I booked two tickets today 04/01/2018 for 20/02/2018 with details as under: Hardeep singhal (Delhi to vishakhapatnam) pnr q9e94f Sagar jain (Delhi to vishakhapatnam) pnr wh6gpa But the gst invoice was not made available. I contacted on[protected] but as told to wait for 30 days for gst invoice. As per guidlines, the airline is required to issue the gst invoice as and when ticket is booked You are requested to ovide the gst invoice at [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
Mar 18, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support Feb 15, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Ma'am, With reference to your request, under PNRs WH6GPAand Q9E94F, we would like to inform you that you can retrieve your GST invoice by visiting our website www.goindigo.in, there on the top right corner, you will see a button named VIEW GST INVOICE, once you enter your PNR number there, you will be able to retrieve your GST invoice. Further, GST invoice is automatically generated and delivered on the registered Email ID of the passenger within 30 days of creation of booking.
