[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Flight Missed

As a frequent flier of your airline, I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience (18/10/2021) with your #IndiGo.
I arrived for my scheduled Flight 6E2001 Delhi to Guwahati. The timing of that flight was 3:35 PM (1535 Hrs). The boarding time was 2:50 PM (1450 Hrs). Having done the security checks and arriving the Bag Counter around 2:45 PM (1445 Hrs) we were informed that the Luggage cannot be taken as we have arrived late. Even though the boarding time was 2:50 PM (1450 Hrs) we were not allowed to proceed. Hence we were asked to go for the next flight available. On asking about the rebooking procedure they informed that the amount would be adjusted with the earlier payment made. However they later said that a certain amount has to be made in order to book the next available flight. Also on enquiring the authorities informed that they won't be able to inform the timings of the next flight as the flight scheduled was still present. Now if that the case then what was the point of not letting the passengers board even though they reached the area just in time.
This is how us serve customers??? Our time is money and we are not flying for fun we all fly to reach the desired destination on a scheduled time. Worst Airlines. I will definitely not going to use your #indigoairlines #indigo #indigo6e services again nor I will recommend others to use #indigoairlines. Totally Disappointed

We're extremely sorry to hear about your experience. However, please be apprised, that the check-in counter closes 60 mins & boarding gate closes 25 mins prior to the departure. Therefore, our staff was unable to accept you on that flight.
