I took Indigo flight on 8th july from Hyderabad to Darbhanga.I had one check in baggage and one hand baggage.I deposited my check in baggage at the Hyderabad indigo counter, but it didn't come to darbhanga.I filed a complaint to the indigo staffs at Darbhanga airport.
After a few days, they sent me some possible pics of my bag but they weren't mine.I told them to look into the CCTV footage but they aren't responding now at all.
It's been 10 days.Can Indigo look into this, if not i have no other option but to go take the legal route.
I am attaching my boarding pass here and a photo of a similar bag which indigo sent me, I told them to send more details but they didn't.
I request indigo to please look into the cctv footage.I can't emphasize more on this.

    NAME - Parth Shah

    My Bag is lost since 29th June 2022.
    There is no trace of the bag.
    there is no assistance from indigo customer care.
    There no proper feed back.
    No compensation given.
    No reply to email.
    Customer service doesn't know what to speak and how to deal.

    PATHETIC SERVICE.

    DO NOT TRAVEL WITH INDIGO AIRLINE EVER.

    MY WORST EXPERIENCE.

    U WILL LOSSE UR LUGGAGE AND THERE WILL BE NO ASSISTANCE FROM THEM.

      Dear sir,
      I Was traveling from Chennai to Surat and forgot to take off the power bank from the checkin bag. Wasn’t said anything by the Air line staff at counter while depositing the bag. Instead was called in few mins after security check In to meet immediately regarding the same. Power bank was not handed to me back but instead collected by the indigo team. I asked if so I had carried a laptop or mobile phone with me in bag they would have still taken it from me. This is clearly snatching gadgets from the passengers intentionally. Mine might be just a power bank but I now worry what the airline might be doing to other passengers. They just take back just everything.
      I was thinking if in case I had left a phone or laptop in it and they would snatch that too . . . On asking to carry the powerbank by hand the staff- Amulya Aparanji asked me to miss the flight, take the bag back and book another flight ??? Is this how they treat a passenger??
      The ultimate aim of the airlines is to just take off what they get . . .
      I saw one passengers also facing the issue who travelled from Doha to Chennai . He didn’t face any issue at the International Airport with the things he was carrying in his bag but did face serious issues at chennai airport from the indigo staff.

        Deprived free seat and forced to buy seat through web check-in

        On July 13th 2022, I had flight from Mangalore to Dammam(Saudi Arabia). I knew I was exceeding my given luggage and this is why before catching the flight, I called customer care 3-4 times to confirm the per kg charges to pay at airport. Everytime I called the Indigo customer care I was told that I will have to pay 650rs/kg for the excess baggage that I will carry. I called them n number of times to confirm this information so that I can take my luggage accordingly in the given budget

        So, according to this information, I packed my baggage. However, when went to the airport, I was charged 1200 rs/kg for my excess luggage for 14 kilos. Moreover airport authorities told me that " mam call center is different from actual airport price."

        This is not fair, I lost soo much money just because your team gave me the wrong information every time I called. Is this the way indigo works frauding and cheating people by making more money?

        Who will pay for the excess money that I lost ? It is indigo's responsibility totally and I want at-least half the refund back.

        Indigo was always my first choice but I doubt I will ever travel by Indigo again after such a horrible experience by your end.

        If all the customer care calls are recorded, you can definitely go and check the recordings and you will find it.

        Please look into this matter as I want half my refund back.

          Hi Team,
          My experience on flight 6E-6905 from Pune to Raipur was very bad due to hot water food fell on my thighs. And I have got an email that my ticket amount was refunded, but till now no amount has been credited back. I am trying to reach over the emails or on call to Aditi. As she was looking into it fully. But no response of emails or calls.
          Even I got a promise from there end to have travel vouchers but nothing has been issued. Kindly help

            Flight ticket cancellation- Refund due to medical emergency

            I booked a flight for my family members due to my PhD admission in IIT. Now we have flight on 16th July & return flight of my family members on 20th July. Unfortunately one of them ( my uncle) faced an accident and his rib cage got fractured and as per doctor's suggestions he can't travel within 1month. PNR no- BHWIPY ( Ahmadabad to Kolkata) on 20th July. And as my mother can't travel alone, so i had to reschedule her flight...

