[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — no show refunds

Hi, i had booked a Lucknow-Sharjah flight (flight no. 6E 1407, PNR no. B913JL). Unfortunately, in Lucknow, airport is 50km away and i missed my scheduled airport bus, and i reached 45 mins before the departure time. i was not allowed to check-in, and was told that "taxes and user development fee" will be refunded, which sounded reasonable. To my dismay, when took a closer look at my ticket, it was mentioned that base fare AED 458, fees+ taxes = AED 92?!!! I (i paid total AED 550), As per indigo policy indigo refunded my AED 92. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Verified Support Nov 16, 2018 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Hifzur Rahman, We are sorry to hear about your experience. As per policy, check-in counter closes 75 mins prior to the scheduled departure time. Since our check-in counter was closed at the time of your reporting, our staff was unable to accept you for the same flight. Further, we have refunded an amount of AED 34 under the reservation number B913JL, towards the Passenger Service Fee and User Development Fee, to the travel agency account used to make the reservation. Kindly get in touch with the respective travel agency to claim the refund. Regards, IndiGo Team
