On 6 Sep 2016, I had to book return tickets from Mumbai to Jaipur from Makemytrip but by mistake I booked for Delhi to Jaipur (both tickets were of Indigo). PNR for Delhi to Jaipur (round trip) was JYQFUJ.

I called your customer care team and asked for guidance. They told me to book correct ticket within half hour with Indigo only then the whole amount will be refunded. So I booked the correct tickets on the spot from Mumbai to Jaipur(round trip). PNR was PDLSRQ. All the details I shared with Customer care team and so they cancelled my booking for Delhi to jaipur.

As told by customer care team, full amount was to be refunded in next 48 hours. Its been 8 days, I have not received the refund.

It has been very bad experience, Indigo has always been my preferred airline but because of such experience next time i have to think before booking Indigo flight.

    Dear Indigo folks,

    I am hoping it reaches the right audiences and Thanks for reading my email.

    I have been truly disgusted with the quality of your service and must say I feel cheated. Can any responsible Indigo personnel explain why I was cheated??

    Its pretty concerning the way flight fares spike for a moment and then become normal again.

    After submitting the payment my ticket was not booked on goibibo as they said that the airline has increased the fare by Rs 1971after I made the last click on the payment gateway.

    Original Fare: 5807 INR but I end up paying 7563 INR, GOIBIBO sends me a additional link to pay additional RS 1971 to book the tickets.

    Attached is the PDF file Mr. Arora from GOIBIBO sent me over email as I wanted to confirm the new fare.

    1. Why did the fare spike just for that moment when I was booking it ? Is there a dynamic reason in spike of the fare ? How do you manage to restore the fare back to original after the customer has completed the transaction ?

      I m priyanka, , , i ws booking my ticket frm vizag to indore, , on 12th september, , , , during the process transection id generated, , , [8a57b70366e[protected]]...for INR 3952 and amount got debited from my account bt der ws no information about ticket confirmation. i contacted to customer care ann they adviced me to book again and also told me tht i vl gt refund...again i booked bt d same thing happend with me, , , , amount got debited, , , , , got transection id [84861deede5c[protected]] bt once again, , , no confirmation, , , and no refund at all...n i tried customer care around 20 times, , , , , bt can't able to contact with them.

      plz resolve it soon.

        Hello sir, I, Jay Bulani with my parents was travelling from new delhi airport (AGA) to kolkata (netaji Subhash chand bos Airport) on 23rd July, 2016 by flight no 6E 203 on seat no 16A, 16B, 16C.
        At the time of check in we were at indigo counter for bag check in. At that time ground staff at the desk was busy in just talking and giggling, she was not seeing interested in work. I ignored at the first site. But when we reached at kolkata, we found that on of our bag is not at the bag collection counter and it was not dispatched from new delhi. When w contact goindigo personnel, she said there was not even a check in stiker on the bag. Personnel at the new delhi counter forget to stike any check in stiker on the bag. We had to wait at the airport for 1 hour and the personnel there, told us to leave because it will take certain time to get the baggage. next day we receive the bag, they were neglecting the matter and delaying the delivery of the luggage. Due to that mistake, our plan for visit was completely spoiled.
        We didn't hear a single sorry from there side.
        Please look into the matter.
        Its a matter of huge irresponsible behavior of the staff.
        Chennai indigo arrival department is totally waste ppl over ter r fit for nthg ...they giving wrong statement to passenger... Its been 2months they not solving my problem, thrice I visited airport but no use ...pls take a legal action against them before also I rise the complain but no use

          I was provided boarding pass but denied travel according to a rule that flight gates are closed 25 minutes before departure. Moreover this rule is never followed. It was not followed even on the next flight which I was compelled to take buying new tickets. Since this rule is never followed and usually gates are opened 25 minutes before departure no question of closing the gates as per rule time. So on this occasion it was an exception which had no announcements. This resulted in huge loss to me in the form of time and money.

            I travelled on 4-9-16 from Kochi to Pune via bangalore by flight 6E 528 along with my husband . We booked 3 baggages, out of which one was badly damaged while receiving ( the handle was broken from the bag and found separate from the bag) apparently looking as if handled carelessly . Iam a regular passenger of Indigo and this is my first experience of this kind . Since Iwas busy Icoudnt register a complaint at airport . kindly look into it .

              On 5th September 2016 I had travelled with my sister from Chandigarh to Bangalore (PNR no U7ZTFV). I was carrying a VIP suitcase and given for check-in baggage as fragile item because the suitcase was containing laptop and glass items. When collected from Bangalore airport, I found that, the suitcase was toured, damaged. Immediately I had made a complain in customer care in Indigo. The complain was taken by Mr. Karthik (who was available on duty at that time). He told that, I will receive a call from concern team (who sits in Delhi) within 2 days but till now I had not received any call from your side. Yesterday again I called to Mr. Karthik to know the status, but did not received any proper answer because he does not know the information.
              What is the problem ? Why I am not getting call ? Is there any timeline by when you have to close any complain ? If yes then what is the timeline ?
              I want the complete compensation. The suitcase was costing Rs. 5400/- and purchased on 15th August 2016 only. If required I can send the bill also.
              I want the compensation within 3 working days. If you are still not responding I will go to consumer court immediately.
              Waiting for your cooperation in this regard.

