I received this email for my trip

Greetings from IndiGo.

This is in reference to your booking under the PNR- MQ7H5Q

Your flight 6E 7072 from VGA to BLR on 30Aug2022 is cancelled due to operational reasons. Click on http://i9f.in/RwQNrLi22k to explore alternate flight or cancel and refund. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

And I booked another flight, when I asked for Refund, they said flight went with open seats though they called me and confirmed my refund!!!

This is Aweful and pathetic!!

Further, as checked, No show taxes of INR 826 has been initiated to the original form of payment on 13th September.
