    I booked air ticket in indigo. I lost my boarding pass and i need to submit it in office. So i am trying to apply for travel certificate from indigo air lines. So this complaint is about that.
    I am trying to request for travel certificate but it is showing error: please enter correct email address. I tries many mail ids, but showing the same. Please provide me a travel certificate.

      Our air ticket Bagdogra to Mumbai PNR no ORR5MQ, jurney date -11 dec 2022, I have started my jurney from purnea bihar to bagdogra (approx. 170 km) by taxi, after that Bagdogra airport on 11th dec at the time of baggage drop indigo counter staff told your air ticket has cancelled and restricted to fly us. Without any information provided to us, as like OTP, CALL, EMAIL etc our ticket has cancelled. After talking with indigo and make my trip, they replied ticket has cancelled at customer end on 10 dec 11.49 PM, provided one IP address 171.79.14.91. This IP address not belong to me. We have not cancelled any air ticket. They have not permitted to fly in other flight and also they have deducted cancellation charge, refunded Rs 15850 instead of Rs 28222.
      We stayed in hotel at Siliguri, and booked air ticket again 12 dec 22 and paid Rs 58383.00.
      I send emil to Indigo and Make my trip from 13 dec continuously, they had not replied satisfactory. Both has not reply satisfactory, both has make trip replying contact to indigo, Indigo replying contact to Make my Trip. I have lodge grivances in air seva portal but air lines reply is not satisfactory.
      During the travel due to unauthorised cancelled my air ticket, due to harassment my small kid ( 7 year old son) health down, we have admitted in hospital at Siliguri as on early morning on 12 dec 2022.
      we have economically, mentally and physically suffered by airline.

      Your customer relations team has not provided satisfactory answer, how cancelled my ticket in unauthorized way without OTP received on my Mobile/Email and also after cancellation of my ticket why you had not send any email, sms, call, WhatsApp massage.
      Also not reflecting ticket has cancelled on Make my Trip App- my trip app in My Trip Section.
      your team has sent 3 Travel Voucher, each worth is 3500/- on my email as on 03/jan /2023 Without may Concern, this is not acceptable. I want full refund with compensation.

            Today (02nd January 2023), I booked my ticket on the Indigo website for a round trip from Ahmedabad to Guwahati on 27th January 2023. The amount is debited from my account, but the payment status still shows "Payment Pending". I also tried to retrieve the itinerary through my PNR No. WJ56JB, but the Payment status still shows pending.
            I would like to know when Indigo will refund the 16, 725/- in my account.

                I booked my tickets from Indore to Bangalore for 17th dec 2022, the flight was scheduled at 05:30 AM.. we reached Indore airport at 04.:14 am.. since the airport was having no crowd, we reached directly to the counter for checking in luggage.. the counter guy ( name tanishk / kanishk) said that we can't board the flight as flight has been rescheduled at 05:00 am and we do not meet the "reach 1 hr before" criteria.. we requested him several times to consider our request, to which he straightaway denied.. we then contacted his senior official, who said that since "paper formalities" are done, we cannot allow you to fly and offered us alternate flights at extra cost.. it was about 04:25 am and we could also here our names for the final boarding call.. the treatment given by indigo staff was inhumane, more so when we were carrying a 5 month baby...
                I would like to lodge a complaint for charging extra 5000 for rescheduled flights, wasting our entire 1 day and causing discomfort to our child. we have travelled hundreds of times from indigo and whenever a flight is rescheduled, IVRS information is given and consent is taken. no such procedure was followed during this case. I would request a monetary compensation of 20, 000 for unethical practice and discomfort caused..

                  PNR no: SQRMUG, Date: 20 dec 2022, flight from Mumbai to Kathmandu, One Female Passenger: Rina Kumari Chetani.
                  Luggage Damage Complaints made to Indigo Airline on same date. But till date no proper response from airline. Passenger try to register complaint during but no one register complaints at Airport. Bag is damaged badly, Bag Lock is removed, Extra locks are missing, Bag Chain are tempered and broken.
                  Complaints made to Indigo Airline many times but no proper response from Indigo Airline Customer Care team. They are showing policy rules and regulations.
                  Indigo is providing 1000 voucher and I am not agree with this.
                  Bag cost 7000/8000, repair cost 4000/5000. I need bag replacement or full fare refund or cash compensation.
                  Kindly do the needful.

                    I had selected seats when booking itself.

                    But I got this mail and when I try to do web checking It does not allow me to do Quik cheking as One seat of passanger Sangeetha is not selected. and I am forces to selecte a paid seat even for middle seats. It looks like a money making way by just saying change in flight # (other detaisl same), remove seat allocated and then force customers to shell out money. There is not seat avaialble for selecting fee. Even your quick checking is not working and blocked.

