Another two pics clicked at 4:36 and 4:37 while we are in the queue for the baggage check-in.
I have checked with the person who is standing at the gate before I went in to the queue about my flight and he asked me to go through the line which we did.
The moment we went to the counter they said that the check in is closed and asked me to meet the local head "Lizo" and despite showing him all the proofs he didn't allow me to check-in, I have begged, pleaded and requested him to allow at least half of the team to board the flight but he is reluctant and forced me to wait till the next flight and asked me to pay Rs. 12000/- (Rs. 1500 per person). This is insane.
While I was at Delhi Airport on 25th night and checked in 2 hours before the flight at around 8:15PM where in my flight is at 10:35PM, a passenger came in rush to check-in and by then the check-in was closed and he has only 20mins to left for the flight to start. The crew out in Delhi escorted him and on boarded him, I have witnessed this in person in the Delhi airport.
what makes Mr. Lizo and the crew of Hyd to stop me and not allowing me to check in wheren in I'm before time of the last call?
Last but not the least, on 25th the flight was about to start by 10:35PM and we cheked-in by 8:15PM, the flight got delayed by 2+ Hours and there is no one to give an explanation about the same. Though we are in time we have been charged stating that we are late, what about the Two + Hours late by Indigo team?
By looking at my two cases, I would request you to refund the amount (Rs. 12000) that is being collected from me on 20th April.

We regret the experience. However, be assured that our staff always try to assist our passengers in the best possible manner, In fact, they try to accommodate passengers who report marginally late but it is not possible every time because we can't keep others waiting. As stated and provided proofs I'm very much before time and in Queue and by the time i reached the counter it was 4:45AM and they did not allow me to check and forced to me buy the tickets for the next flight. I have shared the photo along with the timestamp while I was in queue. Since you have mentioned that you do not want the other passengers to suffer I would like to bring to your notice that on my return flight from Delhi to Hyd on 25th night the flight was delayed by Two and Half hours and they said that some one locked in the immigration hence the delay is caused. Just to be in time, I have cancelled all my day trip and was in the Delhi airport two hours before the check in time and after I checked in i got an sms stating that the flight is delayed. Here is the PNR number of Hyd to Delhi ticket as I'm not aware as how to send the private message.
