[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Luggage broken wheel

Travelled by Indigo Airlines 6E 6598 from Indore to Mumbai 26th Sep 2022 the Airlines had damaged our bag in the check In Luggage. We received the bag with a complete wheel missing and the hard case of the bag below the wheel was broken. I complained to the airline customer relations on ground staff they said it was a minor damage and airlines are not responsible for any bag damages in check in. After a lot of argument they offered me 3000 voucher on my next purchase of air ticket thru their website having a expiry of 6 months. I refused them that i can't just travel again for the voucher which they issued and it won't be of any use. Please help me compensated the damage which was done by the airlines.
