Indigo Airlines — Refund for death in family

Me and my family had plans to go to Jaipur for a quick holiday, and had booked tickets on Indigo, PNR XKFYXF for 1 pax from CCU - JAI, and PNR USICJH for 4 pax from BBI-JAI on 21 Mar 2022.

Unfortunately, on 18 Mar 2022, my grandmother passed away, and I had to cancel our trip and we requested a refund for the same. Moreover, Indigo had cancelled our original flight from BBI-JAI, due to which we were anyways eligible for a full refund. To our surprise, Indigo did not provide any refund whatsoever.

I would kindly request you to intervene in this situation and help us get a refund or a voucher on a 1-time basis, under such tragic circumstances that we face ahead o[censored]s.
