My mother has just been through one of the most cruel and unacceptable travel experiences with IndiGo. She travelled from Nashik to Madurai and got stuck in Hyderabad airport for over 18 HOURS because of IndiGo’s complete failure and mismanagement.
My mum is disabled and has a heart condition, yet IndiGo showed ZERO compassion, ZERO support, and ZERO responsibility. Instead of offering assistance, they kept delaying, giving no proper updates, no help, and no basic care. And the worst part? They told her to leave the airport in the middle of the night a disabled woman with a heart condition after keeping her stranded for almost an entire day. What kind of airline behaves like this?
This is not just “poor service.”
This is negligence. This is inhumane. This is unacceptable.
IndiGo has completely collapsed over the last few days. Flights delayed, cancelled, passengers left helpless, and absolutely no management or communication. But treating vulnerable people like this? That is the lowest level any airline can fall to.
IndiGo should be ashamed for putting my mother’s health and safety at risk. I will never forget this experience, and I strongly warn others: Do NOT trust IndiGo with your loved ones. If this is how they treat disabled and medically vulnerable passengers, imagine what they’ll do to everyone else.
