[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Payment went through - Did not receive PNR, confirmation, or itinerary

Hello,
Today (30/4/2022) I booked a flight from AUH to Coimbatore on 02/06/2022.
The payment has gone through.
I have received a transaction ID: X0NpwrJpkUKmug-TrqM1fQ, but I have not received a PNR or a confirmation email.
Getting hold of customer service has been very challenging!
I am waiting for the resolution of this issue ASAP.

Apparently, you cannot book a ticket directly with IndiGo if your car has no Verified by Visa (for Visa), or some similar technology.
IndiGo returned the money, and I booked through an agent.
IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

IndiGo claims that in less than 10 days I should get a refund.
