[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — not getting any confirmation in the form of mail or sms.

Dear complaint executive.
I, Dr. Biranchi Prasad Mishra, with PNR- CLEHELNN had pre-poned my flight timing from 15/07/2018 to14/07/2018 but had not got any confirmation till now even after getting assurance from four representatives through phone . So I request you to send a valid confirmation in the form of email or SMS so as to relieve me from this tension.
