[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Refund not received

SIR my name is GireeshKumar S .On 9th march 2022 8 am I try to book a flight ticket on indigo using their own website but that time amount debited (rs 4729) but booking not get confirmed. In this case normally refund will be initiated but in my case they send me confirmed ticket ( pnr no- CLZ44Z ) after 24 hrs . At the same day ( 09 march 2022, 8.30am) i booked another ticket in that same flight and got ticket immediately. I contact indigo customer care to cancel and refund the first ticket amount .customer service said me that cancellation charge will be taken .
("from the company policy itself if a confirmation recieves between 20 to 30 minutes then only that ticket will get confirmed otherwise amount will refunded to same source account ") .
so i cancelled the ticket and recieved rs 1479. After that i contact ceo of indigo through gmail and raised my compliant .His office authority call me asked me about my issue and he initiated balance amount (rs 3300) . But after 5 months refund of 3300 not recieved in my account. I contact the indigo customer and say this issue the ask me to contact my bank ( sbi ) and asked me to raise a chargeback . i followed their words and visited my branch and they raised a chargeback but merchant bank reject it
