Indigo Airlines — Refund of ticket

Hi Team,
I writing you to ask for my refund as I booked a ticket with Flight 6E6915
Flight date on 5th Nov'2024 with PNR P7C53E and Seat 8A.

It was showing Services DFNS anf at check-in they asked me for defence or dependent ID that I didnt have as I said my father is retired from Ministry of Defence but they didn't allow me to get check in as well they asked me take a fresh ticket and they commented and cancelled my ticket.

I have then booked another ticket worth of payment 10, 426 with transaction ID T2411051321146998410173 to INDIGO.[protected]@hdfcbank on 5th Nov'24 @ 1:21 pm through phone pe.

They did not ask my issues and didn't listen to my things as my check-in time was suppose to close still I got new tickets and took the flight.

Kindly help me on refund atleast for my 1 ticket or previous ticket cost Rs. 5787 with UPI through Paytm and transaction id was #[protected].
