Indigo Airlines — Not allowed boarding fight

Date of incident was 14th august, i have planned and purchased 5 tickets to travel from Hyderabad to Prayagraj of indigo airlines through make my trip website, i have planned to travel prayagraj for immersion of my fathers in laws ashes in trivenisangam at Prayagraj .sir i have reached airport on 14th morning around 6.45am and completed my security check in and deposit of baggage's by 7.15am i have completed self checking and i have reached with my boarding pass with all my 5 family members at 8.24 am at gate no 105 as informed .we were shocked to hear from indigo person coordinating at boarding gate Mr Jawahar indigo airlines representative saying gates are closed and not allowed to board saying gate are closed because we are late and gate are closed .fyi every thing has evidence since whole airport premises is under cctv survivalance in airport and one can check from recordings and my mobile GPRS whether we reached in time or not .literally Mr jawahar was so reluctant to help us or talk to us and totally 14 passengers along with 5 o[censored]s were not been allowed to travel .all 14 passengers were requesting to help and he has just wasted 35min with out doing any thing and took help of airport securities to disperse every one o[censored]s and there were ladies also requesting him to help and pleaded him to help, above all we have been advised to travel in another flight for indigo by paying difference amount by rescheduling by mr Jawahar.i purchased again fresh tickets from air india flight which incured me rs 43000 and need to travel to varanasi (7hours journey changing two flights from hyderabad to banga lore, bangalore to varanasi and then to praygraj by road to complete my program, since no flight was available on that date . i request to help me out in takeing action against indigo airlines people for all the pain and inconvenience faced by me and my family members and compensate for for financial loss incurred and mental disturbance for nofault from our end.