                    Looks pure cheating. Why should I be forced to pay for a saet when I have a ticket. Even when the Flight is like almost empty and all seats avaialble

                    If this does not get resovled immediately I will raise a complaign against this to customer Care and see that I am getting due respect and compensation for thsi medicore service by you

                      Complaint : In view of medical emergency of mother of Ankita Gupta, travel plan for return journey was re-scheduled from 04.11.22 to 02.11.22. There was additional charges were levied inspite of informing the same while changing return journey date. It has been told that it will be informed at appropriate level to consider the request not to charge additional amount. However, no response received till date. Since return journey travel plan was changed due to medical emergency, the refund of extra charged amount may please be looked. I am writing on behalf of my daughter Ms. Ankita .Thanks.

                            Hi,

                            My baggage has been missing for almost 3 weeks now. We were a group of 13 people traveling from Port Blair to Hyderabad with a Layover of 3hr in Bengaluru. We checked-in all our baggage in Port Blair and boarded both the Port Blair and Bengaluru flight and reached Hyderabad. To my surprise I did not find one of my Baggage and I informed the Indigo Team. I was told that it is missing and officials said it was in Bengaluru because it was missing the Tag and the Bengaluru team did not transfer the Baggage. After continuous follow -up with the CR team I was told it is reaching Hyderabad by 6E 6923 on 28th Nov and I informed the same to ground staff team and they said they will deliver the baggage as soon as they receive. Next day When I followed with Ground staff in Hyderabad to my surprise they said it never arrived and I Am still waiting for my luggage.
                            They tried to compensate me with not even 10 percent of what I had in my Bag. I have never accepted the compensation but they still sent me a voucher which is just a penny for my lost valuables in the luggage.

                            This is the Peer Negligence of Ground staff and Customer relations Team who are least interested to help a passenger who is going through all the stress and pain just because he chose Indigo to travel.

                            None of the staff is even bothered to understand the pain of the customer and resolve the issue. I'm suffering for NO FAULT of mine and the staff who did this don't even know the issues/pain customers go through. Really disappointed with the careless attitude of the ground staff. The call center team doesn't have any kind o[censored]pdate and they are clueless about my baggage.

                              I took IndiGo Flight 6E 672 today on[protected] Ranchi-Pune at 20:45. I seem to have misplaced my Black Wallet.

                              Wallet Description: Black Leather, with Levi's engraved on one side.
                              Wallet Contents: Very limited cash, Bank of Baroda Debit Card, Aadhar, PAN, Driving License, University Alumni ID; all with my name on them. Additionally, there are some miscellaneous cards, papers and bills.

                              Please see if the flight can be checked once for the wallet.

                                Hi,
                                I want to register my complain against IndiGo Airlines and Bangalore International Airport Securities for mishandling the items in my luggage. Today ( 19/12/2022 ) I had a flight from Bangalore (BLR) to Raipur (RPR) at 7:30 a.m for 6E 405 flight. My checked-in Luggage had a JCB powerbank in it due to which later it was told to me by airport authorities that my luggage was not approved. I got a call from this number - [protected] who informed me that luggage was not cleared because of having a powerbank. I immediately went to Gate 13 of BLR international airport for virtual checking of my luggage having one male representative at the airport. After inspection the powerbank was removed from my luggage, upon which I asked the representative as to how can I get back my powerbank ? At that time it was already 7 a.m and boarding had already started for my plane. As soon as the powerbank was removed from my luggae it was cleared for processing. I asked the representative again that how do I get back my powerbank? He told me to check with my airlines for that when I asked who ? He said IndiGo Airlines as they will discard the product. I insisted that I'll go back and collect it from the main counter where my luggage was present but then he told me I'll be late for boarding my plane. I again asked him if I ask someone to collect it on my behalf from them, will it be possible ?? He said yes but you need to check with your airlines. Getting this response I resumed my journey of boarding my plane as by that time I already received a call from Indigo representative that gates will be closing in another 2 min if I don't reach on time. Upon reaching Raipur Airport I checked with the Indigo helpdesk present in the city and they gave me a number with whom I could check the status with concerned airlines available in BLR airport. I first checked with Bangalore International airport number[protected] about the items which were removed from my luggage and they told me to check with my airlines as they don't keep such items with them in the airport. Post which I connected with one of the representative on the helpline number sharing my concern - +[protected] number received from IndiGo helpdesk present in Raipur ). He assured me that I can get someone collect my belongings at the BLR airport upon showing my booking ticket and giving my consent of handing over it to my relative. But later I received a call from a girl representative from IndiGo airlines[protected] who told me no powerbank was found in their drawer means which it was not at all there. I gave her the description of my powerbank which was a black JCB powerbank but she told me to connect with airport authorities as they don't have it. I shared my grief that I've been told by both the airlines and the airport authorities that they don't have my powerbank and harassing me without giving any resolution. There's no system of handling such mental harassment faced by the consumer and no information on what happens to the items removed from their luggage. Airlines and nor the airport authorities are bothered about the valuable items kept in one's luggage and what happens to it later. I have been reaching out to multiple helpline numbers so that I can get my belonging collected by my relatives but no one is ready to take liability fo it even when they were the ones who removed it. I'm listing down all the numbers with whom I had interacted sharing my concern but in vain.

