[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Price dropped after booking

Dear Sir or Madame,

on the 26JUL2022 I have booked an international flight with INDIGO from COK to Male – for 2 PAX for 29.900INR.

Now, the same flights (since 5 days) are available with Indigo for just 17.000 INR. INDIGO is justifying this price jump with “dynamic pricing”. As a customer I am feeling deceived as we are being overpriced by almost 13.000INR – which is a lot of money. As a low-cost carrier they are asking the clients to book as early as possible as its much cheaper. But now they are saying its dynamic pricing.

Can you please assist me with finding a solution with Indigo ? I would like to cancel the flights free of charge but they are denying it . We are not talking about 200INR – its much more.

Furthermore, i have contacted Indigo again, but the only advice they are giving is: to book in advance. thats ridicoulous - i booked on 26JUL a flight on 5NOV ! and the prices are now low
