Web Check-in amount deducted seat not assigned

For my PNR AKYJSC, I paid the check-in amount and selected seats but indigo website showed an error. Called customer care, made to wait 10 minutes and told their server isn't showing any payment. Called again, this time kept on hold for longer than 15 mins and told they will transfer my call to another department and instead of transferring, they cut my call. And then I get a call back saying we will refund your amount but no seats are available...

Irresponsible and rude behaviour of counter staff

I and my friend was traveling from Indira Gandhi int airport terminal 2 Delhi to Singapore on 03.07.2022 flight no 6E-2082& 6E-41 (PNR NO NRR8YN). I received a call from Ms isha verma for a ticketing agent in IndiGo airlines saying i was selected for a telephoning interview and i said im interested so then she said she will send me the HR Yogesh kumar's to whom i have to submit my qualification marksheet, ID proof and passport size photo for document verification. Then within few minutes i receive the same call from Ms Isha that the verification is done and i have to pay a fee of rupees1500...

Bag opened and used

I travelled from sharjah to calicut to find out my baggage is opened and used whatever it contained. Chocolates and other stuff were open and used. This is not acceptable at all. The effort we take to travel for 4 hours after a while for vacation and this is the end result....

Luggage broken

Every time I travel with Indigo they make sure to take the wheels or handles off my luggage. The compensation received against them are as little as the care they show towards our luggage. Indigo has broken my luggage set of 3 worth 1Lac and sent me a compensation of 1000 to be happy with. It is unacceptable for me and something needs to be done because their policy is unfair....

Ground Staff

Firstly when i apply for the job online for airport ground staff one girl called me and she guide me all through the process.. First they ask me to pay for document verification which i paid ₹2500 and after completing the process they ask for offer letter and medical services which they ask ₹5500 which later face to face interview i will be getting back the money.. So i want back my money.. How can i take back my money......

Theft

Indigo flight no. 6E 308 on date 03 July 2022. Luggage booked on name of passenger Shubha Tiwari having seat no. 24B. Red coloured trolley bag has been opened by Indigo ground staff after depositing it to check in luggage.
One gold ornament priced Rs 8100/- has been stolen from bag. Photo of the ornament is attached for reference. Passenger details and copy of bill will be sent after your confirmation.

I am V Subramanian, Booked Three ticket to Hyderabad on Indigo Flit . Travel date 3 July 22 - Time 12.00 PM. choice seat selected Paid full . PNR no : OWQ4QG.
I got call form Air lines 3 July 22 morning 6.30 am, saying 12.00PM flight is cancelled and asked to rebook OR take refund.
I Re-booked my Thee ticket to Hyderabad . For the same day 3 July 22 revised book time is 17 Hr.

Me and my brother had Chicken Junglee Sandwich on flight 6E216 scheduled to depart at 9:35 am from Srinagar and Raipur on 24th June 2022.