                I was asked to give a response message regarding the journey. First of all I am very sorry to state that a clear announcement was not made for the change of gate from 5 to 3. Waiting for a long time and finding gate 5 closed through a worker we saw the display board kept showing boarding message at Gate 3. We rushed to gate 3 and similar to us many were in the gate about 20 rushing to the flight which was about to start.Of course the staff at gate was very cooperative . There was a misleading announcement indigo flight to Trivandrum and Cochin with the same time. We were confused.

                We request either announcing in regional language or information through voice and not IVR on phone or at least calling for passengers not boarding for all flights It was not done for this flight. My response is a suggestion. It will help NON FREQUENT PASSENGERS. Thank you very much. Whir waiting for boarding a repeated announcement for gate change could be very help. Even the referred announcement was made only one. Thank you for all other courtesies

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  I am sanket from bangalore, we had booked return tickets for 07.09.2016 frm bangalore to delhi. Our flight timings was 5.05 am & our issue is with "Flight 6E 9".

                  We were 3 ppl, traveling to delhi for business meeting, we had reached airport ticket counter by 4:20 am. but we were denied check in, saying boarding for the flight has been closed. we pleaded them to allow us, that we had no baggage with us, checkin process would be faster.But all our pleas fell into there deaf ears. And they just said to catch the next flight. due to rushover all the immediate delhi flights were booked, we were left with no option but to return home, & cancell our return flight also, & incurring loss of 17000 appx, & meantime wondering why oh why i booked indigo, Which has left a very unpleasent flying experience. & also thanks to there arrogant staff members, we had to wait 1/2 hour more to exit the airport.

                      Sir i booked a ticket from Guwahaty (gau) to Mumbai journey date 26/sep/2016 on 26/8/16 but could not competed the process and charged amount from SBI debit card NO 519XXX7024 with POS INDIGO at INDIGO txn GU[protected] FOR RS 3707 ON 26/8/16 in this connection a complaint booked in c/care of indigo with complaint no NI3RGS they said the charged amount will be refund in 5-7 working days but today is 9th day but the amount not refunded yet to my account please check and submit a fruitful result . thanks

                        I had traveled by Indigo flight from Delhi to Bangalore on 2nd Sept, 2016. I found that my luggage was missing on Bangalore airport. I have complain immediately to onduty person. This flight was already delayed around 1 hr, by the time I have complain it's around 12:45 am. As its late night, they are reacting very lazy not irresponsible with some wage excuses like may load to some other flight, or may not load from Delhi airport. So far 11 hr is over, but still they are not trace my luggage, just responding searching in all the possible airports. How long it will takes, my today plan to visit Munnar is spoiled due this issue. I can easily make out, Indigo management is worst, they are very irresponsible to deal with end customers. Now they are not picking my call.
                        I lodge a complaint about missing of samsung head phone and pendrive to the Airpost Manager, Dimapur. Please intimate the present status

                          Sir i have done booking for flight on 29 august 2016 by net banking through indigo site but the ticket has not been confirmed and my balance has been debited from the bank . I have done booking from chennai to delhi on 16 december 2016 at 10 :
                          45 am to 13 : 30 pm but till now my account has not been credited for 3677 amount . I have later on done two more booking on indigo .

                            I traveled by indigo from Chennai-Kolkatta-Dimapur on 29/08/2016 by flight No.6E527 and 6E605 PNR : NIZWGB. I handed over my shoulder bag to indigo counter at Chennai after scanning. In which, I kept one white colour samsung head phone of mobile set and 8GB sandisk pendrive in side of bag which was not tied. The items are found missing when I took the bag at Dimapur Airport. Some of the indigo workers who are transporting luggage might have been stolen. Please esquire about the theft and arrange to return if possible and ensure that this should not be happened again.

                              Sir, i am mr. Thomson varghese. I had my ticket to travel by indigo 6e-222 on 22 august 2016 from guwahati to delhi and onward journey by 6e-929 from delhi to nagpur. The flight from guwahati took off late and so reached delhi late, hence i missed the connecting flight. I approached your office for help to proceed. And there i was treated very badly. At the end of all, i had to pay from my pocket and book another ticket, travel through different routes to reach my destination. I travelled late into midnight through strange circumstances, had to undergo lots of struggles, all due to the irresponsible behaviour of the officers in delhi.
                              I fully agree with flights getting delayed at times.in which case, i also know, as per the law what action the the company should take for the safe passage of the passengers.
                              Instead of the support, what i experienced was rude and rough interrogations like "why did you choose this mode of flying" "could you not choose a flight which had more lay over time" etc... I just do not want to repeat the words i heard from the officer at delhi.
                              Thanks be to god, my life is now fine after that day's hectic travel. I can never think of travelling any more with indigo or recommend anybody for the same. I do not want anyone to be punished or any compensation too.
                              I just want to tell you that honour people and thus you will be honoured and recognized for what you do.
