Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I Mr. Zaheed Lokhandwala travelled with Indigo flight no. 6E6463 on 12th August 2022 from Mumbai T2 to Bangalore along with my parents and wife. This email is to make 2 complaints:
1. Delay of our flight by about an hour 15 minutes.
2. On reaching Bangalore airport to our dismay we found that our luggage was not loaded from Bombay and the concerned representatives here informed us that the baggage will be loaded in the next flight from Bombay and will reach us by 1.30pm!
We have no other option but to wait and spend the entire day here waiting for our luggage. It has caused us mental harrasment, waste of time & energy and resources since we are stuck at the airport and can't even leave since we will not be allowed to re-enter.
We were on holiday for 5 days which is why we took an early morning flight so that we could make the most of our time of which today will be spent pointlessly on the airport. We have also suffered losses from bookings we had made afternoon onwards which we will now not get a refund for.
This is gross mismanagement on the part og the airlines where despite of the flight being delayed for 1 hour necessary baggage check was not done and is considered highly irresponsible and disrespectful towards the customers.
Please ensure adequate compensation for our financial loss and stress caused by laxity on the part of the airlines
