[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — fraud done by your employee shashank maharana

Address: Gurgaon, Haryana, 122001

Shashank maharana employee of indigo got rs12300 transfered to his account and did not book our tickets and has not refunded or returned our money, saying that indigo takes max 15 days to refund the money.
This money was taken to book 2 tickets to and fro from delhi to dehradun dated 22nd dec 2018 to 25th dec2018 return.
We have informed hr and sent email to bela chawla and kanika paul with proof. But of no use as they ignored my complaint

Thank you for your post, the contents of which have been examined by us. Shashank Maharana is not employed with Interglobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”) since August 14, 2018. Therefore, his alleged acts as set forth in your post were committed in his personal capacity, outside the course of his employment with IndiGo. While we completely sympathize with what you have gone through, you will appreciate that we are not in a position to take action against Mr. Maharana, since Mr. Maharana was not an employee of IndiGo during the time of the alleged incidents. We would strongly urge you to have this matter investigated by appropriate authorities. IndiGo will be happy to participate in or assist with any such investigation, as and when called to do so by appropriate authorities.
