Indigo Airlines — Refund amount not reached my account

I canceled my flight tickets on 5 th august. I didn't get my refund amount to my account. I already sent mail to customer.[protected]@goindigo.in,
but no response for 5 days.

Sir,

We wish to inform you that the refund has been processed from our end on 5th August'22 to the primary mode of payment but it may take 7- 10 business working days to be credited to the primary account. You may check your bank statement (latest) and reach out to the concerned bank for any clarification.

finally, I have received a response from indigo. as per indigo mail on[protected], payment will be reached my account within 7-10 working days. I have Cancelled my tickets on 05 August 2022. as per indigo policy, they should reliance my payment within 7 working days. they are not following their own policy. I have to wait one more week for payment. and I didn't receive a reason for the delay.

I requested about refund receipt. because my bank did not receive your payment. they clearly informed no refund payment was done by indigo. according to your previous comments, it should be received on 5th august. I have already sent this request to your customer support for 4 days before. no response from indigo customer support. so I need your receipt ASAP. it's not acceptable for one month delay. indigo customer support not giving truthful information.
