It was disappointing, disgusting and demeaning to travel thru your flight 832 from kolkata to jaipur... On 5th night
A young airhostess ms neelima has interfered, quarrelled and abused with our family and hold us on the track after alighting for nearly an hour...
That too with my wife and a ten year old kid at 1am...
She connived with one of the pilot who later apologised to fellow passengers when few of them categorically asserted that 1 percent fault was not mr bohra...
Cisf intelligence later contacted me and by then whole of indigo team accused ms neelima for her frivolous, callous and jealous attitude...
My legal team is actively considering to file a case and seek compensation from indigo...

The incident haphoned like this...
We were sitting on seats 6a 6b 6c.. An air hostess from rear position took orders of cuppa noodle and rava upma from my wife neeru... At that moment i enquired about pineapple juice and paper boat... Suddenly ms neelima driving the trolley reached our position from end. While the order was completed, she suddenly bursted "you look into book and we have no time for discussion and explanation about products" i politely said order has been done and when the order taking airhostess has no problem, why you have problem... I added plz don't interfere. "she got fired and claimed" this is my row and you cannot order to that lady... I was appaled and shocked to hear such words... May be i thought they have a commision on sales and neelima ji did not like that other colleague took order... A couple of minutes arguments within parliamentary norms happened while other airhostess did not utter a single word... Suddenly she threatened and pushed her trolley and it collided headon with other girls trolley with words i will show you...
We thought matter is over and a stupid lady may have had fits... She went near the cockpit and talked to someone over phone... I again slept for the remains flight time... On our arrival at jaipur.. We were not allowed to board the bus. And all passengers were asked to go.. When i objected vociferously almost 10 indigo staffs said ms neelima has claimed and we want to clarify... I said it should be done in front of adjacent seat holders in all directions near to our seats... Doodh ka doodh aur paani ka paani hoga chahiye... Neelima took a pilot by her side and i over heard nwy... What is this nwy.. Nwy... Nwy...???
Immediately this pilot his name plate probably starts with s... He started taking strong favours but the indigo 10 people were not satisfied with non stop utterances of neelima... Finally after half an hour one of them said to me "ye ladki bilkul bakwaas kar rahi hai" she is full of ego...
We finally then camerican near conveyor belt and appreciate that our luggage space were well guarded by indigo staff... But something surprised all o[censored]s when we saw that at 1.30 am 6 people led by mr saraf was waiting for us and then he categorically said" today this gentleman did not do 1 percent wrong and he was holdedoing there with his wife and 10 year old kid because a stupid lady forgot her job and did stupid interferences...100 percent fault is of neelima and you people were trying to accuse and convict a couple passengers family... Aaj oonke saath hua kal humaare saath hoga... Hum complaint karenge.. Then i introduced my name with thanks to him and his family..
That pilot now took u turn seeing whole of indigo people favouring me... He was alone and the culprit ms neelimaji was gone...
We came out and met cisf personnel and he said ladki badi shaitaan this...
I need immediate suspension of ms neelima and a compensation of reputation loss...
