[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Indigo doesnt refund money for unsuccessful bookings

I tried to book a flight on 4th of April to fly from Goa to Pune.

I initiated the booking but never got a confirmation. I checked my bank account, and money for this flight were deposited.

Once I saw that, I called a customer support and asked where are my tickets. I got the answer that flight is sold out, and they will try to put me in this flights if someone cancels. They said they’ll call me back. That never happened. I had to call again and again. Every time I hear that they will refund my money. It’s already almost a month, but I didn’t get my money back.

Poor incompetent customer support.