                                1) [protected] ( call received at 6:47 am) informing that there's a powerbank found in my luggae
                                [protected] call received from IndiGo airlines at 7 am informing that the gate will be closing in 2 more min )
                                3) I called Indigo helpline number at 7:53 am while still the plane was at the airport due to fog.[protected]
                                4) Upon reaching RPR at around 10:30 am I tried asking aiport authorities regarding this issue wherein they gave me this number of BLR airport[protected]
                                5) After calling them, BLR airport authorities told that I have to check with my airlines for items removed from the luggae.
                                6) I called 3 more numbers received by the IndiGo airlines present at the RPR aiport. But none of them received my call. Numbers are as follow :-

                                ii) [protected]
                                iii) [protected]

                                All around 10:25 am, 10:26 am and 10:27 am.

                                7) Later again I called the Indigo helpline number[protected] because only they had picked wherein the representative confirmed me that I can get someone collect my belonging today itself. ( Timing - 10:27 am )

                                8) After this I received a call from a Indigo representative ( a women ) [protected] who spoke rudely and was not understanding my concern that I had already checked with BLR airport authorities and they told me that my airline ( Indigo ) handles those items. After which she disconnected my call without giving any resolution. ( Timing - 10:54 am )

                                9) After this incident I again called the IndiGo helpline number telling them what just happened but she could not connect with the airport authorities so she told me to wait 1-2 hours for a final conclusion. I'm still waiting for that call but in vain.

                                This is really depressing and harassing for me who paid for the services by the airlines. Both the authorities are putting blame on each other without giving any resolution to my concern. And I was at last told that there's no powerbank at all found which is more depressing for me who trusted the words of authorities available at the airport that I can get someone collect my belonging upon request. Please take strict actions against them as what happened with me today might have happened with many others like me. Silently bearing the loss. Consider this as a humble request for taking action on my concern and the harassment faced by me today ( 19/12/2022 ).

                                  I was travelling from MUMBAI to DELHI dated 15th DEC 22 by Indigo Airlines.. I was about to carry my bag in cabin. But at the gate of Air craft(During final Boarding), Indigo staff has collected my bag & said the air craft is full & there are many hand baggage are there with other co passengers, so they are requesting all of them to give luggage to them & that will hand over to us on the luggage belt at Delhi Airport.

                                  When i took my bag from the belt at Delhi Airport, it was found broken ( not only damage), its broken. Immediately i went to Indigo Luggage counter & tried to file a complaint. But the Individual from Indigo (Name Mr Rahul) has offered me only Rs. 2500/-. which i refused to accept because my bag current cost is Rs. 11000/-. He didnt file my complaint & ask to write an Email, If I need actual compensation or better compensation, which he offered me & didnt filed my official complain.

                                  After that I have sent an email to Indigo Customer care & they are offering only Rs. 2450 & refused to offer anything More.

                                  I need help from the Consumer Complaint forum. Any airlines shd not take customers for granted, if the customer faced problem during travelling by their airlines.
                                  There are so many complaints are coming from the consumers about their luggage has been broken or mishandles by aircraft staff & rude behavior when consumer complain about the same.

                                  Airlines are charging Ticket Rates as per the Demand & Supply. They charge very heavy during each Indian Festival, they also take additional charge for Selective Seats, they charge very high when they provide foods inside aircraft. They also charge different ticket higher charges as per the seats are getting full.

                                  When airline company has this facility to charge customers then consumers should have full rights to get full compensation, when we face problem from the Airline side.

                                    I had a booked a flight (6E 2403, 6E 317) from Delhi to Mangalore with a layover at Bangalore for the day 6/12/2022 and the flight departure was at 0700 hrs. I had booked 9 days prior to the departure day. I woke up at 3:30, kept trying to book a cab for like one hour and paid 600 rupees to get to the airport but when I was finally checking in baggage, they were delaying it and started discussing among themselves and asked me if I would like a direct flight to Mangalore from Delhi (6E 6303) at 1415 hrs. I was confused as to why are they asking me this l, so asked the lady why. Apparently indigo had overbooked the first flight of my journey and some international flight had landed and some of its passengers were headed to Bangalore. There were more o[censored]s who were asked to change our flights. I gave it a thought but refused because I had like 8 more hours to wait if I were to say yes and I was asked a day before or even few more hours earlier before I booked a cab, then happily would have agreed and left for the airport at appropriate time and took the metro to save money as I only had one trolley bag and a tote. But then she replied that there are no seats. She promised me free meal and vouchers. It was a 3 hour flight to Mangalore so I didnt get hungry and nor did they offer any meal to me. Earlier when I had booked my flight there were no direct flights to Mangalore. I don't care for that but the vouchers that she spoke about are nowhere to be seen. I have travelled quite a bit this year with indigo but this is the second inconvenience they have dawned me with. Earlier in July, my connecting flight from Delhi to Udaipur got cancelled and had skip my sleep for that night as my flight was in the evening the next day. I have checked my mail and the indigo account but can't seem to find those vouchers.

                                      I have received call from [protected] they asked me to pay 2000 rupees That I had paid for [protected] and they send me a letter photo to me.
