Indigo Airlines — Indigo airlines not permitting into flight after taking boarding pass and no compensation against it

This is regarding the pnr ifnwnh. When my parents reached the counter to get the boarding pass, the lady (Quite rude) asked to wait saying still time is there for the flight (6e 482) and gave boarding pass to other behind travelling for delhi. She wasted atleast 10 minutes.

Later, for the flight of 0610 from bengaluru to mumbai on 21st july 2016, my parents reached at gate after taking boarding pass at 0555 (15 mins prior to departure), and indigo didn't allowed them to board the flight though the flight did not take off yet. So worst services i've been into, they didn't announced, even no call was done for the passenger who has taken boarding pass already... Simply pathetic!! And after that no compensation was given by them against it.

The lady (Same rude fellow) because of whom my parents had to suffer. That is not all. The same lady did not allow my parents to carry the cabin bag saying it is quite big and she put it for check in. She don't know the size allowed in the cabin. Someone please teach her. The same bag was later allowed to carry in the cabin.

Are we just fool standing along with boarding-pass and requesting your stubborn representative and she didn't even try once to allow a passenger who is standing in front of the pathway. Totally not acceptable and intentional be fooled by their services.

My parents had to purchase fresh tickets and had to travel. You indigo is just looting the people. Shame on you and your staff at the counters who do not have any intent to help the passengers. Utter hopeless
