I had a call day before yesterday. she said she is calling from Aviation department Indigo Airline company airport authority's. she said they have some current hiring for Delhi and Lucknow Airports for Accounts department, Tickets department and customer support Executive.
After that she said all procedure till joining will be online. You have to share me your Document on the same number by WhatsApp. you have to share your Aadhaar Card, Graduation marksheet, and one passport size photo.
Then you have to wait for till tomorrow morning, first we will verify your documents, after verification your file will submitted to airport after that airport authorities will call you for interview session.
if you get selected in interview then we will provide offer letter and confirmation letter and application and then you have to pay a compulsory kit charges. After that i have shared my all documents. today i got a fake interview call after that he asked me to pay Rs. 1800/- for uniform and laptop. even they mail me some offer letter as well.
Please take a necessary action against this.

    paid Rs 7500 extra for next flight to Leh frm T2. Mental harrasment caused to my family. My wife also lost golden ring worth Rs 50000 during transit from T1 to T2.
    Tweet tagging minister of civil aviation and other concerned authorities already made. #tag by media house in progress.
    If appropriate action will not be taken with the refund. A case will be registered with the concerned consumer court.

      Sir I am received a call from Indigo airlines. she said that he offers job of air ticketing in Madurai airport and he asked to pay registration amount of Rs 2000. after many conversion I pay amount by phonepe on 4 transactions. after the payment I received there is an interview three types of interview first type of interview is online test and second type of interview is telephonic interview and third type of interview is face to face interview. they conducted and online test by using some link like this competition I attended and they said you are selected for online test now you are second test is telephonic interview and and attend that telephonic interview after one day they said you are selected in this telephonic interview. after they set you have a medical test so you have to pay 5500 for medical test on face to face interview day and also they send an appan medical appointment for face to face interview.I said I just not have much amount but they said you just pay initial amount. sir pay 500 in 2 transaction and Rs 1000 in next transaction. after the balance payment identified that was fake company. totally I have a photos and rupees so please sir kindly retrieve my amount and give to me I made a big mistake. official site of Indigo I understand that it was fake. pls sir kindly help me

        I, Deepak Chowdhary, travelled Delhi-Nagpur on 5th July, 2022 by 6E-5018, Seat Number 19D, PNR: SPGEMG. However, I have kept an Electronic Kindle Reader in the back pocket of my front seat and forgot to collect when I reached my destination i.e. Nagpur.           Ticket not booked but amount got deducted via UPI

          Well I booked a ticked on 19th April on indigo website and tried to pay the amount but due to transaction failure the amount got deducted via UPI using razorpay and ticked didn't got booked. Then after contacting indigo customer care they told that it would took a week to solve this matter and process the refund.

          After waiting for a two weeks the amount was refunded via indigo customer care and a RRN number was send including...

              Hi,

              From Happyfares, I've made a flight reservation.

              It was a flight operated by Indigo with PNR EKD9KS. Indigo cancelled my flight due to some weather issue. Why should I pay fees to HappyFares if it was canceled by Indigo?

              I received mail from Happyfares that your refund has been processed. Details are -

              Refund Description :
              Ticket Amount Paid 8891.00
              Airline Penalty 0.00
              Happyfare Fee 600.00
              Net Refund 8291.00
              Payment Gateway Fee
              (Non refundable) 0.00

              Why should I pay 600 rupees for your error? Please credit my remaining 600 rupees.

              I have mailed indigo for the same, they are saying that we have issued the complete refund, you need to speak with happyfares. I have mailed to [protected]@happyfares.in, but no response so far. Indigo doesn’t have any right on happyfares?
              Please help me.

Our checked in baggage found tampered and open and cash Envelope of rs 21, 000 was stolen from the same. The cash was stored in white envelope.                   Few of the folks called me they are saying like we are the consultants for the few of the Airlines and recruiting the candidates for the Airports. In the first they charged me 1000Rs for document verification process then after they had shared the appointment letter now again they are asking me to pay 4000Rs.

