I had booked a round trip for kolkata to bengaluru and back again on 16/05/2015 at 07.40pm. Theft is how I define their surge pricing. Because of their staffs ignorance, delays, arrogance and rude behaviour, my wife and me couldn't catch the Delhi to Ranchi Flight (6E 493).
