e981. At the check in luggage booking counter we found that our luggages were 19.6kgs & 19.7kgs (Which was rounded to 20kgs) and cabin luggages were sufficiently low, only 4.1kgs. The booking assistant told that i have to pay for carrying extra weights. As i am a patient of adhesive capsilities, so i brought this distribution. After hearing that i have to pay lnr 4000/- for this distribution, then i was interested to redistribute the weights which was the matter of 2-3 minutes. But i was not permitted, rather threatened that i have to miss the flight, if i go for doing so, as she was going to close booking, though the time was 14.39 (Can verify the time as i paid the amount to indigo by card) & the flight time was 15.45. I was compelled to pay the amount, as i was not interested to miss the flight. Now my questions are: (I) why i was not allowed to re-distribute the weights when sufficient time was there to do so? (Ii) did i carried really the extra weights so that amounts were charged? (Iii) why the paid amount can't be reverted as payment is being done by card?