                      Hi Indigo Payment Desk,

                      This is to inform to you that i was trying to book Hyderabad to Madurai flight Date and Time: 21st October 2022 : 16:15 - 17:45 Flight no: 6E 6781.
                      during payment process after entering OTP there was an error message so i tried once again second time also errored out and later received SMS and Email from Bank saying amount got debited twice.

                        It is surprised to know that Indigo has NOT mentioned the E-Mail address of the customer care or the persons who are responsible of receiving enquiries/complaints. Only contact numbers are provided. The chat session always give the reply "I don't' understand"... pathetic! E-Mail is the quick and easy way of communication for people like me

                        We, 8 o[censored]s have a booking from Port Blair (IXZ) to Bengaluru (BLR) on 17 Nov. 22. I came to know that Port Blair airport is not operational from 15 - 18 November. Why did Indigo allowed us to book the tickets ?

                        As it is not our problem, if Indigo is unable to transport us on 17th November, We want to re-schedule the flight to Bengaluru(BLR) on 14th Nov, when the airport is operational (See the attachment) without occurring any loss to us.

                          I took Indigo flight on 8th july from Hyderabad to Darbhanga.I had one check in baggage and one hand baggage.I deposited my check in baggage at the Hyderabad indigo counter, but it didn't come to darbhanga.I filed a complaint to the indigo staffs at Darbhanga airport.
                          After a few days, they sent me some possible pics of my bag but they weren't mine.I told them to look into the CCTV footage but they aren't responding now at all.
                          It's been 10 days.Can Indigo look into this, if not i have no other option but to go take the legal route.
                          I am attaching my boarding pass here and a photo of a similar bag which indigo sent me, I told them to send more details but they didn't.
                          I request indigo to please look into the cctv footage.I can't emphasize more on this.

                              Dear sir,
                              I Was traveling from Chennai to Surat and forgot to take off the power bank from the checkin bag. Wasn’t said anything by the Air line staff at counter while depositing the bag. Instead was called in few mins after security check In to meet immediately regarding the same. Power bank was not handed to me back but instead collected by the indigo team. I asked if so I had carried a laptop or mobile phone with me in bag they would have still taken it from me. This is clearly snatching gadgets from the passengers intentionally. Mine might be just a power bank but I now worry what the airline might be doing to other passengers. They just take back just everything.
                              I was thinking if in case I had left a phone or laptop in it and they would snatch that too . . . On asking to carry the powerbank by hand the staff- Amulya Aparanji asked me to miss the flight, take the bag back and book another flight ??? Is this how they treat a passenger??
                              The ultimate aim of the airlines is to just take off what they get . . .
                              I saw one passengers also facing the issue who travelled from Doha to Chennai . He didn’t face any issue at the International Airport with the things he was carrying in his bag but did face serious issues at chennai airport from the indigo staff.

                                On July 13th 2022, I had flight from Mangalore to Dammam(Saudi Arabia). I knew I was exceeding my given luggage and this is why before catching the flight, I called customer care 3-4 times to confirm the per kg charges to pay at airport. Everytime I called the Indigo customer care I was told that I will have to pay 650rs/kg for the excess baggage that I will carry. I called them n number of times to confirm this information so that I can take my luggage accordingly in the given budget

                                So, according to this information, I packed my baggage. However, when went to the airport, I was charged 1200 rs/kg for my excess luggage for 14 kilos. Moreover airport authorities told me that " mam call center is different from actual airport price."

                                This is not fair, I lost soo much money just because your team gave me the wrong information every time I called. Is this the way indigo works frauding and cheating people by making more money?

                                Who will pay for the excess money that I lost ? It is indigo's responsibility totally and I want at-least half the refund back.

                                Indigo was always my first choice but I doubt I will ever travel by Indigo again after such a horrible experience by your end.

                                If all the customer care calls are recorded, you can definitely go and check the recordings and you will find it.

                                Please look into this matter as I want half my refund back.