            I traveled with indigo from calicut to Delhi on 10/7/2022, flight no. 6E 5912. I had a checked in luggage- a trolly suitcase which I had locked with a proper lock and key. Upon collecting from Delhi the lock was missing but luckily i didn't lose any items. I believe it is purely out of my luck that nothing was stolen. Actually i noticed this only after reaching home and couldn't complain from airport itself. But it's an extreme shameful act from the side of Indigo airlines that the luggage of passengers are not being taken care of at all. Though it seems only a minor issue I want indigo airline authorities to see into the issue and provide appropriate compensation

              Flight Details: DXB to BLR (July 7/8, 2022)
              Flight Number: 6E096
              Issue: Check-in baggage lost/stuck in Dubai
              Baggage status: Baggage still not delivered as of July 11 (3d since arrival of flight)
              Baggage weight: Approx. 15 kgs

              As a consequence of which I had to spend INR 7400 on buying clothes for 3days required for my stay. As per the reference case of "Indigo Airlines & Anr. vs Aastha Pansari on 17 January, 2020" I like to received a refund of INR 200/kg

                  I was denied from boarding after issuing the boarding pass,

                  I am Ganesh Rajabather Durai a frequent traveller of indigo airlines I've been encounter the problem on 11th April 2022 I was suppose to travel from Chennai to Kuwait, I've been to the Chennai airport on time and received my boarding pass, cleared the immigration and security check, after I reached to the gate one of the indigo ground staff directly came in front of me asking where are you going and took my boarding pass without my permission and told me that I can't board flight I was shocked and asking why can't I board and the reason he told is i am drunk, and I asked him did I disturb any of the passengers or did I misbehave or did I fell down or am I not in consciousness none of my question been answered and I ve been escorted outside of the airport.

                    Self Flew from Port Moresby to Mumbai using PX/Qatar & Indigo airline being partnered airline with one singly through ticket.
                    My baggage has not come since last 10 days and now indigo airline is washing off their hands saying u ur self need to check with other airlines.
                    Such a bad service and i dont know where my bag is and they also dont know.
                    Only stories saying qatar 8000 bags are stuck and they are not able to trace it.

                      Web Check-in amount deducted seat not assigned

                      For my PNR AKYJSC, I paid the check-in amount and selected seats but indigo website showed an error. Called customer care, made to wait 10 minutes and told their server isn't showing any payment. Called again, this time kept on hold for longer than 15 mins and told they will transfer my call to another department and instead of transferring, they cut my call. And then I get a call back saying we will refund your amount but no seats are available...

                        I and my friend was traveling from Indira Gandhi int airport terminal 2 Delhi to Singapore on 03.07.2022 flight no 6E-2082& 6E-41 (PNR NO NRR8YN). We was standing in queue on Mr. Amit's counter for boarding pass and deposit baggages .when was our number turned up the counter staff Mr Amit sent us on Mr. Love Mahajan's counter. we again was standing in queue and When our number turned up Mr. Love asked for 400 rupees for boarding pass .we told him that we are traveling to Singapore so you should have to give boarding pass without any charge, so they denied for giving boarding pass and sent to web cheking kiosk . That kiosk man told us that pass will be got on Love's counter only. Mr Love again told us to come in queue and entertained to one girl nearby 30 min. When I object about that he told us "Mujhe mera kaam karne do disturb mat karo" . In all this process he ruined one hour o[censored]s(11.15am to 12.15pm) However, again when our number turned up he sent us on counter no 1 . Counter no 1 staff again sent us to Mr. Love's counter and told that Mr. Love ll give you boarding pass . After we again approach to Mr.Love, he said I ll give boarding pass free of cost because you standing up for long time(is it any rule like this?) and again he sent to us on Mr. Amit's counter. According to my knowledge for international flights airlines would gave boarding pass without any charge because when I was trying web check in, system was denied for check in. It is very ridiculous thing that a popular airline indigo staff behave like this with customers who is going to abroad. If in all this procedure if my flight was missed then who was responsible for that. It is very shemfull thing about indigo airlines. We request you kindly take adminitrative action against both the staff.Mr. Amit and Mr Love Mahajan.

                            I received a call from Ms isha verma for a ticketing agent in IndiGo airlines saying i was selected for a telephoning interview and i said im interested so then she said she will send me the HR Yogesh kumar's to whom i have to submit my qualification marksheet, ID proof and passport size photo for document verification. Then within few minutes i receive the same call from Ms Isha that the verification is done and i have to pay a fee of rupees1500 to Mr yogesh kumar after which they will send the interview question to which i said i have problems with my netbanking to which she asks me to tranfer it from a friend or relatives. So i took an amount of time and the problem with my netbanking didnt resolve and i asked ms isha if my document can be put on hold to which she forwarded the call to the HR yogesh Kumar who says i dont have a choice but transfer the money from anywhere or nearby cyber cafe as document verification has been done and if the transfer does not happen my document will go blacklist for 5years from all the government and non government companies and i cannot apply anywhere with a challan or charge sheet of 45, 000 to domestic court for wasting their time and misbehaving with IndiGo arirlines and officer team will come by within 72hours if i want to avoid the charge sheet i should contact with indiGo airlines. Please look after this.

                                I travelled from sharjah to calicut to find out my baggage is opened and used whatever it contained. Chocolates and other stuff were open and used. This is not acceptable at all. The effort we take to travel for 4 hours after a while for vacation and this is the end result.
