Indigo Airlines — Luggage misplaced by airlines

I was travelling from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi in 6E104 on 11th Dec 2016. My luggage was not available on the luggage belt. On contacting the Indigo desk a PIR report was lodged and i was said that my luggage will reach me. A contact no. is provided but no one is responding to the calls. My baggage tag no is 055860.My TK Ticket Number is SLQ-126. The contact no provided is [protected]. This number is continuously busy and if free then it is never picked up. I stay at Mathura and there is no other way to reach Indigo Airlines other than through this telephone number as I am nit from Delhi. Please trace my baggage.
