Ticket PNR LWDZWK, YJPFSM and there are many more where I lost money, if needed, I can submit all my INR 30, 000 ticket. These tickets are from March 17th 2020 and all my tickets were either not refunded or lapsed without any service from Indigo . if person stay outside of country due to job and supposed to go for urgent work at that time, when COVID hit us all . All international airlines had refunded the money or gave voucher with no expiry. But here in case of Indigo, they only give voucher for 6 months at a time and person like me can't come to India to avail it. When I asked for refund, no one wants to refund the money nor want to extend it . They have already not refunded my 20, 000 INR and after voucher, it is left with approximately INR 4959.00, that too they don't want to refund. it is gimmicks they play with customers . if this is forum to resolve the issue .
